After a few minutes of wondering down the street he began to become annoyed…. Again. Izaya had said it was a large building but where? 'THEY'RE FREAKING EVERYWERE!' He thought angrily in his head. After a minute or so of wondering his attention was stolen by a black motorcycle zooming by, it's riders head whipping around scanning the streets. The rider's attention was immediately focused on the angry Demon King. The female rider suddenly tore the motorcycle in a circle into the King's direction. It spun around and the Dullahan revved her engine. In what the Demon King toke as a challenge to race her down the street. She quickly sped down the street hoping that the man she was supposed to pick up understood her silent and vague gestures. She couldn't pick him up on the street or there would be videos, so she sped her way to an abandoned alley and waited. She was slightly worried that he didn't get the memo, she silently unmounted her motorcycle and looked up and down the alley. She became annoyed, 'Izaya said that he wanted me to pick him up because he was probably lost. Does he get lost often?!' She whipped around angry at the stupidity of Izaya's 'friend' as he phrased it.
As she turned to her bike, she was met with a strangely gleeful demon smile, full fanged face and all. If the Dullahan had a mouth she probably would have shrieked in surprise. Seeing as she didn't have a head currently, she was spared from the embarrassment, but only by slight. As she scurried away girlishly from her own bike and fell on her rear. The demon King withheld a chuckle in amusement to the girliy reaction, but instead became slightly annoyed at the person who he thought was challenging him to a race was in fact a coward, great. He held a scowl instead, not scaring but setting an impression on the dullahan. She waved her hand to the back of the motorcycle signaling him to move to the back of the seat. He glared at her-causing her to shiver- at the hand movement only understanding 'get off'. She pulled herself from the ground as she stared at the well-dressed 'thing' on her bike. As she looked longer and longer another person seemed to be "seeping" from him. On that was horrifying to look at with large double bull horns and thumb long fangs, not to mention the near finger long talons and a tail that was longer than he was tall, impressive considering his size. She tried to ignore the second being scowling at her and focused on the tall teenager wearing an expensive suit and tie.
She pulled her phone out of her pocket and began to sporadically type "move to the back of the bike" it read. She shoved it in his face, annoying him to an extent and read. He looked over the phone and to the woman he hopped of the bike leaving her to mount it. She got on and he sat behind her, backwards. She had no complaints as she would also prefer not to be straddled by the idiot of a boy. She reeved the engine and sped out of the alley and on to the street, Rin wouldn't let it show through his new Kingly and demonic aura. But he latched on to the machine for dear life, sinking his talons into the seat and frame. They sped down the main streets at unparalleled and highly illegal speeds, backwards. For his case anyway, making his ride all the more nerve wracking for is animalistic brain. He could also notice all of the phones being unholstered like guns at their passing.
After a few more life threating turns she suddenly stopped. Rin went to being thrown about like a ragdoll to having his long hair tangled on the dullahan's helmet. She threw her arms about clearly displeased that blue lengths of hair blocking her vision. Not to say the King was just as angry when she began to grab handfuls of hair and pull it off the ears of her helmet, if they had been on a busy street there might have been eyewitnesses to a Demon King howling and screaming in sudden and newfound pain. As he had never had the experience of long hair being tangled and yanked.
The Dullahan was least to say surprised at his complaints, but that was quickly tossed aside as she found herself looking at a poodle of the suave teenager who had been riding her bike before. As his hair was now a tangled mess whether it was from riding a bike with long hair and or it being grabbed in fistfuls she could have cared less. The fact she had to focus on was that she now had a very threating and angry person glaring at her for reasons that were her fault. For some strange reason this was not scaring her but making her flustered. She realized she was also holding back the urge to laugh uncontrollably. She pulled her phone out quickly to type an apology for not only assaulting him but not having a hairbrush to fix the problem. The dullahan began staring at her phone about to type apologies when it rang, flustering her more making her toss it in the air and quickly put to her face and whip around so that the blue eyes were no longer looking at her with interest.
He had gone from in pain to furious to amused to interested in a mere matter of moments. If this was supposed to confuse him greatly, it did. But it did not bother him, he was much too interested in watching the female squirm under his observant gaze when she showed no interest in him previously. While she fiddled with her phone he spotted out of his obscured vision a few Coal Tars inching towards his hair. He was about to beat them away thinking they were fixing to nest in the tangled mess, but they instead began grabbing small strands of his hair and untangling and "brushing" it for him. He couldn't help but feel comforted by the feeling, like a barber washing your scalp or someone kindly petting your head. He couldn't help but allow his eyes to flutter closed as they played gleefully in his hair, enjoying the work. He could swear he heard them squeak a little melody in unison, a working song he assumed.
As soon as the dullahan finished the rather unhelpful call as she could not respond, she turned around to find the teenagers strands of hair moving on its own, untangling itself. If that was not stirring enough he had his eyes closed idly humming a small tune to himself, she doubted he even noticed he was. His eyes slowly opened and fell upon her observing yet again looking for her current emotion in her body movements, which almost seemed sensual to the teenaged King.
He pulled his eyes away and nodded silent thanks and began to walk into the building. Irritated as he realized that he was reddening from looking at the dullahan in such a fashion. He put himself in the elevator guessing as he pressed the top floor button. 'Home finally' He thought to himself. Oh, if only he knew
