"Juudaime! Good morning!" Tsuna could hear Gokudera's enthusiastic greetings and Yamamoto's laugh following after, also greeting him happily as he walked out of his house with his bag in one hand.

The brunet smiled as he greeted back and started to walk to school with both of his friends like a normal high schooler. He was surprised that he could get a normal albeit short high school life like normal students, and man, was he savoring every last bit of it. No matter how much he hated the subjects or the teacher(s) and the facade he had to put up, he would still prefer this normal life style than the hectic and depressing one in Italy.

As he mused about the difference in Italy and in Japan, he didn't realize that it was already lunch time. They ate their bentos happily on the rooftop while chattering/bickering animatedly. After that, they will study more, going to the rooftop to fight Hibari, and before they realize it, they'll be walking home again still cheerfully. Everyday just passed like that.

It had only been three days. THREE days since he ran away from Italy, but it already felt like everything was just like this all along. Normal.

It was the next day, when he walked home together with his best friends, did he saw his neighbor's Cihuahua, who had always chased him in the past, chewing on something black. Something tingled in the back of his mind and absentmindedly, he walked closer to see what it was.

Seeing the brunet's attention was on something else, both friends followed their friend's eyes to see the same thing. They exchanged confused look as the brunet went to the cihuahua.

The teen crouched down and took the dog by the scruff of its neck. The trio were surprised when they see a toddler, wearing a cow suit complete with the horns, crying his eyes off with snot dripping from his small nose. The three teen grimaced in disgust, while Tsuna and Yamamoto were considerate enough to hide it with a flinch, Gokudera just out right showed it by sticking out his tongue before stomping toward the brunet and took the "thing" from his hand.

"This thing shall not disgrace your hand, Juudaime!" Gokudera shouted, already rising the dog who was still biting on the toddler up; ready to throw it across the globe for its deed.

Fortunately, Tsuna was fast enough to took it from his hand and shield it with his body. "What are you doing, Gokudera-kun?! You shouldn't do that." He scolded the bomber lightly.

Before the brunet could even blink, Gokudera was already on his knees, slamming his head on the concrete repeatedly. "Please excuse my deed, Juudaime. I shall do seppuku in order to redeem my sins. Even so, my sins won't be nullified, I still–" The bomber ranted off about his sins for doing something against Juudaime's will.

Tsuna sweat-dropped before dropping the dog, who was still chewing on Lambo's afro, to stop Gokudera from killing himself. Sheesh, sometimes his friends could be a handful.

"So, what– or rather who is this, Tsuna?" Yamamoto asked, peeking from the brunet's shoulder to see the dog and the… whatever it was.

Tsuna sighed before plucking the toddler's afro from the cihuahua's teeth, dropping the dog back to the street. It immediately ran to its owner's house with its tail between its legs, literally.

The brunet rocked the five-year old in his arm and said sweet nothings like how his mother used to do to him, trying to ignore the fact that the baby was wiping his face to his uniform. He cringed, that's disgusting.

"He's my… acquaintance, Bovino Lambo" Tsuna replied Yamamoto's almost forgotten question and noticed Gokudera's sudden tense shoulders. His green eyes widened for a fracture before narrowing it again to stare sharply at the toddler.

"Bovino? So he's…" Gokudera trailed, understanding his boss by not saying 'Mafia' aloud. His boss came here and went incognito! So he shall protect him and his purpose with all cost!

Tsuna nodded, knowing what the silveret had in mind. "For now let's just head back to my house. And why don't you stay for a while?" He also offered, fixing his hands position so it became more comfortable.

Without hesitation the two agreed, each has different thought in mind and followed their sky to his home.

"Ara, who is that, Tsu-kun?" Nana inquired, noticing the toddler in her son's arm. She dropped the clothes she was supposed to hung and went closer.

A flash of hesitation was seen in the soon-to-be-boss' eyes before it was replaced with an awkward grin, raising the cow-toddler in his hands to his Mom's eye line.

Lambo opened his eyes slowly and registered the unfamiliar and very close face. Not a second latter, He burst out crying loudly, almost bursting Tsuna's eardrum. He then dropped the baby and closed his ears, his two friends following his action to also save their hearings. Arrgh, that's loud.

Nana on the other hand just smiled and took the crying baby into her arm, rocking him back and forth while whispering soothing words to his ears. Perhaps it was mother thing, since Lambo's loud wailing slowly turned into a more tolerable sniffle. Nana giggled and patted his head with loving eyes, it did wonder to Lambo.

Tsuna looked at his mother and saw how loving she was. He started to feel sorry that such a sweet and loving wife like her was wasted on someone like Iemitsu. The brunet resisted a sigh and said to his mother, "Mom, can you please take care of him for a while?"

She smiled brightly and nodded, "Sure, why don't you boys go up and I'll bring you some snacks later?" She offered, rubbing comforting circle behind the cow-suited baby, who now was clutching tightly to her apron.

Tsuna smiled in appreciation and nodded. The three friends then went up to Tsuna's room.

"Juudaime, why is he here?" The silver-haired bomber asked when Tsuna was settled comfortably on his seat.

Shaking his head, Tsuna sighed exasperatedly. "I don't know, Gokudera-kun." He rubbed his temple, "As much as I can guess is that Lambo must have heard that something interesting is happening in Japan and came over. I don't want to know what is that 'something'. I can only hope it has nothing to do with me being here."

With that, the two mafiosi stayed silent, thinking about what might the reason be.

Feeling the edgy atmosphere emanating from his friends, Yamamoto crossed his hands behind his head and laughed carefreely, "Now, now, what's with the long face?"

Silence followed his question.

Gokudera could only fist his hand at the baseball idiot before shouting about his idiocity. Tsuna only watched from the sidelines, wondering if his friend's easy-going attitude will kill him someday.

Somewhere else

"VOOIIII! You fucking boss! Why are you still lazying around?! We have to get going or we'll be fucked up by the Ninth!" A long, silver haired man shouted as he glared at the bastard lounging lazily on the fancy armchair, drinking glass after glass of wine. It really ticked him off how the man can't be bothered with anything! In the end, he was the one who had to do all the job.

"Shut up, scum. Who cares about that trash? Just let him be." The other man grunted. He threw an empty wine bottle at the still-yelling man in effort to shut him up. He smirked. Now that that trash is gone, the old man might consider to give up on him and let him take over. Why would he search for him when it was a chance for him to win the title? He inwardly shot the tiny bit of worry he had for the boy; that trash is free to do anything he wished.

Squalo screamed in frustration as he removed the pieces of bottle from his hair, glaring daggers at the man. "You fucking boss! What was that for?"

"For being noisy." Xanxus replied bluntly, putting his feet on the table as he closed his eyes. "I want to sleep. Don't bother with that stupid order. We're taking a break"

A vein popped on the shark's temple. He does nothing everyday but laze around drinking wine and shooting his subordinates and he said he wanted to take a break? Nono will hunt them down if they refuse this particular mission, especially since it's about his precious heir. Not to mention they hadn't taken any mission this week due to their boss tantrum. They won't get away this time.

Squalo clicked his tongue as he threw himself to one of the sofa in the room, getting tired from persuading the boss for the last few hours. He rested his head against his knuckle as he suddenly smirked. "You're spoiling that trash again, aren't you, fucking boss?"

The sudden, crazy inquiry made the raven haired man snapped open his eyes as his brows furrowed into a glare. "What are you talking about, scum?"

Squalo's smirk widened. "Voii, you're spoiling him"

A vein seemed to twitch on Xanxus temple. His grip on his guns tightened. "I'm not falling for that, you fucking scum"

Squalo stood from his comfortable position, shrugging carelessly his scowl came back to his face. "I guess. Nono might take that as offence to his heir. True heir." He emphasized and closed the door in time as another bottle came crashing to it.

"Now, to drag some other lazy asses" Squalo stomped down the hallway to the others' rooms, ignoring the crashing sounds coming from the boss' room. He was sure the boss would be on the jet faster than the other would.

Tsuna lied on his bed, lazily peering up at the ceiling as he thought about Lambo, mostly on why he was here.

After his friends excused themselves, Lambo had fallen asleep in the living room and they had no choice but to let the boy stay over their house. His mom was ecstatic about it though, for some reason.

The brunet sighed before he turned to his side, closing his eyes to catch some sleep. But not even a minute later, the door was slammed open, making the brunet jump in fright. His reflex kicked in again and before he knew it, he threw a pocket knife he hid under his pillow (blame Reborn for that) to the inturder.

"GUPYA!" The bratty voice of Lambo squeaked, making Tsuna blink. The knife had hit the boy's afro, making him hung on the wall like trinkets. As the realization dawned upon him, Tsuna shrieked.

"Lambo, are you okay?!" He scurried over to the now near-bawling baby, taking off the knife, and gathered the boy in his arms.

"To... Le...Rate... CAN'T!" And there goes the crying. Tsuna sighed as Lambo cried on his shirt again. That was the second shirt the baby marked with his snot.

The brunet looked around the room, looking for anything that might distract the infant from ruining his shirt, and remembered the grape candy Yamamoto gave him at lunch. Surely, Lambo liked grape candy.

"Nee, Lambo." The infant looked up to him with tears-and-snot-streaked face, asking him through expression, 'What?'.

Tsuna grinned and carried the boy over to his desk. "Do you want some candy?" As he expected, Lambo's eyes immediately brightened up and he practically glowed.

Tsuna sweat-dropped inwardly and gave the baby his grape candy. "Yatta!" Shouted the cow-suited-boy as he jumped down from his arms to the floor, intending fully to enjoy his candy.

Seeing the boy's change of attitude, an idea suddenly made itself known in the brunet's mind.

He crouched down next to Lambo and looked at him expectantly. The boy turned to him for a while, before snorting like the brat he is. "What? Now, Dame-Tsuna want my candy?" He raised his hand where the grape candy sat. Unfortunately, it was already out of its plastic and is already covered in saliva. The brunet had to bit back a grimace at that. "Noo waay, Lambo-san will give it to you."

Tsuna felt a vein pop on his temple, 'The usual brat...' He muttered in mind.

Despite that, he still asked, "Ne, Lambo. Do you want more candy?"

His inquiry made the toddler widen his eyes, drool dripping from his mouth. "Y-You have more?" He fidgeted on his spot with his little fist clenching and unclenching, ready to get his candy at first sight.

The brunet nodded, hiding his sly smirk (again, blame Reborn) behind his angelic smile. "Un!" He encouraged. But before the baby could do his victory dance, Tsuna continued, "But you have to answer my question truthfully."

Lambo seemed to think about it for a while before he, too, looked at Tsuna with half-lidded, sly eyes. He threw his face to the side and stared at the brunet from the corner of his eyes, lips pulled up to form a cunning smirk. "But Lambo-san won't accept just one candy for a hard question."

A lightning bold struck behind Tsuna as his jaw dropped to the floor, 'This brat is a real mafia!' Literally and figuratively.

Tsuna glanced at his drawer and only saw a candy left. 'Damn, I'll have to buy more candies.' He thought about it for a while and sighed. Well, some candies are considered cheap for information.

So he set out to buy a jar of grape candies. He walked to the grocery store, bought the candy, went home. The walk went like a breeze. The next thing he knew he already seated in his room, Lambo happily eating his candies on his table.

Seeing that Lambo was distracted, he took this chance to start asking the toddler, "so, Lambo. Why are you here in Japan?"

The baby glanced at him before he looked back to his candy. "Umm, Boss said it's a secret."

The simple answer made the brunet feel a vein pop on his temple and his killing intent manifested unconsciously in response to his anger, killing intent worthy of the Vongola heir.

Lambo was also Mafia. As stupid as he may be, he could feel when he was in danger. He stopped eating and looked at the teen in fright. When his aura was thick enough to fill the room, Lambo finally shouted, answering tha question truthfully. "L-Lambo-sanwassentbythebosstoseeiftherumorthatVongolaJuudaimeisrunningawaytoJapanistrue – wueee!" He talked so fast and ended up crying his eyes out.

But Tsuna caught what he said. All the color on his face left him. He couldn't believe that rumor had went around the underworld. Oops, that's not good. But more than that, he didn't want to know what Reborn will do to him if– no, when he found him. He'll be found floating in the ocean for sure.

*Thump*

"D-dame-Tsuna, why are you sleeping?"

"Why do you gather us, kora?" A man asked, his military uniform and blond hair swished along with the wind.

The people with him turned at him but leave it to their leader to say. But before she could answer the blonde's inquiry, another man appeared.

The man with fedora smirked seeing the assembled people and spoke, "Seems like you've assembled them before I do."

Their leader smiled brightly, her azure eyes twinkled with anticipation but also worry. She looked up to the sky before answering, "Of course, Reborn."

Luce looked at him, still with the smile on her face. "I saw it in my vision. This will be an important change for Tsunayoshi-kun in the future."

The brunet suddenly cringed in his sleep, uneasily turning from side to side as his eyes closed tightly. He felt uneasy in his sleep.

Somewhere close by, heterochromatic eyes were watching over the teen. A cunning smile on his lips.

"Kufufu, so the rumor is true." The mismatched eyes narrowed. "Sawada Tsunayoshi, Vongola Decimo, is in Japan without anyone from the family accompanying him."

The smiled stretched from ear to ear eerily. "This should be easy enough."

Ahh, I'm not satisfied with this. It looks so rushed up! TAT By the way thanks for the reviews. And sorry, I can't seemed to get Tsuna into that 'angelic' character that is loved by all the characters. I think I'm more suited to write the real Dame-Tsuna, unless if it's extremely AU and romance, I can do slight change to his personality.

Please excuse the typos and grammar. I'm only using my iPad to update this.

Review please!
