A/N: Just a little Benleen drabble, since this couple gets almost no love.

She was like a child, really.

Not in a bad way, no, not at all. She was mature, she understood how the world worked, and she could take care of herself. No, she was childlike in her playful nature, her ability to run around and have fun despite her knowledge of the world, in her kind and loving heart.

Perhaps this was why she and Rigby got along so well. She could love a man most could hardly tolerate and she could keep up with him, keep him entertained. Together, they could be children, but she could still grow up and take care of him when the situation called for it.

She was a joy to have around the park, with her bright eyes and nice words and fun-loving demeanor, and Benson wondered if everyone was a little bit in love with her, or if it was just him.

There was just something about seeing her that always brightened his day, even if she was only there for Rigby, and he was with Audrey anyway. His heart didn't seem to grasp that and still thudded whenever she walked past, and he still thought about her much too frequently. There was no denying the fact that he had feelings for Eileen.

He was much too old for her. Actual age aside, she was bright, young, a child, and he was disillusioned, jaded, an old man. She would bring light to his life, but he would only drag her down and make her old before her time, just as he had become. It was better he stayed away, and didn't complicate things.

No matter how much he wanted to tell her of his feelings, he couldn't, because Eileen was a child and Benson was an old man.

A/N: Despite my love for Rigleen and like for Baudrey, this was my first Regular Show crack ship, and I will ship them until I die.
