A/N.

These are 10 micro drabbles about a possible Scott/Courtney flirtation in the next season.

I don't know if the writers will go with it, I know I would if I was writing it... They'd be good together.

Plus, I want to dibs doing it first.

Scotney Drabbles

Courtney tried to be brave when Scott first showed her the "dirt farm" but he had fun at her expense trying to gross her out at every turn. When a kitchen rat landed on her she gave up pretending and screamed. Scott couldn't help but be amused.

Courtney had a 'type' no matter how she tried to insist that she didn't. And that type was Neanderthal. Scott was even another rung below Duncan on the disgusting meter but she couldn't help but be attracted to him - pit sniffing and all.

Both of them considered themselves master manipulators. But Scott's false smiles and heavy B.S. never worked on Courtney. Neither did Courtney's feminine wiles work on Scott. So instead they just decided to team up against all the others that were more susceptible to their charms (or lack of them).

Scott wasn't in it to hook up. He'd made that perfectly clear on more than one occasion. But he didn't mind checking out Courtney when her back was turned... because if she caught him in the act he'd be in a world of trouble.

They both had freckles. Courtney with the smatter across her nose and Scott's extended to his shoulders. Courtney's own freckles, though she would never admit, were her favorite features... even though she guessed that Scott wore them well too.

There wasn't much Scott liked about Duncan. The guy was an ogre as far as he was concerned. But he had to give credit to him for having the two hottest Total Drama girls fighting over him. Scott had half a mind to ask him his secret, if he wasn't afraid of getting a knife to his throat.

Courtney was skeptical of the fourth season competitors... but she needed allies fast. Unfortunately everyone had seen previous seasons of Total Drama and knew enough to stay away. After a clash with Jo about trying to take Cameron's loyalty, Courtney had no choice but go to a fellow hated contestant. It was a good thing for her that Scott was just sick of being hated too.

When everyone laughed at Scott's expense a second time - after another encounter with Fang - Courtney didn't. She'd had enough bad encounters with that bear to laugh at someone else for being attacked by animals.

Scott's scoffing remarks every time Courtney looked over longingly at Duncan and Gwen kissing really helped her get through it. "Wow, now that's disgusting." He stated drolly when catching what she was looking at. Courtney smiled at him and looked for the last time that season. "Totally."
She could get over this.

Courtney got so close to winning the money, but just fell short in the final challenge. "Hey, second is better than nothing." Was all Scott had to say to rest her overachieving mind at ease. She could have hugged him.
