After working on this story for so long, I think it's time to end this. Funny thing is that I put a lot more time and effort into this story than that original assignment all those years ago!
Thank you everyone who supported me and Sora through this journey! I really appreciate it! I love you all!
Now Sora, let's see if you finally get a happy ending.
Sora's hand felt secure as Riku's fingers curled around his. With a gentle tug, Riku started leading Sora through the quietly sleeping town. As they walked down the barely lit road, Sora slowly began to remember why he was afraid of the night, especially when he noticed they were nearing the alley.
"Riku…" With his mouth suddenly dry, his voice barely went above a whisper. However, no sooner than when the name left his lips did he find his face suddenly collided against a very broad chest and a pair of arms wrapped securely around him.
"Hey Sora, let's play a game!" Riku said cheerfully. Sora managed to pry his face from the chest before giving his friend an odd look.
"Riku, aren't we a bit too old for games?" The baker shook his head.
"Nope! You have to play! See, we're going to walk all the way to the end of the road like this," he explained while tightening his hold on the boy. "I'll walk backward and you walk forward. Whoever falls first is the loser and has to do whatever the winner wants."
Before Sora could protest, the game began, and Riku started walking backward, forcing Sora's feet to move awkwardly underneath him. He tried to break free of the silver haired man's grip as his feet made a desperate attempt to keep up and not trip over themselves.
"Ah! Sora! No looking at your feet! That's cheating!" Riku used his hand to gently pull Sora's head back up.
"But Riku!"
"Nope! You have to look at me the whole time." Riku couldn't help but laugh at Sora's pout. The laugh suddenly turned into a yelp when Sora nearly tripped him. He was able to recover his balance before jokingly glaring at the innocent face Sora was trying to pull off.
The two men continued their awkward dance until they finally reached the end of the road. Sora was about to make it when his foot got caught on a discarded rock causing him to tumble. Before his body could hit the ground, Riku's strong arms swiftly caught him.
"No fair, the rock was in the way!" Sora childishly complained, causing Riku to laugh again. The baker detached himself from the boy but still kept his hand in his.
"Come on, we made it." Sora looked around and recognized that they were at the stream with the bridge, far away from the alley. Smiling to himself, Sora could only grip the hand tightly as a thank you, to which Riku gave an understanding squeeze back.
"What exactly are we doing here?"
"You'll see," he replied as he led Sora to the center of the bridge.
Standing on the bridge above the water, Sora peered over the wooden banister. In the dark, he was able to make out the green leaves that were scattered over the water, almost covering the entire surface. Other than that, nothing stood out among night's dark blanket.
"Are you ready?"
The clouds dispersed, the moon returned, and its light shined upon the water's surface.
Suddenly, Sora was blinded by the beauty of a thousand of those flowers floating upon the clear surface. He watched as their petals curled and unfolded with the gentle touch of the moonlight.
Sora was so absorbed in the sight before him that he didn't even flinch when a pair of arms came around his waist and carefully pulled him back into a warm body.
"Riku…I can't…It's just…beautiful," Sora whispered, unable to find any words to describe it.
"Yeah," Riku agreed, although his eyes weren't on the flowers in the water but on his own flower who was shining brighter than any of the others.
Sora sat down gently on Riku's cloak that was draped over the grass as the silver haired man slowly crawled over him, his chest already bare after discarding his shirt. The night was cool but Riku's large hands against his bare skin were enough to warm the brunette.
Riku's lips massaged against Sora's as his hand gently worked the boy's pants down his legs. Once the material was finally removed, Riku sat up to admire the one underneath him as he shimmied out of his own pants.
Under the clouded blue-green eyes, Sora started feeling self-conscious and attempted to shy away from the better built (and bigger) silverette. He tried to cover his face, but his hands were caught and pinned to the ground by the quiet and still staring man.
"Riku, please…stop staring," Sora whined as he fidgeted uncomfortably, his cock twitching and growing harder as Riku continued to stare at him.
"Sorry, I can't help it," he said, leaning down to place open-mouth kisses over Sora's neck. "You're even more beautiful than I ever dreamed."
Riku's mouth traveled lower, licking and kissing every inch of the boy's chest before he took a nipple in his mouth and sucked harshly, eliciting a sweet moan from the one pinned under him. Riku released his hands in order to drag his fingers along with smooth skin.
Sora reached down and threaded his fingers into Riku's long silver hair as he kissed, licked, sucked, and nipped his way down Sora's body.
"Tell me, Sora. What is your command?" Riku whispered against the boy's skin. The hands that were stroking his hair paused before gently tugging his head so he would look up.
"What are you talking about?" he asked with a confused face.
"Remember our game? The loser has to obey the winner's orders."
"But I thought I lost. I was the one who fell first!"
"Silly, Sora," Riku chuckled as he placed a sweet kiss on Sora's forehead. "I fell the moment I met you." Sora's face turned red as his heart pounded painfully in his chest. "So," the baker smirked. "What is your command? What do you want me to do?"
"I…want you to…kiss me." With no hesitation, Riku bent down and ravaged the boy's lips.
"What next?" he asked, giving the mouth a final lick that caused the body beneath him to shudder with pleasure.
"Please, Riku," Sora begged as he gripped his friend's shoulders. "I want you to…do what you do to me…in your dreams."
That was the point where Riku's restraint finally snapped. After carefully preparing Sora with his fingers, he hoisted the brunette's legs over his shoulders as he positioned his cock right against Sora. One assuring nod from the boy to the hesitant baker was all it took before Riku slowly pushed his cock into Sora.
Gripping his lover's arms tightly, Sora bit back a scream as pure, white-hot pleasure surged through his body. It was more intense than he could ever imagine in his dreams.
"-ku…Ri-ku…please! More!" he begged.
Riku was more than happy to obey, thrusting into the boy's body harder and faster. Sora was just so warm, and he gripped Riku's cock in all the right places. The velvety warmth was almost enough to make Riku come the moment he first pushed in.
He focused on Sora's face: his unfocused eyes, the light blush across his cheeks, his wide open mouth from which an endless supply of moans emerged.
Suddenly, Sora arched his back as a high pitched cry escaped his lips.
"Does it feel good when I do this?" Riku smirked as he angled himself to hit that spot again, earning another cry from the brunette.
"Yes!" he cried. "Please! More! Ri…ku!"
Riku continued to abuse that spot, thrusting deep and hitting it head-on each time. Feeling himself getting close, he wrapped his hand around Sora's cock and pumped it in time with his thrusts.
"Riku…Riku…Riku!" Sora called, desperately clawing at the man. Riku bent down and captured Sora's lips in a searing kiss.
With one final thrust, both of them came at the same time as Sora's screams were swallowed up. With his energy completely gone, Riku collapsed on top of the boy, who was more than happy to hold him close. After a few minutes, Riku carefully pulled out of Sora and shifted so that he was lying on his back with Sora securely curled up against his side and Sora's cloak draped over them as protection against the night.
The two simply gazed lovingly at each other in sweet silence. After some time, Sora could feel his eyelids begin to droop.
"Go to sleep," Riku whispered, kissing the top of the boy's head. "Don't worry. I'll protect you."
"I know you will," Sora replied with a yawn. "After all, you're my knight in shining armor."
Laying his head against the warm skin of his best friend and lover, Sora slowly closed his eyes. However, they were forced open again when bright light suddenly blinded him. Sora threw his arm over his eyes to shield himself against the morning sun's rays as he sat up in his bed.
"Wait…bed? When did I…?" Looking around, Sora recognized that he was back home in his room, laying on his bed in his pajamas.
"I must've fallen asleep last night while keeping watch," Sora thought to himself as a sad smile formed from his lips. "It was…too perfect. It could never have been more than a dream."
"Sora!" Leon's voice called. "Come get breakfast already!"
Sora's body moved on its own as he dragged himself off the bed, opened the door, and slowly walked towards the kitchen.
"Oh, good morning, Sora," Cloud said as they passed each other. "I'm glad to see you're feeling alright."
"What do you mean?" he asked in a monotonous tone, although he really didn't care.
"Well, I was sure you were going to catch a cold what with sleeping outside at this time of year." Sora stared wide-eyed at the blonde. "I mean, when Riku brought you home before the sun even had a chance to rise, you were already knocked out, but that doesn't me –"
"Riku?!" Sora exclaimed, startling Cloud.
"Yeah, Riku carried you home. He should still be in the kitchen with –."
Again, Cloud didn't have a chance to finish his sentence as Sora hurtled himself towards the kitchen. He didn't stop until he saw a glimmer of silver in the morning light.
"Hey, good morning, Sor-AGH!" Riku had no time to react when Sora launched himself into the baker, knocking both of them to the ground. "Sora, we've got to talk about this tackling thing of yours," Riku said as he rubbed the back of his head. Sora just buried his head into the silver-haired man's neck.
"I thought it was all a dream," he chocked, struggling to keep himself from crying again.
Riku was about to make a comment about his technique being a "dream come true" before biting his tongue, noticing a pair of eyes belonging to man who had killed many people glaring down at him like a hawk. Riku's previous talk with the man as he explained what had happened last night hadn't made things any more comfortable. Thankfully, Cloud came in and guided the retired manhunter to another room in order to give the two some alone time.
Riku pulled Sora's face so he could look in those ocean eyes sparkling with unshed tears he fell in love with all those years ago.
"When I first met you, you were also crying," he said placing a kiss on each of the boy's eyes. "Now that you're mine and I'm completely yours, I'm going to make sure you never cry again."
"You idiot!" Sora cried, lightly punching Riku's chest before rubbing his eyes. "That just made me cry harder!"
"Sora," Riku whispered, brushing away all of his lover's tears. "I love you."
Sora's flawless skin, untamed chocolate hair, and enchanting blue eyes paled in comparison to the beauty of what happened next.
Sora smiled.
"I love you, Riku."
I really must've scared some of you with that ending, huh? Now that's just too cruel!
Congratulations Sora, you get the kind of happy ending you've always deserved.
Thank you all for reading! Look forward to my next SoraxRiku!
