um... what do you say in an announcement for the opening of the new arc of your story that has been discontinued for a year or more? hi? that sounds too arrogant or something like that... let's try that-

good day, all readers of the Arc I: ECES. my name is Ilanitaliaxd and i have returned to my story and this time in hopes of uploading everything and finishing the story once and for all.

before you'll all get all excited and all (or get all disappointed), i'm going to say it again and again- my writing had changed greatly and even though i'm not native to the English language, i try and learn correct grammar and writing so if anything sounds off, please let me know.

i had planned to do a story for each year they were going to be in Hogwarts, but since i obviously wouldn't be able to write that much before i quit again, decided to skip to Allen's fourth year and Kanda's last year, because that was the main reason i had started writing the story, i had a lot of things planned for this year. (hint:some of it involves the Earl and the Noah ;))

i will post the prologue for the second arc in a separate story so go to my stories to read the new arc. it will be called ARC II: THE TRAGIC CLOWN AND THE CROWNED SAMURAI.
