School Fete

One Shot

It was the day of the school fete. The school was decked in colourful bunting, the school field, yard, and courtyard and inside the school itself was filled with stalls and fair rides. Stalls ranging from tombola and raffle to cakes and sweets book stalls to music stalls to craft stalls. There was a juggler and a clown for little ones a magician. A subway station, outdoor pizza oven and face painting. When the yearly school fete came around Hattersfield High School went all out for a fun filled day. One senior was on the cake stall. The cake stall was piled high-not just a table laden with cakes but the table had shelves on either side of the tables with a gap in the middle so money could be exchanged. The senior being one Caitlyn Gellar. And this one Caitlyn Gellar was not happy because she was at school on a Saturday. If she had not had plans then she wouldn't be that bothered but she was meant to fly out to see her boyfriend today and she had been signed up to the fete by an unknown source.

Little did she know there was a surprise coming her way.

A Brown curly haired boy was wandering around the fete. Black ray bans covered his eyes, distressed light blue jeans and a white t-shirt clothed him with a Brown leather jacket over the top and black shoes on his feet. Caitlyn's body boyfriend had come to her. It was a sunny day which was fortunate for the boyfriend due to fact he needed to wear the ray bans not because he had been out the night before and was hangover. But because Caitlyn's boyfriend was the one other only Nate Grey from Connect 3. Your probably wondering how such an ordinary girl could meet and win the heart of a superstar. Two words-Camp Rock.

They had meet there 3 years ago in the summer before Caitlyn's freshman year they kept in touch during freshman year, then the summer before sophomore year Nate asked her to be his girlfriend. Of course we won't have a story if Caitlyn hadn't of said yes. So here we 3 years later. Senior year October The Annual Autumn Fete.

Little did she know he was literally about to pop up in front of her.

So when his shadow feel across her stall, she didn't look up.

"Hello welcome to the cake stall at the annual autumn fete how can I help you?" she asked in a bored voice as she flicked though the magazine in front of her.

"Is that anyway to greet your boyfriend Caity?" he asked

Caitlyn's head snapped up, her jaw dropped and then her mind kick started her into action she squealed before launching herself around the stall and into Nate's arms.

"What? How?" she asked

"You bailed so I had to come and see you," laughed Nate "I missed you," he added before leaning down to captured Caitlyn's lips with his own.

"I missed you too," whispered Caitlyn as they parted for breath.

"Slacking off again Gellar," called a voice

A very near and familiar voice. The voice of Sabrina Wilson head cheerleader and head of the committee for the fete.

Caitlyn turned round and Nate's arms wrapped around her.

"Nah just greeting my boyfriend," she smiled

"Like you would have a boyfriend," smirked Sabrina as she looked up

"NATE GREY!" she screeched "WHAT? HOW?" she shouted

"Could someone else cover the cake stall I've gotta go," smiled Caitlyn

With her jaw on the floor and a shocked expression accompany her face Sabrina just nodded and watched as Caitlyn and Nate walked hand in hand off the school campus.
