Author's Note: I found this little snippet when I was cleaning my old computer when the one I currently use broke. I have no idea what was the idea behind this snippet, but after some thought i concluded this was some sort of crazy crossover or fusion with the Bartimaeus Trilogy.

On the other hand it could have something to do with Disgaea, or maybe Diablo, I just have no idea.

Anyway, if someone wants to do something with this premise go ahead, I just ask that you send me a pm with the story link so I can see what comes of it.

The snippet is being presented to you in its raw form exactly as I found it, I simply corrected some mistakes.

Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter, if I did I would be rich.

Hallowed

As the inhumane roar that comes from a mouth that was anything but human another equally inhumane roar answered the first one, this was an unusual thing since one of the two opponents facing each other looked like a monster born of nightmares, it could had been the six arms, or the four bat like wings, maybe even the monstrous head with an enormous mouth with far too many teeth, perhaps even the fact the monster has six eyes and four horns, or quite possibly the alien body that was as tall as the first three levels of Azkaban.

You know the story of the Deathly Hallows, three brother's encountered death and death presented them with gifts – a wand, a ring and a cloak.

That story is a lie.

Yes, a lie, a fabrication, a deception, call it whatever you want because the truth is much sinister. Do you wish to hear it?

Or perhaps it's due to the fact that its opponent was merely a teenaged human boy, with messy black hair and tattered red robes showing the wear from countless battles against formidable beings, but what all of those still alive that had accompanied the boy to this place for this specific battle would remember, it's how the back of that boy showed noting but resolve, a resolve that would not be broken, bended or twisted, a resolve that would see the monster standing in front of him defeated.

Very well, let's start with the Peverell brother's. All three of them were dark wizard hunters and had taken a contract to dispose of a wizard that was suspected to be a practitioner of demoncraft.

Demoncraft is the realm of magic that relates to everything demonic in origin.

Yes, it's dark magic, can you please stop interrupting me with your stupid questions.

So, as I was saying, the three brother's eventually founded were the wizard was conducting his dark rituals and went to put an end to it. It didn't go as easily as they originally thought. They went there expecting to find a dark wizard making forbidden research, perhaps having summoned a lower demon or two.

Harry Potter charged the demon, for that is what it is, a demon. He charged it not with magic, because the only magic he knows that was effective against demons was fiendfyre and casting that particular spell here would spell death to those that are still alive, he was not particularly concerned for his life because he had made a choice, a choice that practically guaranties he will not live past this day.

Yes, I can see in your face, it really went from bad, to worst case scenario when they found the dark wizard had just managed to summon something that was never intended to interact with our world. In demoncraft that class of demons so outrageously powerful that their mere presence distorts our world are known as Lords.

Imagine something that makes Nundu's look as threatening as a flobberworm, something that makes Voldemort seem like a first year student. That's how dangerous and powerful a Lord is.

Suffice to say it was really the worst case scenario.

It all began with the fall of Voldemort, since no one could have foreseen that he would actually transform the Veil in the Department of Mysteries into a Horcrux, he perhaps thought that making that into a Horcrux would actually prevent him from dying, it didn't.

What actually happened was that for some reason when Voldemort died at the battle of Hogwarts the Veil transformed into a sort of portal into another realm, a realm were demons exist. Fortunately that connection was very weak and didn't last for long, but it lasted long enough for a few dozens to pass through.

How did they win! Logically because they weren't stupid, they had prepared in advance sealing rituals because although lower level demons aren't that strong, like all demons only a handful of spells can affect them.

So with those sealing spells to entrap the demons the only real treat would be the wizard. Well you can guess what happened next. The wizard released the demon which proceeded to kill the wizard and then turned on the brother's.

What followed could have been the worst case scenario in relation to the statue of secrecy, fortunately the demons where invisible to the normal population of Great Britain, although they were still capable of causing property damage. Perhaps the most surprising was the fact that the demons completely ignored the muggles and seemed to only care about the magicals.

Both the Ministry of Magic and Diagon Alley were practically destroyed before an actual counter-attack could be mustered.

Realizing that the spell of sealing they had prepared in advance would do nothing they enacted a desperate but brilliant plan. They broke the essence of the demon in three and entrapped them in three objects.

It took a while but they finally realized that the Patronus Charm while incapable of harming the demons made for a good way to shepherd them where they wanted.

That place was a plain near the coast where an area had been enchanted to act as an enormous Portkey, with the objective of transporting them to Azkaban where a group of wizards was waiting to unleash a storm of spells that they couldn't have used in London due to collateral damage and the statue of secrecy.

The wand of the elder brother entrapped the power of the demon.

The stone in the ring of the middle brother entrapped the soul.

The cloak of the younger brother entrapped the flesh.

What was once one is now three forever apart.

Do you realize now what is needed or do I have to spell it out for you, seriously how you survived and defeated Voldemort I will never understand.

It was a partial success, they had gathered all of the demons in the designated area and the Portkey worked flawlessly, once in Azkaban it also went according to plan, the surviving Hit-wizards, Aurors and Unspeakable's unleashed the pre-accorded spells.

When the dust cleared all the demons where dead but one; he was the biggest and most powerful marking him as the leader. Fortunately the protections of Azkaban that had been concentrated in the large courtyard held and protected the assembled wizards from the retaliation.

So, it seems you do have a brain. Frankly I have no idea how you will accomplish that, I'm not the master of death, you are.

Afterwards, well you will more than likely be completely controlled by the demon when you defeat the one in the courtyard, what happens next is logically you go berserk and turn on us.

A new volley of spells was unleashed but wielded the same results as last time and only served to anger the trapped demon even more. Seeing as the protections where holding for the moment the collection of wizards gathered to plan what to do, because something had to be done since the protections holding the demon in place wouldn't last long.

That was when Harry Potter was approached by Daphne Greengrass with a solution for their problem, unfortunately that solution would more than likely end with his death.

Defeating you is actually rather easy, since the demon will be in a human body, and although you are faster and stronger the Killing Curse will work on you the same as it works on any other human.

Point. You have indeed survived the Killing Curse twice now, but we both know it was not by your doing, the first time it was the sacrifice of your mother that enabled you to survive and the second, well, let's just say I don't think you own the allegiance of my wand.

The ones he called family and friends were all death, both the Weasleys and Hermione were in London at the ministry helping Shacklebolt restore order and to request that the ICW send help in the reconstruction, from what he knew they fought bravely helping others escape.

He had been at Hogwarts helping McGonagall with the reconstruction and to make sure the Slytherin's didn't suffered any repercussions.

Yes Potter, I will be the one to cast the curse or do you prefer to inflict Lovegood with that task.

I thought as much.

It had been so easy to unravel the sealing in the Hallows, what hadn't been easy was to control the reunited demon, fortunately there was another demon to take the urge to destroy everything on, still it was touch and go and he was very sure that if there wasn't something else in the courtyard that both him and the demon from the Hallows wanted to destroy, he would have lost the fight and been possessed.

But with the other demon distracting the Hallows demon, he was somewhat free to impose his will on the being of destruction inside him.

There seemed to be a sort of unwritten rule in the world from where the demons originate that a powerful demon is unlikely to be affected by a less powerful one.

Having obtained a bit of control, just enough not to lose himself in the bloodlust of the fight, he allowed the demon to attack at will, conserving his strength for when he would need to reign himself long enough for Daphne to… stop him.

The fight between the two demons was like watching a movie on the telly since he was mostly a passenger in his own body. Still there was something visceral and primal about watching his body tear apart something much bigger than he is.

He suddenly realized the fight was coming to an end, and even though the fight had been a brutal one – strangely both demons simply decided to tear themselves apart using only their physical might – it had only lasted close to ten minutes, it was a testament to how much powerful the demon inside him was.

As the demon inhabiting his body finished tearing apart the other demon he knew time was running out, still surveying the battlefield and noticing the carnage inflicted upon the defeated demon he couldn't help but to feel satisfaction, and as the defeated demon disappeared from this world probably to return to his own that satisfaction increased even more.

That was when he noticed the satisfaction was not his but originated in the demon inside him.

His body released another inhumane roar and focused on one particular part of the battlements of Azkaban, the part where Daphne Greengrass was waiting for her turn. He realized far too late that the demon had somehow perceived her as the greatest treat, why he didn't knew, but what he knew was that he needed to rein in the demon before it could kill Daphne.

Moving at such speed that surprised even him, his body suddenly appeared in front of Daphne an arm ready to pierce her chest. He could see the surprise and fear on Daphne's as she realized that she was going to die.

With the thought that he could not allow that fuelling his resolve he battered his will against that of the demon, feeling the surprise and pain the demon retreated not knowing what was happening allowing him to take control of his body.

His hand stopped just as it was going to pierce Daphne's chest.

"Do… it… now." His voice showed just how much effort was involved in maintaining control for even a few seconds.

Fortunately despite the near death experience Daphne came through and aimed her wand at his chest, just before hatred appeared on her face, – the necessary requirement for casting the Killing Curse – he saw perhaps the last thing he expected to see on her face, sorrow.

"Avada Kedavra."

And his world was shrouded in oblivion.
