Also, if you happen to come across it on tumblr, perchance, I did write it and post both places. Plagiarize me and I shall sob over writing our puppies breaking up, but I will do it. Xoxo, Kim

Best Valentine's Day:

Valentine's Day had always been Remus's favorite day of the year…just because of the amount of chocolate.

But this Valentine's Day was even better then every single one of the years he could remember, because..well, Remus had a Valentine! When he had woken up in the morning, there had been a box of Remus's favorite Honeydukes chocolate wrapped in shiny gold foil, bearing a inked paw print and the words, "Be my Valentine?" written upon it.

Padfoot had accosted him directly outside of the dorm, Remus had later formed the opinion that he had been lying in wait. "So, how about it? Will you?" were the first words out of Sirius's mouth, not even a hello or a good morning could interrupt his 'all important' question. "Is there really even a question?" Remus grinned, looking at Sirius. Reaching over, he ruffled Padfoots hair and saying, "But let's go to breakfast before its over, yeah? I know how you get when you're hungry." Sirius's face had lit up, and they had raced each other down the staircases all the way to the Great Hall.

After that had come a day of sitting in the Common Room, Charms homework and Wizards Chess. No one could really ever hope to beat Peter, what with how he could strategize. Remus strongly suspected that Sirius had let Remus win once or twice.

James was off with Lily, doing god knows what, and Peter had a date with some Hufflepuff at around three, which finally left the two of them all alone at long last.

Sirius had grinned at Remus, and grasped his wrist. "I've got an idea, may I take you on a 'date', My Valentine?" "Depends on what exactly you had in mind," Remus had smirked back.

Sirius had dragged him up to the 7th year boy's dormitory and instructed him to get his cloak. He had pulled a couple bottles of Butterbeer out of nowhere, Remus was convinced he had somehow performed a muggle magicians trick.

They had gone outside, down by the shore of the Black Lake. They drank Butterbeer, snogged, ate chocolate, (Remus had NO clue where the hell Sirius got all of the edibles..but somehow he did,) and just talked for hours. Winter was Remus's favorite season, he loved the snow. He really wasn't sure who had started their snow fight, but eventually Sirius had admitted defeat.

It was just about time for dinner, and they had headed back up to the castle to meet up with Prongs and Wormtail. He guessed that James and Lily's date had gone quite well, Prongs was in good spirits.

After dinner, Remus and Sirius had gone to the library, where they finished the Transfiguration essay that McGonagall had set them on whether or not it was ethical to turn a mouse into a teacup, (Peter had gone quite pale when she had set the essay) and describing the proper spell and wand motion for the transformation.

They had snogged a bit after finishing the essay and had headed up to the dorm where they ran into Prongs and Wormtail. They had said goodnight outside the portrait hole, with a very sweet kiss, Remus would like to add. He would always remember that kiss.

It was now a quarter to midnight, and Remus was thinking over the events of his day with a smile on his face. Yes, he decided, it had been his best Valentines Day ever.
