Amber eyes stared at a certain blue haired guy who was currently eating lunch with his friends in the cafeteria of the school. The blonde girl sat a few tables away from them. She took a sip on her smootie without removing her gaze from the campus hearttrob. She really really really liked him although she knew that she didn't stand a chance on him. He was good-looking, athletic, smart, kind and he was also the president of the student council while she was just a nobody in school.

She adjusted her eyeglasses on the crook of her nose before standing up from her seat. She grabbed her backpack and books then walked towards the door of the cafeteria. Then she bumped onto someone and dropped her books. She was about to pick them up but the person whom she bumped with beat her to it.

She looked at the person only to find out that he was the guy she was staring at earlier. She blushed as she got her books from him then mumbled a soft "thanks" and apologized. The guy smiled at her and also apologized. Then the girl proceeded to the exit and went to her next class.

It was their Physical Education class, the students were playing basketball. The blonde girl and the bluenette guy were on different teams.
They were in the middle of the girl suddenly sprained her ankle. A brunette carried her towards the school clinic while she took a glance of the bluenette guy who wasn't even looking at her which made her frown.

It was Valentines Day. The blonde girl sat on her usual seat in the cafeteria while doing her daily routine, staring at him. Unlike some ordinary days, his table with his friends was being surrounded by a number of fangirls giving him presents.

Then her vision became pitched black as she felt a pair of hands covering her eyes.

She removed the hands from her eyes and faced a
brown haired guy with purple eyes. He was the same guy who brought her to the clinic. Standing beside him was a pink haired girl with a pair of blue eyes. They asked the blonde girl to go with them but she refused. The couple still tried to convince her but she wouldn't bulged so they decide to go without her.

She was alone again on her seat. She couldn't help but get envy of the couple who just left. She was happy for both of them but she also wished that she could find the right one for her. She glanced again at the bluenette boy, he was still surrounded by girls,

She let out a sigh then went out and go to the rooftop instead.

She stared at the vast blue sky still thinking of the bluenette guy. She always tell her mind to stop thinking of him but her heart was just so stubborn.

Her feelings for him was hopeless and she perfectly knew it. It really made her wonder how she got attracted to him when they didn't know each other at all. They may be classmates in some of their subjects but they never had the chance to talk casually and be friends.

"The rooftop is the best place to unwind, don't you think?", she heard a familiar voice said from behind her.
'Great! Now I'm hallucinating', she said in her mind.

"Miss, are you alright?", the voice said again which was now beside her.
She looked beside her and a pair of emerald eyes met her amber ones.

"Are you okay?", he asked again when she still wouldn't reply.

"Ah, yes. I... I'm fine", she replied while stuttering.

"That's nice to hear. By the way, I'm Athrun... Athrun Zala", he said extending a hand to her.

"Cagalli Yula Athha", she replied as she shook his hand.
