Albus Dumbledore held in a sigh as he looked out over his students as another beginning of the year feast began. After what happened last year with the Triwizard Tournament ending, he had tried to talk some sense into the minister of magic, alas Cornelis refused to listen to reason which left Albus with no choice but to go through with his last resort plan, one he wanted to set into motion before the ministry's appointed DADA professor arrived in the great hall.
He stood up, a forced smile on his face. "Welcome to another year at Hogwarts, before we all tuck in I need to know who of you don't believe that Voldemort is back to head for your house dormitories where you will be served dinner. I would also for those who believe he's alive and plan on joining him to go to your house dormitories where dinner is waiting for you."
The majority of the Slytherins left the room, leaving only three Slytherins at the table, half of Gryffindor house left, ten Ravenclaws and two or three Hufflepuffs. Once they all were gone Dumbledore spoke again. "You who remain will please follow Professor McGonagall to your new school and home where your families are waiting to greet you.
With Voldemort's return and the ministry refusing to acknowledge he is back it is no longer safe for you here so I am sending you to a new hidden location. Harry, his family and friends are already there as well."
Without a word Minerva McGonagall stood up to walk from the great hall through a door none of the students had noticed before, for a few seconds none stood up then, with a shrug Cho Chang got to her feet and went through the door Minerva did. After she passed through the door the rest of the students, one by one, they followed her.
Just as the last student passed through the door and it vanished a toad like woman stepped into the great hall, shocked to find it empty except for Dumbledore. "Where is everyone!" She demanded to know but Dumbledore stood up and left the great hall, not speaking, which sent the woman into angry sputtering at being ignored.
Inside the now hidden room, Minerva had the students gather around her so she could inform them on what to expect at the other end of portkey travel. "The activation word for all of your portkeys is utopia. Now when you get there you will end up in a warded room, you need to drop your portkey into the provided basket before you will be able to leave the room where you will be reunited with your family and friends. Good luck."
One by one the students uttered the activation word and vanished from the room, Minerva right behind them at Dumbledore's insistence, as he had already sent half of the staff the night before as well as all of the house elves, intent on forcing the pure bloods and others like them to fend for themselves as he finally had to admit, though he didn't want to, that there was no hope for them.
He had even relocated the centaurs, unicorns and merpeople to his self created utopia in the one place no one would ever think to look for them, the South Pole. He had set up wards around a large part of the area that would block out the harsh weather, creating a large dome, then proceeded to turn it into a replica of Hogsmead village, including Hogwarts, with a few extra business from Diagon Alley and houses for everyone to live in, a barn and fenced off area for livestock and a huge garden.
