Yesterday was a brainstorming day for me, basically I had a ton of ideas at once and wrote them all down as fast as I could. So, there will be four stories put up today if not one or two more. This one is another Maine/South story, it's extremely short though. Enjoy.

South stormed out of the locker room, leaving North and Carolina sprawled-out on the floor and her helmet bashed into one of the lockers. Everyone moved out of her way as she walked down the hallway. It was obvious she was pissed off and no one really wanted to deal with her in this state, not even North was up to the challenge now. South opened the door to her room and walked inside, wishing that she was able to slam the door behind her. She plopped down onto her bed and tossed the pillow away, letting it hit the wall and fall to the floor. She growled and lay down, still pissed off and wanting to let it all out, but not knowing how. The door slid open and she instantly sat up.

"What?" she snarled. She narrowed her eyes as she saw no one in her room. Though at the moment her room was dark, so maybe she just couldn't see them. She slowly got up and walked over towards the door, tip-toeing and listening closely in case anyone tried to sneak up on her. "Where the hell are you? Show yourself!" South let out a loud shriek as two large arms grabbed her from behind and held her arms close to her sides. She hissed and tried to pull free. She elbowed them in the chest and let out an angry yell before finally submitting and letting them hold her against her will. They let her arms go and she slipped them out, but they wrapped their arms around her and as she heard a low hiss she knew who it was. She tensed. What the hell was he doing here?

She was turned around to face the large man before her. She swallowed nervously and avoided Maine's gaze. He let out a soft growl and lifted her head with one finger under her chin. She closed her eyes as Maine headed towards her, his lips going to entrap hers. It was a few seconds later when their lips finally met. Maine let out a funny purr-like growl as South wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed him back tenderly. His hand moved to the back of her neck and pulled her towards him while his other arm held her tightly around the waist.

South felt herself relax at Maine's touch and her heart felt like a huge weight had been lifted off as he kissed her gently. He started to pull back and South chased after the kiss for a moment before letting their lips part. Maine 'purred' again and held her close to him. South hugged him tightly and set her head in his chest, giving a tiny smile.

"Thanks, Maine," she murmured. "I needed that." Maine smiled slightly and nodded in understanding. Maine kissed South lightly before walking out of her room and down the hall. South sat down on her bed and lay down again with a happy sigh. She groaned a bit. Now she had to go apologize to Carolina and North. Goddamnit!
