And I just realized, but I have forgotten to include Lily -.-' Let's just say he's with the other exceeds :P

Disclaimer: You should get it by now, but I still don't own anything but the story :P

Mmm, so soft and warm, Gajeel thought as he woke up. That might seem weird, but since he slept in Levy's arms he was warmer than usual. Normally he only has Lily to cuddle with in his sleep, but now he was the one being cuddled by someone else, namely Levy. And just at that moment Gajeel began to wonder why he was comfier than usual and he furrowed his brow. He began pawing around to find out what it was -he was too tired too open his eyes- and he found something really soft and squishy. Now he was thoroughly confused and opened his eyes slightly, only to find that he was kind of groping Levy in her sleep.

"Oh, shit!" he half shouted, half whispered and flinched away from her. Or at least he tried, but he was trapped in Levy's tight embrace. She was very strong when she wanted to, and even more so when Gajeel was a tiny, cute animal. So he couldn't do much more but lie there and wait for her to wake up.

Suddenly Levy started squirming and whimpering. She clutched Gajeel closer to her chest and turned over in her bed so that he was even more trapped.

"No!" Levy yelled in her sleep. Apparently, she was having a nightmare, and a bad one at that. "Don't. Stop!" She thrashed around in her bed while whimpering pleas to stop something. Then she finally woke up after some time with Gajeel trying to soothe her as much as he could from his position.

"You alright shrimp?" he asked as she looked at him with teary and confused eyes.

"Ga-Gajeel?" she asked as she realized who it was. Then she attacked him with a bone crushing hug. Or at least bone crushing to him. She cried into his furry little head and Gajeel patted her cheek awkwardly, trying to calm her down.

"It was so awful!" Levy sobbed. She was obviously distraught by her nightmare. "So-someone was trying to - to... Oh, I can't even say it!" She started to cry harder, and Gajeel was at a total loss of what to do. He didn't have a single clue of what was wrong, and he didn't know how to calm her down.

"Ssh, it's okay now. I'm here," he said, and it seemed to soothe her a bit. She quieted down and released her tight hold on her now furry friend a bit. Just enough so that he could breathe normally again. "You wanna talk about it?" he asked after a while.

"No, I'm okay now" she replied shakily and dried her tears. she started to stand up to go to the bathroom, but then she remembered that she was still carrying Gajeel. She blushed at the thought of going to the bathroom with him and set him down on the bed, just to flee into the bathroom and slam the door shut.

What was that? Gajeel wondered while he waited for Levy to be done. He had only been here for a little while the day before, so he still didn't know where the food was in her apartment, and he was very hungry. Sleep and stress seemed to do that to him, and since he had been sleeping and stressing about the rabbit problem, he was famished.

Later when they had both eaten and, in Levy's case, gotten ready for the day, they headed for the guild to meet with the others. Well, Gajeel couldn't really meet them since he was in that state. Levy sat herself down on her usual spot with Gajeel on her lap and a book in her hand. She had read a few paragraphs when Jet and Droy came up to her and tried to gain her attention.

"Hey, Levy-chan?" Droy said quietly and poked her right shoulder softly. She didn't respond.

"Levy-chan..? Are you listening?" Jet asked and poked her other shoulder. "Droy, time for drastic measures... On three." Droy nodded understandingly.

"One. Two. Three. LEVY-CHAN!" They shouted together.

"I know!" Levy suddenly exclaimed and slammed her book down on the table gaining weird looks from their other guildmates. "I can try to research your condition in the library! We must have something on it here in the guild." And without any hesitating she went to the guild library with a stumped Gajeel under her arm and a let down Jet and Droy. They had really looked forward to being able to go on a job with her, but they both knew that if she went to the library, she wouldn't come out for a while.

"I can't believe you didn't notice that..." Gajeel said gruffly. He had witnessed the entire scene with Jet and Droy, and seen her being as simpleminded as she could be when she was reading or thinking. He had to really concentrate as to not laugh, because they would hear it was him because of his distinctive laughter.

"Notice what?" she asked with a confused face. Gajeel face-pawed.

"Never mind. Forget it," he said while shaking his little head.

And there you finally have it... The fourth chapter of The Very Fluffy Problem... With a bit of a delay :S

I'm very sorry for the long wait, but I have just started in a new school, and I had to adapt to everything and stuff, so... yeah :P
