HELLO! I am BACK! I apologize terribly for the delay, but here is the long awaited third chapter! DISCLAIMER: i do NOT own Ouran, nor any of its characters. i also do not own Iris, that is property of the goo goo dolls. (the version in this chapter is the sleeping with sirens cover)

Chapter three

"Well," I said, "welcome to my home." Mori looked around and smiled. "I like it," he said, "it's nice." I blushed and scratched the back of my head. "Uh, thanks! Go ahead and put your school stuff in my room; its the third door on the right. I'm gonna go tell my mom we're here." Mori nodded and headed for my room. Walking across the house, I found my mom in the kitchen preparing dinner. "Hey Mom." "Kaoru! You're home? How was school honey?" She asked.

"It was great Mom," I said. "I just wanted to let you know that i have a friend over, and he is going to stay for dinner." "Alright sweetheart, i hope he likes pasta because that's what I'm making!" She smiled and kissed my forehead. "Now run along and finish some of your homework before dinner." "Okay, mom." I smiled and quickly ran back to my room. I opened the door to find Mori sitting stiffly on my bed. He only seemed to stiffen more when i entered. "Uh, Mori?" I said, "you dont have to be so formal, its just me." He relaxed slightly, but still remained stiff. I began to smile at the plan forming in my in my head.

Without giving him a warning, I launched myself on top of him, tackling him to the bed. "Haha, lighten up Mori!" i said, grinning down at him. He was looking at me with wide eyes, and he was blushing. It was then that i realized the position we were in. he was lying flat on the bed, and I was straddling his hips, my hands on either side of his head. I felt myself begin to blush fiercely. I began to move away but froze when i felt something large and hard poking me. Mori rested his hand on the small of my back. I looked down at him and noticed the look of longing on his face. He wasn't looking into my eyes. No, he was staring at my lips.

I blushed harder when i felt his hand caress the side of my face. He shifted his eyes to mine, and i realized how attached i had grown to him. While i was lost in thought, I didnt realize that i was slowly getting closer to his face. When i finally noticed, there was barely two inches of space between us. "Kaoru..." Mori breathed. I blushed and looked away from his intense stare. I tried to back away from him, but he moved his hand to the back of my head and held it there firmly. I looked back into his eyes and saw a pleading stare. 'I don't think i've ever wanted to kiss someone so badly..' I thought, blushing. 'Well, i did say i would look at men, didn't I?' Taking a deep breath, I looked into Mori's eyes and slowly leaned down until there was barely an inch between our lips.

Suddenly, I heard my Mom calling me. "Kaoru! Come down and help set up for dinner!" "O-okay Mom, be right down!" I called back. I pulled myself away from Mori and went to walk to the door. I heard a low growl from behind me and i felt myself get tossed onto the bed. Squeaking in surprise, I looked up and stammered out, "M-mori, what..?" I couldn't finish after seeing the look on Mori's face. "I have waited," he began, while climbing on top of me, "too damn long," his knee slipped between my legs and i let out a breathy moan as he rubbed against me, "to be stopped now," he finally got out, before leaning down over me and capturing my lips with his.

My mind went blank as I reached up and wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed him back. Mori opened his mouth slightly, letting his tongue swipe across my lower lip, asking for entry. I complied happily, allowing his tongue in and letting him take control of the kiss. I could feel myself getting hard. 'How is he so damn good at this!?' I thought, trying not to shudder as i felt his knee rub against my crotch. Mori pulled away from the kiss to allow me to breath, and I felt his hands slowly trail down my body. I wiggled a little, trying to get him to move faster. He smirked a little and leaned down to capture my lips again, but froze when there was a knock on the door.

"Kaoru," my mother called through the door, "dinners ready. Why dont you and your friend wash up and come downstairs?" "O-okay Mom, be right down." I said shakily. Luckily for us, she didn't seem to notice, and walked away. Mori looked down at me, almost dissapointedly. He leaned down and kissed my neck gently, before whispering in my ear, "I could do so much to you right now." I felt myself blush even harder. He got off of me and stood up, offering me his hand. I took it and got out of bed, smoothing my clothes and fixing my hair the best i could before turning to walk downstairs. "Wait," Mori said hesitantly. I turned to him. "Yes?" I said. "I was wondering... I mean, if you're interested.." he trailed off, blushing slightly. "What is it, Mori?" I asked. "Well.." he said, "If your interested, would you, uh.. would you be my boyfriend?" he asked shyly.

I looked up at him and blushed. Smiling, I took his hand in mine. Leaning up, I pressed my lips to his gently, and said, "I would love to be your boyfriend, Mori." He smiled brightly and hugged me tightly. "I'm so glad.." he breathed in my ear. I chuckled softly. "Yeah," I said, "me too. Now how about we get washed up for dinner?" He smiled and nodded, and we turned and headed downstairs.

Sitting down for dinner, I couldn't help but notice how eager Mori looked when my Mom served the pasta. My Mom noticed as well. "Are you hungry, Mori?" She asked, smiling. Mori nodded and smiled. "Its just been a while since i had a home cooked meal. My parents are normally away on business trips, so I normally have the house to myself." He explained. "Oh my," my mom replied, "well you feel free to come over whenever you want to, honey." "Thank you very much, Mrs. Hitachiin, that means alot." Mori said with a smile.

About halfway throughout the meal, everything was going well until my mom said the words that would doom the evening. "So, Mori," she said, "You're rather handsome, you must have a beautiful girlfriend." I froze at those words, but Mori just shrugged. "I thank you for the compliment, Mrs. Hitachiin, however i am uninterested in women." he said smoothly. I watched both my parents and my brother freeze. Then Hikaru blurted out, "Dude, you're GAY?!" Mori sighed, and simply said, "Yes, I am." Hikaru shook his head in disbelief, before turning to me and saying, "Wow Kaoru, I didn't think you would stoop so low as to hang out with the likes of him. Renge really must have messed you up." He smirked at me, knowing he had struck a nerve.

"Well, Hikaru," I began, "I don't care about Renge. She was an awful girlfriend, but there is one thing that she did give me that i will always cherish." Both Mori and Hikaru looked at me curiously. I took a deep breath and continued. "The day we broke up, I was so upset I cried. But during that time I was supported by someone I know cares for me, someone whom I've come to really like, maybe even love." Hikaru smiled. "Atta boy! Good for you, bro!" My mother smiled and asked, "when do we get to meet the lucky lady, Kaoru?" I took a deep breath and looked at Mori. He smiled in encouragement. I smiled back and looked at my family.

"Mom, Dad, Hikaru.. This is Mori. And..we, we..uh.." Mori grasped my hand from under the table. "Mr. and Mrs. Hitachiin," Mori began, "today I asked your amazing son to be my boyfriend, and he agreed." My mother froze, my brother choked, and my father slammed his fist down on the table. "What?!" my father screamed. Hikaru was groaning, "oh god, my twin brother is gay, thats so gross." My father stood up and pulled me out of my chair roughly. "NO SON OF MINE IS GAY!" he shouted, slapping me harshly across the face. I fell to the ground, clutching at my stinging face and trying not to cry. I heard my mother shouting at my father, and I saw Mori standing above me, blocking my fathers access to me, while my mother helped me up.

Calming down a bit, my father looked at me past Mori, and said, "You have two choices, Kaoru," he began. "Either you leave this boy immediately and forget all of this stupid nonsense, or you leave this house and don't return." I stood up properly and looked at Mori. "Whatever you choose, I wont think of you any differently." he said. I smiled at him, then sighed and looked at my father. "Dad," i said, "If you cant accept my happiness, then I'm leaving." I turned away from him and my brother so they wouldn't see me cry. I made my way to my room and began throwing clothes in a few bags, and started packing all of my important things.

I heard Mori enter my room and felt his arms wrap around me from behind. I didn't say anything, I just kept packing. Finally getting all of my stuff together, I turned and said, "Let's go, I'm driving you home." Mori nodded and grabbed his bag. Walking towards the front door, I saw my mother waiting for me with tears in her eyes. Dropping my bags, I walked to her and hugged her tightly. "I love you so much, Mom." I said. "I love you too, honey." she said. Stroking my cheek, she asked seriously, "Honey, are you happy?" I smiled and leaned into her touch. "I am Mom, I'm so happy." She smiled and kissed the top of my head.

Turning to Mori, she looked at him and said "You take care of my baby while i sort things out here." Then she smiled and hugged him. "I'm so sorry for today" she whispered. She let go of him and turned to me. "Here," she said, "take your keys. I dont care what your father says, you're taking that car." I smiled. "Thanks, Mom." I said kissing her cheek. "I love you." "I love you too. Now get going before your father comes back." she said. "Bye, Mom. I hope I'm back soon." "Me too, honey, me too."

Walking out to my car, I got in and started the engine. Without looking at Mori, I turned on the radio and drove away, letting the tears fall as i listened to the same song that was playing on the way home.

Pulling into Mori's driveway, I gripped the steering wheel and sobbed. "Mori..Mori!" Mori went around the car and opened my door, pulling me out and reaching in for the keys. Mori picked me up and carried me into the house, immediately capturing my lips with his own. Pulling away, he wiped my tears and said, "Kaoru, I love you more than anything. I have for so long now." I smiled through my tears. "Me too, Mori," I said,

"I love you too."

Gah! I loved writing this. Yeah, I know I've made Kaoru a big crybaby, but i love him. I decided to make his mom kind of annoying, but she still loves him more than anything in this world, and she immediately accepts his life choices. I thought that would make up for it :3
