Chapter 62: Taking a Break and the Prison Break

Back in Konoha. . .

The trip back to the village was much quicker than the group had expected and only took two days to arrive, only because the injured blond had been carried by his godfather, which didn't affect their speed. Though they still arrived at nighttime as they saw the stores shine with lights.

However the group didn't have the chance to enjoy any down time the moment they returned as they all went straight towards the Hokage Tower. They stood in front of the female Hokage, well with the exception of the blond shinobi, who was in a wheelchair, and they each made their report.

After an hour or two, the Toad Sage and the trio reported everything that had happened towards their leader. From their encounters with the orangette, their first battles with the Fūma shinobi, to their infiltration of Orochimaru's base which resulted in the separation of the Toad Sage. Their battles against all sorts of inhuman mutant monstrosities. And finally, their encounters with Orochimaru, the fake Kabuto and the mutated Arashi that ended with the destruction of the base along with the end of the Oto influence in the Land of Rise Fields.

The blonde Hokage nearly had a heart attack at the end as she was absolutely horrified to hear that the trio not only met her former teammate face to face again, but also fought against his assistant and even more mutated shinobis. However she still managed to keep her poker face and looked calmed as she mentaly vowed to send the Toad Sage to the ICU after this.

The blond Hokage eventually let out a tired sigh after the trio finished their report. "While I'm beyond amazed that you three had survived all of this. . ." Tsunade began as the trio winced at hearing that, but gave a small yet proud smile. "But I am proud that you didn't just complete the reconnaissance mission, but went above and beyond." She soon praised the trio.

". . .Did Obaa-chan just say we did a good job?" Satsuki soon asked out loud while blinking a couple of times.

The bluenette looked confused for a bit before nodding in confirmation. "I. . .believe so. . ." Hinata responded with a somewhat baffled tone.

However a large grin appeared on the blond's face at hearing that. "I mean this was a job well done, so we deserve some praise dattebayo!" Naruto cheered out while raising his heavily bandaged arms.

The blonde Hokage's eye in response twitched towards the Uchiha's remark. "Urge to kill. . .rising. . ." Tsunade mentally growled out, but kept her composure, at least outwardly. "Still. . ." She soon started, calming herself down before rubbing the bridge of her nose. ". . .How is it that you three not only destroyed an enemy base, fought against kami forsaken creatures and even made a clan from the Land of Rice Fields offer their services to Konoha. . ." She asked with a tone of disbelief.

To that, the trio blinked as they looked at one another for a moment before turning back to the blonde Hokage. "I don't know. These sorts of things happen to us. . .pretty regularly actually." Naruto casually replied while shrugging his shoulders while the girls nodded in agreement.

Tsunade could only look at her godson with a deadpan expression. "Why do I even bother. . .? Of course something completely illogical would happen if you three are involved. . ." She then grumbled out while giving her teammate a death glare for not being there when the three young shinobi's had to deal with the worst.

The Toad Sage raised his hands to ask for mercy and admitted that he didn't do the job right. "In my defence, I wasn't expecting her to be a mutated shinobi either. I'm just glad I managed to save both myself and her as well." Jiraiya tried to justify himself with a weak smile on his face.

"I'll deal with you later. . ." Tsunade growled out before taking a deep breath to calm down. "Anyways, you three head to the hospital, I know you heal fast, but I'm not taking any chances." She then ordered the three.

"Well. . .you aren't getting a complaint from me on this one. . ." Naruto replied as he emphasised his heavily bandaged arms and legs.

"Ain't that the truth dattebakon. . ." Satsuki muttered in agreement as she still felt aches and pains from their last battle all over her body.

Meanwhile as the two young shinobi's were contemplating on relaxing, the bluenette had an expression of pure determination. "Tsunade-sama. . .I would like to make a formal request. . ." Hinata suddenly began as she stepped forward.

The blonde Hokage however raised a hand to stop her. "I know what it is." Tsunade stated, surprising the young Hyuga, but then gave her a gentle smile at ther. "And we'll definitely discuss it, after you three get a well deserved rest, alright?" She then added and requested.

Seeing the smile on the older kunoichi's face, the bluenette couldn't help but smile as well. "Hai!" Hinata replied while giving a respect filled bow and then turned around and began walking towards the door.

Meanwhile the bluenette's teammates looked at each other with confused expressions, not understanding what just happened. Then the ravenette pushed the blond's wheelchair so that they could follow their teammate.

On the other hand, the Toad Sage let out a soundless chuckle at that. "Also Jiraiya, hand over the proto type pill so I can send it to the R&D Department." Tsunade then ordered him with a dead serious tone.

Jiraiya in response nodded as he took the bottled pill out of his pocket and placed it on the desk in front of his leader. "Special delivery, one mutation pill courtesy of Orochimaru." He remarked in a dry and humorless tone.

The Hokage however rolled her eyes to that joke as she took the bottle. "To think this little pill would cause so much trouble. . ." She then muttered with a somber and serious tone.

"Truth, but remember that this one is just the prototype." Jiraiya clarified with a serious tone. "We already know that he's already long passed the prototype phase and is improving them as we speak." He added with a grim tone.

The female hokage knew the full implications of those words and also felt a wave of grim for the future. "In any case, the R&D will have a field day with this one. . .we can not allow Orochimaru to continue these experiments. . ." Tsunade remarked and stated as she looked at the pill inside while shaking the bottle.

The two Sannin hoped that the research group could find something, but both knew that it would be just wishful thinking. However regardless, anything they could find out would be priceless information. And to all shinobi's worth their salt, any accurate information could be the difference between life or death.

An hour later. . .

After the trio made a quick trip to the hospital, they were all diagnosed with either minor to mid injuries as well as minor and mid level of chakra exhaustion. So with the exception of the blond's crack bones, they were all relatively fine. So the doctors allowed the trio to leave the hospital, with the sole condition that they will take it easy and get a lot of rest.

Not that the girls mind much, getting to rest up with the one they love and all. Also the fact that they can now have more free time to hang with said person because of his disposition was just a bonus.

"Man, it sucks being in a wheelchair." Naruto complained with a pout while wiggling slightly from said chair.

The bluenette couldn't help but let out a giggle at the whining blond's behaviour. "Don't worry Naruto-kun, you'll be back on your feet in no time." Hinata reassured the blond.

"You mean after getting a nice long rest, right?" Satsuki corrected with a coy and sly grin on her face. "We are gonna have so much fun when we get back." She then added while the two girls blushed crimson with airy smiles on their faces.

"Yeah. . .I knew I was going to get it. . ." Naruto got out in a sheepish manner, before he recalled something and turned towards the bluenette. "By the way. What were you going to ask Baa-chan?" He soon asked with a curious tone.

This got the two kunoichi's to calm down as the ravenette also recalled that moment. "Oh yeah, what was that about Nata-chan?" Satsuki soon asked as she also wanted to know.

"Oh, well. . ." Hinata started as she took a deep breath to both calm herself down and gather her thoughts. "After hearing Ero-Sennin's advice and then our experiences in the last missions, I came to the conclusion that. . .I want to learn Medical Ninjutsu." She soon revealed.

This meanwhile surprised the other two Team Seven members as they looked at their Hyuga teammate. "Eh!? Nata-chan, you really decided to take Ero-Sennin's advice!?" Satsuki exclaimed.

However the blond shinobi blinked his eyes a few times as he had no clue what the two were talking about. "Wait, when did Ero-Sennin give you advice about Medical Ninjutsu?" Naruto asked with a confused tone.

"Oh, it was after the retrieval mission." Hinata casually replied as she looked down and smiled. "He actually gave us some advice on how we could improve." She then explained with a grateful tone.

Satsuki couldn't help but look to the side as she too recalled that night. "Yeah. . .for once, I can say that Ero-sennin really did say something that was worth listening to." She playfully admitted, but her tone was the same as the bluenette.

The blond shinobi slightly frowned at that as he still recalled how down the two kunoichi's were during that time, so he decided not to continue that topic. "Alright, but isn't it really hard to learn Medical Ninjutsu?" Naruto then asked, he wasn't saying that they couldn't, he just heard just how difficult that field was to learn.

This got the desired effect and gained the two kunoichi's attention as she pulled out her medical ointment from her bag and looked at it. "Well, I first want to learn the basic Medical Ninjutsu so I can treat wounds that my herbal medications wouldn't be able to." Hinata explained as she gently rubbed her ointment.

As much as the female Hyuga felt proud about her own self made medications, the last mission and the one before had taught her that they just wouldn't be enough for missions that would no doubt be even more dangerous. And that if she didn't want her precious people being and staying hurt, she needed much more than her usual repertoire.

Then the young Hyuga put away her ointment and gave the blond a cheerful yet determined expression. "So I want to try and be like Tsunade-sama, to be someone who helps others, so that no one will lose someone precious to them." Hinata soon added with a tone filled with pure determination.

Upon hearing that, both of the bluentte's teammates were left awestruck by her conviction. "Then. . .Then I'll learn it too dattebakon!" Satsuki soon decided in a determined manner before quickly calming down. "I mean I'm not sure if I'll be as good as Nata-chan, but I gotta expand what I know too even if it's just a little!" She then declared.

Meanwhile the blond shinobi looked at the two and smiled at the two, feeling glad that they did get over their slump. But then his head fell to the side as his eyes lost their light. "Good for you girls, but as for me. . .I don't think I will be able to do it. . ." Naruto revealed with an expressionless face. "My chakra control sucks. . .I'd probably kill someone before I could heal anything. . ." He added with a depressed tone.

The kunoichis blinked a few times and then couldn't help but giggle at that, they knew that although the blond was the physically strongest and had the most chakra reserves, his control was. . .less than ideal.

"It's alright, like Kuranai-sensei said, we all have our specialties that we excel at, while at others we're not." Hinata reassured the downward blond.

"Yeah! Naru-kun's the powerhouse of our team." Satsuki giggled out but meant every word she said.

This got the blond to recover his spirits, but before he could reply, he heard the kunoich's stomachs begin growling. . .loudly. Which caused the two kunoichis to blush in embarrassment at the not so subtle hunger sounds that came from their stomachs.

At the sight of the two blushing, the blond shinobi let out an amused chuckle. "Well, I guess we know what we're doing next." Naruto decided as he grinned widely. "Let's go to Ichiraku's!" He shouted joyfully.

This caused the two kunoichis to snap out of their embarrassment, they giggle and nod in agreement. "Hai!" The Hyuga and Uchiha Heiress replied in unison.

The trio soon grinned happily. "Time for Ichiraku Ramen!" The Team Seven trio declared in unison while pumping their fist into the air as they made their way to the ramen shop in mention.

At Ichiraku's. . .

Soon enough, the members of Team Seven made it to the restaurant, the moment they smelled the scent of ramen, they were so eager to eat that they didn't see that there were two people in the shop as well already eating.

"Man, it feels like it's been forever since I had some ramen!" Naruto admitted as she drool leaked out of his mouth in anticipation.

"I know! After everything we've been through, we need a meal like this!" Satsuki declared in agreement.

Then the moment the trio passed the hanging cloth the trio and the two people that were already eating turn to look at each other. There was a small pause and then the blond and one of the customers grinned at each other.

"Hey Kiba!" Naruto cheerfully greeted the young Inuzuka with a smirk.

"Yo! Haven't seen you guys in a few days." Kiba greeted the trio while waving his hand that held his chopsticks. "What were you doing?" He then asked before looking down. "Hehe, and what's up with the wheelchair?" He soon added with a snicker as he of all people knew that the blond's healing abilities were second to none, so he found it amusing seeing such a scene.

"Well. . .let's just say I learned a very valuable lesson. . ." Naruto began to say with a deadpan tone. "Taking a hit from a behemoth size enemy, even while using a massive sword as a makeshift shield, isn't the best of ideas. . ." He added while moving his bandaged limbs

". . ." Kiba remained speechless for a few seconds before turning towards the kunoichis and silently asked them to translate.

"Yeah we basically took out a base of that former snake pedo on our last mission to the Land of Rice Fields." Satsuki simply revealed. "And took out more of his mutated freaks of nature. . ." She then added in a dead serious tone.

"Oh. . ." Kiba got out as he winced at learning that and couldn't help but think back to the failed retrieval mission, causing him to feel a shiver down his spine. "Shit. . ." He then added with a hint of terror in his voice.

"Yes. . .however it wasn't as strong as the ones we faced before." Hinata soon informed him. "So Naruto-kun only suffered some bone fractures as well as some mild case of chakra exhaustion, while we suffered some minor injuries as well as minor chakra exhaustion." She then revealed.

Upon hearing that clarification, the young Inuzuka instantly calmed down as he let out a sigh of relief. "Well that's good to hear." Kiba got out with immense relief. "The last thing I want to hear is that more of those-" He then started, however. .

"Wait, the fuckin' Rice Field's base is destroyed?" The other person, obviously female judging by the voice interrupted.

At the sudden interruption, the trio finally saw the other person that was sitting next to the Inuzuka. Said person had a very familiar dark pink haired girl. "Wait. . .aren't you that flame blood chick?" Satsuki asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Yeah, what about it?" Tayuya asked as she went back to eating her ramen. "Fuckin' hell this shit is good. . ." She thought to herself while slurping up the noodles.

The trio then turned to look at their friend and gave him an expression of asking for an explanation. Which caused Inuzuka to let out a sigh of exasperation. "Long story short, I'm now her provisional officer." Kiba bluntly revealed as he leaned his cheek onto his hand. "She's been a real pain too." He then loudly remarked.

However instead of an outburst or anger from the kunoichi in question, she didn't look the slightest bit offended or annoyed. "Like I give a shit what you think of me." Tayuya countered as she continued eating her food without a single care for the others.

"Wow. . ." Satuki got out as she helped the blond into one of the seats before sitting down herself.

"You get used to it. . ." Kiba sighed out his response.

"Really?" Hinata asked with a doubtful tone as she also sat herself down.

"At least. . .I hope so. . ." Kiba deadpanned in slight depression in his tone and looked to the side with hollowed eyes.

As Tayuya continued eating she briefly looked back to the trio and finally recognized them. "Ah, the fuckers that got involved with getting the bitch to the pedo. . ." She groaned out .

"You swear a lot." Satsuki admitted with a sweatdrop. "Though I guess that matches that fiery personality you have." She then added.

"Should you really be out of the hospital though?" Hinata however asked with a slight concern tone. "I mean Tsunade-sama told us about how Orochimaru is trying to force create bloodlines and it would take time to get used to something like this without practice. . ." She then added.

Tayuya however scoffed at that question. "Tch, doctors basically said I just gotta go in for fuckin' check ups every two day, now will you fuckers let me eat? I'm fuckin' hungry!" She answered in an irritated tone.

The trio sweatdropped in perfect unison at that while the Inuzuka placed a hand on his face. "Could you at least try to be nice. . .I mean I'm already paying for the meal." Kiba grumbled out.

Unknown to the young chunins, the former Oto kunoichi's right eye slightly glowed red. "Shut it dog breath." Tayuya retorted with a slightly grouchier and angrier tone. Then her eye returned to normal and continued eating her ramen.

The trio then looked towards the Inuzuka. "Uh, did something happen between you two?" Naruto soon asked.

The Inuzuka in response groaned. "Ah, just her tripping over me and calling me the pervert and now forcing me to get her dinner." Kiba revealed with an exasperating tone.

"Shut it up mutt." Tayuya's muffled voice got out as she slurped her noodles. "Are you fuckers gonna keep talking or are you gonna start eating?" She then asked in annoyance.

Although the trio didn't like the way the blunt kunoichi had said it, they all agreed that trying to keep talking to someone that wanted to say nothing to them wasn't the wisest or efficient thing to do. So they all sat down and each other their own ramen.

Meanwhile, the dark pink haired girl narrowed her eyes as she recalled what the trio had said. "Rice Fields base. . .that was one of the mutation experiment bases. . .well good thing it's gone. . ." Tayuya thought to herself.

The memories of all of those corrupted and messed up creatures that the kunoichi saw in those halls were still fresh. While most were, if she was being honest, more comical than dangerous, they were still creatures that still filled her with dread when she and the other Sound Four members visited the bases their creature would be housed at.

"Fuckin' Doctor. . ." Tayuya mentally growled out to herself while looking at her own hands. "Can't believe I got desperate and took their fuckin' pill. . ." She then added while balling them into fists.

The bluenette meanwhile managed to catch the sight of the former Oto kunoichi growling and turned towards her. "Um. . .is something wrong?" Hinata meanwhile called out, making herself known and revealing she was sitting next to her opposite of the young Inuzuka.

The girl simply raised an eyebrow to the question before narrowing her eyes. "Oh I don't know, minor things like assholes that apparently don't know the concept of minding your own goddamn business." Tayuya grumbled out with a clear irritated tone.

The bluenette flinched at that and quietly muttered an apology as she knew that it was a bit rude to meddle in the kunoichi's business if she didn't want her to.

However this got both of the hotblooded members of Team Seven to get irritated, but before they could even complain, Kiba just raised a hand to them. "Don't. . .Trust me, it's not worth it. . ." He remarked with a dead tired tone.

"Shut it Kiba." Tayuya countered without a care or concern and continued eating.

The trio of Team Seven in turn decided to take their friend's advice and just dropped it as they really didn't want to end up emotionally tired like said friend. "Oi Teiuchi! We're gonna be ordering a lot dattebayo!" Naruto called out.

Said ramen chef in response chuckled. "Oh! It's great to see you all, Naruto, Hinata, Satsuki." He cheerfully replied as he got to work. "So? The usual for you three?" He stated more than asked.

"You know it!" The Uzumaki and Uchiha declared with gusto while the Hyuga simply nodded.

And this decision was rewarded because no soon after that did, their orders finally arrived and began to enjoy them after many days without ramen before finishing up after ten bowls each.

Then after having their meal, the trio told the young Inuzuka that they should hang out later with the other rookies. To which made said teen very happy, showing that he didn't have a very happy few days and was desperate to talk to his friends.

Maybe it was the constant clanking of their bowls or the obnoxious slurping, but the constant sounds annoyed the dark pink haired kunoichi to her limits. She slammed her chopsticks on the table and was about to shout at them, her words died in her mouth as her mouth was left wide open.

Not even ten minutes after the trios food had arrived, she already counted three empty bowls stacked up on top of each other. "Ok, how the fuck can those three eat so fuckin' much!?" Tayuya openly asked in disbelief.

"Oh right, this is your first time seeing them, huh?" Kiba commented as with an amused scoff while continuing eating his ramen.

"Ha! Those three are the biggest eaters and the biggest customers at this place." Teiuchi informed in an amused tone. "And you seem like one to talk, being on your third bowl and all." He then added before placing another bowl in front of her.

"Yeah. . .but I didn't inhale mine in ten minutes!" Tayuya countered while pointing at the still growing pile of bowls.

"Eh, you get used to it." Kiba once again added the same words but only this time toward the opposite person.

Tayuya's eye began to twitch as her very limited patience was running out, but before it could, she saw another bowl in front of her. ". . .Thanks old man. . ." She silently got out in a mutter since she still felt hungry.

The ramen chef merely chuckled as he watched the girl go back to eating. Then images of a small blond that was lonely and hungry came to mind. "Just like Naruto when he first came in." Teiuchi thought as he continued making what he does best, filling the bellies of those that needed more than just food.

At the Team Seven and Viper Squad Residence. . .

The darkness of night soon enveloped the village as it then began to become illuminated by the lights of buildings. After they had their fill, the trio had a nice and quiet walk enjoying the sights as they saw more of the older stores that were closed were now open again symbolizing that Konoha was finally regaining its old state.

"Gotta say, the shopping area is looking way better than I remembered." Naruto admitted with a grin while looking around.

"Now that you mention it. . ." Satsuki started as she thought about it.

"It does." Hinata added in agreement.

After saying that, the trio got a better look around and saw that there were more stores and shops that weren't there before. There were simply stores for both shinobi and civilians, such as clothing, basic and vital everyday utensils as well as a new weapons shop or two. Showing that, at the very least, the shopping area was getting better after all the chaos it had gone through since both invasion attempts.

This made the bluenette let out a sigh of relief and joy. "Well I'm glad. It means that Konoha is finally showing that it's really getting better." Hinata soon stated with a content tone.

"Yeah. I wonder what clothing they're selling now?" Satsuki then asked with a slightly excited manner. "Maybe we should check them out now that we have some time off." She soon suggested.

"That sounds like a great idea." Hinata replied with a smile on her face. "It's getting close to summer, so I think we should get more appropriate attire soon." She then added.

Naruto's expression on the other hand, went pale upon hearing that. "Nope!" He loudly refused while crossing his arms in one big X manner. "I don't ever wanna be involved in another clothing match dattebayo!" He soon declared.

The two heiresses were left momentarily stunned by that, then after processing the words the two burst out in an out of control giggled fit while the blond shinobi crossed his arms and pouted as he meant those words.

However that warmth feeling quickly ended as the trio gained a somber expression. They couldn't help but recall their platinum blond friend and her current state, causing their spirits to drop.

The bluenette then gave a small yet sympathetic smile. "How about we go and visit Ino and the others after we recover?" Hinata soon suggested.

Both the blond and the ravenette turned towards each other and nodded in agreement. "Yeah, visiting Ino-chan sounds good. I want to see how she's doing." Satsuki replied while smiling with a hint of sadness.

Eventually after a few more minutes of walking, the trio finally reached their destination and saw the large house on top of the road. "Whew, finally home sweet home." Naruto breathed out at the sight of relief after finally reaching their home.

"It's great to be back." Satsuki replied with a nod as a thought came to mind. "I wonder what Viper Squad have been up to?" She then added in a curious manner.

"Well I don't think they took on any missions yet. After all they still need one more member to officially be stated as a team." Hinata pointed out. "While there should be occasions that Tsunade-sama may assign them on specific missions. I would imagine they should still be standing by." She then deducted.

"Damn, can't imagine how boring that is to not go on missions or go out for a long time. . ." Naruto commented on the thought of being forced to stay home so long. "Even worse now that Kurama can't join them, like when he was with them when they met Nina-chan." He then added.

"Though I hardly doubt that Anko-sensei would just let Yami or Nina just laze around." Hinata commented with a pondering expression on her face.

"That's. . .actually a lot scarier now that I think about it." Naruto admitted as he couldn't imagine the amount of tor- I mean training the two kunoichi's would have suffered.

Then after saying their thoughts, the trio finally passed through their home's overily massive gate and safety entered the barrier. Not even a few steps later they stopped at the entrance of their home.

The ravenette then stopped pushing the blond's wheelchair and went to open the door. "!?" But as she was walking towards it, Naruto felt his entire spine shock in pure terror.

Being the one closest to the blond, Hinata saw the strange reaction from the blond. "What's wrong Naruto-kun?" She asked in concern.

At the sudden question, the ravenette stopped and turned her head. "Hmm? What's up Naru-kun?" Satsuki asked as she began opening the door.

With each inch that the ravenette's hand got closer to the door, Naruto began to feel even more terror and began sweating bullets of cold sweat. "Girls. . .ever get that feeling of impending doom on your very soul getting closer?" He asked as he desperately and clumsily began to push his chair backwards, which was next to impossible thanks to his heavily bandaged arms.

However this made next to no sense to the kunoichi's as they tilted their head in perfect unison. ". . .Eh?' Both heiresses got out in confusion.

However before the blond shinobi could clarify. . .

BAM! HISSSSSSS!

Suddenly, the front door entrance flew open as two anaconda sized snakes appeared.

The blond's face instantly turned to one of absolute terror at the sight of the huge snakes. "I KNEW IT DATTEBAYO!" Naruto declared the snakes wrapped themselves around him and forced him inside the house. "WAAAAAH!" He screamed in absolute horror.

". . ." The two kunoichi's were still in a stun state by this turn of events, but when they heard the shouts of the blond from inside of the house, they finally snapped out of their trances. "OH NO/SHIT! NARUTO-KUN!/NARU-KUN!" The heiresses exclaimed in shocked unison to this development as they rushed in after him, closing the door behind them.

Inside of the house. . .

Meanwhile, the blond jinchūriki was being pulled throughout the house shouting his lungs out in terror.

BONK! CRASH! SHATTER! WHAM!

"OW! Oh! Ah! Argh! Oh come- OW!" Naruto got out in pain all the while crashing into nearly every single breakable object causing large and comical bumps to appear on his head.

However miraculously, the blond shinobi never hit anything that would cause any real harm to him, such as walls, heavy furniture and other objects, he only clashed with easily breakable objects. This continued for a few moments until the snakes reached the snake mistress room and threw him inside.

The hurting and daze blond soon saw Anko, who was sitting at the edge of the bed, as she retracted her snakes as she was wearing a kinky tight purple lace nightie while the transformed Bijū was shirtless and laying down and glaring as well. "You got some explaining to do." She stated in a dead serious tone.

Meanwhile the blond shinobi could only let out a long yet low groan of pain as his only reply while laying on the floor.

"Naruto-kun!" Hinata got out as she and the Uchiha Heiress finally caught out.

"Oi Anko-neechan! What the hell-" Satsuki was about to rant only to stop mid sentence.

However when the two kunoichis saw the special jonin's current attire their face went into a dark side of scarlet.

". . .Please tell me you were gonna put the silence seals up for Yami-chan and Nina-chan's sake. . ." Satsuki got out while covering her face.

Anko however rolled her eyes at that. "Duh, all the rooms in this complex have activatable ones if needed imouto-chan." She reminded her surrogate younger sister. "Now. . .As I was saying, what the hell-" She once again began to ask, however. . .

Crash!

Suddenly two more girls burst through the door, each wearing very different sets of night attires.

"What happened!? Are we under attack!?" Yami questioned with her sword already drawn as she was wearing a very elegant silver nightgown that matched perfectly with her silver/white hair.

"Moh! Why's everybody so loud loud!?" Nina annoyingly asked while she was wearing an adorable pajama that had animal theme pajama, all the while wearing a night hat that looked like a large pair of animal ears as she was rubbing one of her eyes in an adorable manner.

Meanwhile the O-Trio lazily walked and flew behind their big sister, each either having different expressions.

Okki had a clearly annoyed expression while slightly growling, Ora had an irritated one as her eye was slightly twiching while Ori was cocking her head in a sleeply manner. No doubt they were all clearly affected by their sleep being interrupted. Yet the most surprising fact was that they all had a hat similar to their big sister, though theirs matched their fur/feathers.

However the moment the two members of Viper Squad saw their homemates and their sensei, more specifically their blond friend on the floor and said sensei looking down on him, they mostly figured out what had happened.

Yami let out a sigh as she sheathed her blade and held it in one hand, since she couldn't put normally. "While I don't know what Naruto-sensei has done to annoy you, Anko-sensei, couldn't you have done so without breaking everything in their house. . ." She got out with a slight exasperated manner before turning to the Team Seven members. "Sorry for Anko-sensei's antics." She soon apologized.

It was at this point that the blond shinobi finally managed to regain his senses and sat on the floor. "Don't worry about it. . .we're used to it by now. . ." Naruto groaned out.

The two kunoichis of Team Seven could only let out an awkward giggle as they unfortunately couldn't refute those words.

Then as if a switch was flipped, the younger looking kunoichi's eyes suddenly widened in excitement. "Are we going to have a slumber party!? Can I join in!?" Nina meanwhile asked in an innocent manner before finally noticing her sensei's outfit. "Anko-neechi looks really sexy!" She then complimented in amazement.

The sudden comment made all of the younger generation to sweatdrop in perfect unison.

It was at that moment that the other adult of the group finally sat up. "Indeed my Anko is." Kurama admitted in agreement as he stared at the purple haired girl with a calm and lustful grin making everyone, save for Nina and the O-Trio, look at the older two with deadpan eyes. "Thank kami I recovered enough. . ." He mentally added to himself, blocking the Team Seven trio from hearing him.

However, being too innocent to understand the undertone of the Bijū's words, Nina merely continued smiling. "So are we starting the slumber party?" She once more asked as she was still excited about having fun with everyone as her ears wagged atop her head, even through the nightcap.

This immediately caused the Team Seven members as well as the other member of the Viper Squad to resist face faulting to the girl's words. Though at the same time, they couldn't help but smile at both the girl's innocence and just how adorable she looked.

Anko meanwhile sighed in an exhausted manner. "Alright girls, you go back to bed for the night. I need to talk to these three with Kurama." She soon instructed in a mature and serious manner "And you bet I always look sexy Nina!" She then added with a proud grin on her face.

"Aaaaaw!" Nina whined out in disappointment while making an adorable pouting face.

While still annoyed and slightly concerned for their friends, though one of them was sad about not having a slumber party. The two kunoichi conceded to their sensei's orders and went back to bed.

After the two had finally left, the human transformed Bijū turned to look at the trio, though more specifically his host. "Alright, what the hell did you idiots go through on that last mission?" Kurama bluntly questioned in a deadpan tone while laying down in his bed.

"You mean besides the usual amount of craziness we go through on a day basis?" Satsuki countered with her own question.

Any of the usual annoyed or irritated responses that the ravenette was expecting from the human tranformed Bijū didn't happen as he looked at her with a near cold gaze. The sight of such a gaze honestly startled her and if she was being honest to herself, even frightened her a bit.

"No. . .I meant about the fact that the kit nearly had his heart crushed. That's what I meant." Kurama countered with a deadly serious tone.

This instantly shut any further retort from the ravenette. "Oh. . ." Satsuki winced out and subconsciously looked away as she couldn't bear the Bijū's gaze.

However the blond shinobi merely let out a sigh at that, however he wasn't scared or startled by the Bijū's mood as he understood what he probably felt. "Alright. . .I'll explain it." Naruto soon replied with a calm tone.

For the next half an hour or so, the blond explained what had happened, though he didn't go into details as the two oldest people of the house wouldn't have cared for them anyways and he didn't want to say them again anyways.

"I don't know if I should be impressed or disappointed that you guys were too reckless on this mission." Anko admitted while rubbing the back of her head.

". . ." This in turn caused the Team Seven members' eyebrows to be raised upon hearing that statement from the purple haired woman as they gave her an are you serious look.

"Oh don't get me wrong, I like doing reckless and even questionable stuff on missions." Anko soon admitted in a causal tone, before narrowing her eyes. "But I got the skills to back it up and not a hunk of an infinite chakra supply to bail me out of most situations." She added with a dead serious tone as she clearly emphasized that the trio had become too dependent on her lover's chakra for anything.

However instead of flinching at those words, the trio look at the older kunoichi in the eyes. "Yeah. . .we know." Naruto replied with a calm tone while having a hint of shame in his tone.

The older kunoichi's judging gaze continued to look at the trio's for a few moments. Then after finally realizing that they had indeed understood their mistake she let out a sigh as it wouldn't help anyone if she nagged any further.

"Well. . .glad you do." Anko awkwardly responded with a nod of approval before rubbing the head of the blond's while leaning closer. "And I'm glad you three are alright." She then added with a softer smile on her face.

While embarrassed by the head rub, Naruto couldn't help but blush slightly at the words from the kunoichi's. . .and well as the close proximity of her cleavage. However all in all, it really felt like he came back home.

Meanwhile Kurama also let out a sigh as he couldn't really place all blame to his host's usual recklessness. "Can't also really blame you for that happening. I've seen a lot of weird shit over the millennium but heart linking and grabbing their own to kill someone is definitely up there to the weirdest I heard." He soon admitted.

"No kidding. . ." Naruto muttered out as he held out his chest as he could still recall his heart almost being crushed. "How the hell do you defend against that?" He then asked.

"Most of the time? You can't, because you normally end up dead before you could even find out a way to deal with it." Anko answered with a serious tone. "That's why secret shinobi arts can be more dangerous than bloodlines because of their unpredictability and diverse range of abilities." She then informed the trio with the same tone.

". . ." This in turn caused the three to remain silent as they already knew first hand how dangerous such jutsus were.

"In any case, you three are gonna be resting up for a while now." Kurama advised with his usual casual tone.

"Hai hai. . ." Satsuki waved off in an already knowing tone. "Think you can heal Naru-kun so he doesn't have to be in a wheelchair?" She then asked.

Kurama however rolled his eyes to that. "Child's play Uchiha, fuckin' child's play." He simply responded in a confident manner, but as he was about to move his chakra he felt an intense pain. "But. . .that's only if I was back to normal. . ." He then added with a strain tone.

"It's ok Kurama." Naruto replied with a calm tone. "I messed up and I have to deal with this like any other shinobi would." He then admitted as he had no intention of evading the consequences of his actions.

". . ." Both heiresses meanwhile nodded, though they had antsy expressions on their faces as their disappointment was clearly shown.

Kurama then glanced towards the two heiress, immediately knowing what they were feeling. "Damn. . .expected much from the Uchiha, not from the Hyuga." He thought to himself in amusement. "Well, I can't really heal everything, but I can heal your legs enough to walk." He then told the three.

"!" The two kunoichi eyes widened as they nearly had a heart attack, but were soon replaced by excitement.

However the blond shinobi didn't notice this as he only looked at Bijū. "You sure? I don't wanna force ya." Naruto replied with a concerned tone.

"!?" The two heiresses turned towards the blond and their eyes were twitching like mad.

Kurama meanwhile had to hold back laughing his ass off to see the reactions from the heiresses. "No matter how much time or growth he goes through, this idiot is still oblivious as always when it comes to the ladies." He thought to himself while blocking the trio out from hearing. "Yeah, I'll be fine if it's just a small amount of chakra. But don't expect to fight any time soon though." He then advised.

Though completely unaware of the situation, the blond shinobi merely gave the Biju a small yet heartfelt smile. "Well as long as you think so, thanks Kurama." Naruto replied with an appreciative tone.

With a small yet equally heartfield grin on the Bijū's face, he gathered a small amount of chakra and focused it on his host legs. It glowed in a faint orange color before it turned back to blue.

Then after a few moments the blond slowly began to stand up, though he could still feel some discomfort, he still felt less pain than before and thanks to that he could now walk on his own.

"And now Naruto-kun/Naru-kun can walk. . ." Both heiresses added in perfect unison with anticipation and relief. "I think we should head to bed now." They soon suggested.

"Good idea, you look like you can use it." Anko admitted in agreement after their mission, however her large grin on her face clearly knew what the two really wanted.

Upon seeing her surgated older sister's face, the ravenette blushed slightly with embarrassment, before she recalled something. "Oh yeah! Nata-chan and I both decided to give Medical Ninjutsu a try. Well mostly her, because she really wants to learn it and I just want to know the basics." Satsuki pointed out, trying to change the subject.

However this tactic succeeded as it got the two older member's attention. "Hm, that's different." Kurama admitted with a mild intrigued tone.

The purple haired kunoichi took a moment to ponder for a bit. "Huh, a Hyuga learning Medical Ninjutsu could be a powerful combo on paper." Anko also admitted. "But I never actually saw one learning it before." She then added.

Hinata frowned sadly and nodded in response. "Hai. . .My clan can be very traditionalist and rarely, if at all, try new things." She replied before slightly narrowing her eyes. "However I wish to discover and try new things." She then added.

"Well I'm definitely not saying you shouldn't, just that don't feel too bad if you don't succeed. It is a very difficult ninjutsu to do, let alone master." Anko pointed out. "And it would take a long, long time to even get the hang of it, probably years to get at a decent level if you don't have talent for it." She then added.

"That may be true, but. . ." Hinata soon started as she and the Uchiha gave off sly grins as they looked at one another.

". . ." Kurama instantly saw through those words and gained a deadpan expression. "You two are gonna have Shadow Clones work on more training aren't you?" He guessed in a deadpan tone and a sweatdrop.

"Of course dattebahi/dattebakon!" Hinata and Satsuki happily replied with smiles on their faces.

"Before you try something that could potentially get you killed or resulting in turning your brain into a vegetable, you better remember that you two are not the kit." Kurama however advised. "You may have a whole lot more chakra and stamina thanks to becoming pseudo-jinchūrikis, but you two just don't have the same chakra amount or constitution as him." He then stated.

Upon hearing that statement, the two heiresses became depressed, though understood since their love was the one with the Bijū sealed within. While that wouldn't stop their attempts to learn, it did make them realize that they couldn't learn it faster than they thought they would.

The transformed Bijū meanwhile sighed as he saw the saddened expressions. "I'm not saying you shouldn't try it. What I am saying is that you should do ten clones at a time. Because even with your enhancements, that's you girl's limits. But even still, that's more than regular shinobi's ever hope to have." Kurama soon advised.

Though the two kunoichi's were still somewhat disappointed, this managed to cheer them up a bit. As they were glad that they can still use the blond's training method, though on a smaller scale.

"Well I didn't lie, all I said was true, for right now, that's it. . ." Kurma stated to himself in his head. "After they get more used to my chakra, they'll be only second to the kit in terms of amount of chakra as my chakra will expand their own networks. . ." He added to himself in a dead serious tone.

"That's right, so use this method in moderation. Mainly because if I hear that you two went to the hospital because of this, well. . ." Anko began to say as she gained a terrifying look at the two kunoichi's. "I will make sure you stay there for more than just chakra exhaustion. . ." She soon added a sweet yet terrifying tone.

This in turn caused the trio to gulp in a nervous manner. "Hey Anko-nee, why do you know Medical Ninjutsu?" Satsuki quickly asked to change the subject. "I mean, wouldn't the best way to torture someone is hurt then heal them to keep them alive?" She then suggested.

". . ." Anko in response blinked a couple of times to hearing that suggestion. "Satsuki. . .while that does sound like a great idea on paper. I just don't have the patience to learn it." She quickly dismissed the idea away. "And besides, I enjoy making them suffer quickly and watch them break down slowly." She soon declared with a savage grin on her face and a gleam in her eyes.

Satsuki could only sweatdrop at that as she recalled something. "Just. . .don't teach Nina-chan that, ok?" She then requested if not begged the older kunoichi.

The ravenette didn't want to see the sweet and adorable animal loving girl turn into a second Snake Mistress. And as much as she loves her surrogate big sister, that doesn't mean she wants to see a chibi version of her.

"That will depend if she has a talent." Anko countered with a slightly sinister tone, before sweat dropping. ". . .Though I get what you mean imouto-chan, Nina-chan does seem pretty innocent." She then admitted with a deadpan tone.

The older kunoichi can't even imagine the younger looking teen do any like torture and if she did it would be like a little kid imitating a goofy old school villain and laughing like one as well.

"Exactly." Satsuki replied in complete agreement as she crossed her arms and nodded.

"Anyway, the kit's alright for now. Now go to bed and don't screw up again." Kurama bluntly informed and ordered.

With that, the trio nodded in unison as they all wanted to finally head to bed and enjoy some quality time with each other.

As the older kunoichi watched them leave, a large grin appeared on her face. "Silence seals are ready in your room just like Yami and Nina's imouto-chan. Feel free to go nuts!" Anko declared with a thumbs up.

BAM! CLANK!

The sounds of something falling and crashing soon followed with a wave of multiple young youths crying the purple headed kunoichi's name with great irritation and embarrassment.

"Eeeeh!? You guys are going to have a slumber party!" The familiar young voice of the ever innocent animal lover whined from not being invited to said party.

"Nina-chan. . .please just go to sleep. . ." The voice of the ever cool headed swordswoman simply commented with a tired tone.

With her last mischief of the day, Anko simply giggled in amusement before she closed the door and activated the silent seals of her's and the transformed Bijū's room. "As for me, time for my kinky sex time with Kyū-chan!" She soon openly declared with obvious giddiness in her voice as she licked her lips in anticipation.

"WOOHOO! KINKY SEX TIME BABY!" Kurama's voice cheered in excitement

And finally after many inconvinnous and annoyances, the trio finally reached their room and enjoyed their bed after a long time. Well not before really enjoying their alone time. . .much to pleasure and the inevitable pains the blond will no doubt have the next day.

The next day at noon. . .

The trio soon woke up, not surprisingly the trio slept in until near noon. It was of course because of their exhaustion for various reasons, such as returning their mission and after their. . .night session. However after having their meal and getting fully dressed, the trio meet the two members of the Viper Squad in the living room.

At the sight of the approaching trio, the young swordswoman gently smiled and nodded towards them. Meanwhile the younger looking teen happily waved her hands while the O-Trio ran and flew around them before the trio held the small animals and sat down across the two kunoichis.

"Ehehe, sorry about last night Yami-chan, we really didn't expect Anko-neechan to do that." Satsuki apologized and admitted while rubbing the back of her head.

"Yes, it was surprising to all of us." Hinata added in agreement.

"Yeah. . .Well I wasn't expecting to be pulled into the house by two huge snakes. . ." Naruto reminded. "And crash into every single breakable object. . ." He muttered more so to himself.

"Well, regardless of last night's. . .antics, it is good to see you again Naruto-sensei, Hinata-san, Satsuki-san. It has been a while since we saw all of you." Yami replied with a smile.

"Yeah, it's great to be back!" Satsuki replied with a grin.

"Hey! hey! I want to know how was your mission!" Nina soon got out in excitement while bobbing up and down from where she was sitting.

The trio looked at each other and smiled a bit awkwardly, both because of what had happened and because it would be the third time explaining the same story. However they didn't mind it at the end because they wanted their roommates/friends to know. So after a lot more. . .quicker version, the trio told the two kunoichi the event.

And while the story was much briefer than the one they told the second time, both Yami and Nina were still left shocked and slightly terrified, respectively in that order, at both the events and what they had faced at the end.

"That's. . .my word. . ." Yami breathed out in disbelief and concern for both her fellow swordsman and sensei.

Meanwhile the younger looking girl was hiding behind her teammate. "Did you really beat the scary scary monster. . .?" Nina asked while the O-Trio were poking their heads from their hiding spots as well.

The trio couldn't help but find this reaction to be adorable. "Yeah. . ." Naruto soon responded, but then frowned. "Well at the very least the ones in that base are all gone after the whole thing collapses." He then informed as he knew that there would no doubt be more in other bases.

The ever innocent Nina and the O-Trio let out a loud sigh of relief upon hearing that, as they thought that there wouldn't be anymore monsters. However, being the smarter and sharper of the two, Yami understood the underline meaning of the blonds words and also frowned with concern.

"But anyways, enough about us." Satsuki suddenly got out before the mood could drop. "So? What have you two been doing lately?" She soon asked, wanting to change the topic.

The blond shinobi couldn't help but let out a small chuckle at that. "She's getting good at that." Naruto couldn't help but mutter to the bluenette.

"Well, she's getting a lot of practice lately." Hinata muttered back with a giggle.

". . ." Satsuki meanwhile gave her two whispering teammates a pout as she had heard them.

Upon hearing the question, the animal lover's ears shock. "Oh!" Nina got out as her face turned to one of excitement. "We've been training and practicing our teamwork and my shiny shiny!" She soon replied while cutely counting with her fingers.

Then the collective sounds of animal calls could be heard right at the end. "Kurīchāmāji!" Is what the animal lover heard them say.

"I don't like that name!" Nina retorted while crossing her arms, turned her head and began to pout with a puffed up cheek.

The other teens in the room could more or less understand what the O-Trio had said, which caused them to giggle or chuckle at just how adorable their animal lover friend was. Which fortunately or unfortunately caused the girl in question to pout even more while her animal friends also began to laugh in amusement as well.

After calming down, the white-silvered swordswoman recalled something. "Oh right. . ." Yami suddenly began. "Something. . .unusual did happen during our training." She soon revealed.

This got everyone's, even pouting Nina's attention. "Hm? What happened?" Naruto asked in a curious manner.

"It's difficult to say. . ." Yami vaguely responded as she couldn't find the words to say.

"Is it something you're not allowed to say?" Hinata questioned with a tilt of her head.

"No, no." Yami replied while shaking her head. "It's. . .more so that we don't know what happened." She once again responded in a vague tone.

It was then that the young kunoichi swordswoman began to retell the story, how they started before and during the match. Finally when she reached the end, she told the trio about how her teammate suddenly was wrapped in a sphere of chakra and floated in midair with glowing blue eyes.

The trio blink in unison after the swordswoman finished telling them, then in perfect timing they turned to look at the confused yet adorable and innocent looking girl, who had no clue what they were talking about if her tilted head was any indication of.

"That. . .is unusual." Hinata admitted with a baffled yet confused tone.

"Nothing happened to Nina-chan, because of this, right?" Satsuki then asked with clear concern for the younger looking girl's health.

Yami quickly shook both her head and her hands. "No nothing bad happened" She quickly confirmed, which calmed the trio. "We even took her to Tsunade-sama to make sure. And she said that nothing was physically wrong with her body or chakra paths." She soon informed.

This in turn caused the trio to sigh with relief as they were sincerely glad that their friend was alright.

"However, both Anko-sensei and myself are still concerned about what that phenomenon was." Yami soon informed the trio with concern clearly shown on her face.

"Well with what you described, it is understandable. . ." Satsuki admitted that she could understand the swordswoman's concerns for her fellow teammate/surrogate sister.

Then the bluenette took a thinking posture as she pondered for a moment. "Could it be something akin to a Bijū transformation?" Hinata soon deducted.

Yami however shook her head to that suggestion. "I doubt it, after all, when she displayed her chakra, it wasn't harmful or threatening in any way." She soon informed the three, before she placed her hand on her chin and took a thinking pose. "Actually, now that I recall it, it was quite calm, serene even." She then added.

This soon caused the kunoichis from Team Seven to be left stumped as they couldn't figure out any other explanation. Meanwhile the main kunoichi in question had her eyes closed and humming to herself as if she was in deep thought, but in reality she was just pretending to follow along, which only made her look adorable.

This caused the blond shinobi to chuckle to himself as he had lost count how many times he had done the same thing. "Trust me, I'm just as lost as you." Naruto whispered to the animal lover. "Well, I guess all we can do is wait and see for now." He soon decided while shrugging his shoulders.

Yami in response nodded to the suggestion. "Hai, understood Naruto-sensei." She replied with a courteous bow of respect.

This made Naruto chuckle awkwardly as he was once again reminded just how high the girl had placed him. "Yeah. . .I still feel like she is putting me on a higher pedestal than she should dattebayo." He awkwardly muttered to himself as another sweatdrop.

As the girls giggled in response, the group continued to eat as the day went on, knowing it was going to be an interesting recovery process.

A few days later. . .

After a while of well deserved rest, the familiar white haired Sannin took his godson to the hospital to check on his arms and legs with girls following closely. And while said blond was annoyed to have to go, he was glad that it didn't take that long as the doctor gave him the ok, much to the relief of the two girls.

After the group exited the hospital, the Toad Sage turned to look at his godson. "Well, looks like you only need a few more days to make a full recovery Naruto." Jiraiya remarked in amusement and amasement. "Still surprises me just how quick you heal up, even without Kurama's chakra to speed up the process." He added since even jonins would need a least a few weeks to heal up cracked bones.

The slightly less bandaged blond placed his arms behind his back as he walked forward. "What can I say? I just heal faster than most." Naruto countered with a slight lazy tone.

The response caused Jiraiya to roll his eyes in amusement before he stopped walking. "Anyways, I was waiting for you to make a decent recovery before telling you." He started as he turned serious. "I'm going to leave Konoha and I'm probably going to be gone for a few months." He soon revealed in a dead serious tone.

The sudden revelation caused the trio to stop in unison as they turned towards the Toad Sage. ". . .Eh?" They got out in a united and confused manner.

Jiraiya briefly looked around making sure that no one was listening to them. "I need to gain more information about a lot of things, such as Akatsuki, Orochimaru and this Doctor." He soon explained with a serious tone. "So you can imagine that it's going to take me a long time to even find something." He then added.

The bluenette took a pondering pose while nodding in understanding. "I see, you'll be doing reconnaissance." Hinata deducted, which was answered with a nod from the white haired man.

Naruto then put his hand behind his head. "Guess that means we won't see you for a long time then?" He soon asked in a matter of fact tone.

However the Toad Sage frowned at the lazy response from his godson. "But don't get too complacent, after this last mission and the one before that, you'll need to improve, a lot." Jiraiya soon lectured.

The young Hyuga nodded in complete agreement at the older shinobi's words. "So we need to use this time to prepare ourselves in the meantime." Hinata soon stated.

"Like we would just laze around and do nothing." Satsuki remarked with a smirk.

"You'll see that we'll be much stronger by the time you get back." Naruto then declared.

This caused the Toad Sage to smile, satisfied with their words. "For right now Naruto, you should focus on your physical strength, you can't keep relying on your chakra just to help you pick up your sword." Jiraiya instructed.

The blond nodded with a serious expression. "Yeah. . .I wanted to use my sword more often. So I need to increase my strength." Naruto thought to himself while he punched his fist onto the palm of his other hand.

The white haired man then looked toward the Uchiha Heiress."I already talked to Yūgao and she agreed to help you with your kenjutsu." Jiraiya revealed with a slight grin on his face.

"Really!? That's great!" Satsuki replied in excitement to learning that.

"But given her position in the ANBU, she will only be able to help out when she has time. So make sure to take this seriously because her time is very precious, even if it means that you'll have to wake up at one in the morning and get back the next day." Jiraiya then informed the girl.

Though Satsuki was startled at hearing just how intense this training was, she quickly recovered and nodded. "If it will help me develop my new kenjutsu style, then you won't be hearing a complaint from me." She responded more so to herself while gathering her resolve.

The white haired man in response nodded as he turned to the Hyuga Heiress. "And as for you." Jiraiya began. "Well you already have Tsunade-hime to train you, but don't forget that she's the same as Yūgao, for obvious reasons." He then stated.

"Hai! I won't waste their time." Hinata calmly replied with a nod of understanding.

Jiraiya nodded in approval before he began to look for something on his person. "Oh! Also, here." Jiraiya soon started as he took out and handed something to the Hyuga.

After taking the object, the bluenette saw that it was a small scroll, then after unsealing its contents she was mildly surprised. ". . .A bow and quiver of arrows?" Hinata questioned in a curious manner as she looked at and examined the items given to her.

"That's right. After you told me about your encounter with that long tongue monster and how you dealt with it at the end, I realized that you have a very good aim." Jiraiya began explaining with a smile. "Well granted that's a given with your eyes. But to be able to actually hit anything at such a long range and on a moving target, now that's impressive." He continued. "So I want you to try using the bow, see if you can use it and then report back to me." He then instructed.

"Of course Jiraiya-sama." Hinata replied with a nod though there were a few signs of concern clearly shown in her eyes.

However the legendary Sannin easily saw through this and cheerfully waved his hand. "And don't worry if you don't have any talent on using a bow, we can just focus on your Shuriken jutsu." He then informed her.

Upon hearing the Sannin's reassurance, Hinata felt relief and nodded. "Hai." She replied with more confidence in her voice.

Satisfied with this, Jiraiya gave a single nod of approval. "We can't waste the possibility of a non-chakra base long range user for the team." He thought to himself.

While it was true that chakra base long range jutsus were much more powerful and deadlier than simple bow or shurikens. Most of the time they were easily sensed by an enemy sensor or dodge by a season, which would waste chakra if it missed.

After all, having someone with a talent for non-chakra long range attacks would be very useful for many possible situations. Even if she would miss or fail to land, it's better to waste an arrow or shrunken than chakra, because now they know that wasting chakra meaninglessly could lead to death. Especially for a close range fighter like the bluenette she knew this better than the other two.

"Well. . .I gotta go. "Jiraiya informed the trio. "I won't even bother saying something like stay out of trouble. Because you three are magnets for it." He then remarked as he sweatdropped

"Oi!" The Uzumaki and Uchiha exclaimed in offended manners, while the Hyuga remained quiet as she couldn't refuse those words.

And with that, the Toad Sage left the trio as they merely look on, each having their own respected feelings about the man. While they would agree that the older shinobi was many things that would irritate them to no end, however at the end of the day, they all respected the man. So after making sure the Sannin couldn't see them anymore, they all gave him a respectable bow and hope that he'll have a safe journey.

Later that day. . .

The trio had sent out a few shadow clones each to go and begin training. Each focusing on their basic and more powerful jutsus as any physical training was useless for the caster. However it would be a good use for more practice while they began walking through the village.

"Gotta love Shadow Clones." Satsuki happily pointed out as she was anticipating just how much better her jutsu cast time and performances will increase.

"Hai, regardless if we can't ever get to match Naruto-kun in terms of quantity, this will no doubt help our development." Hinata admitted in agreement.

"Definitely, and got to say that was a good idea to leave your clone to do the bow training." Satsuki replied with a grin.

While the clones wouldn't give the original any increase in any physical aspect, the constant repetition such as pulling and aiming could be sorted into mental training. So this way she could still gain valuable experience that she could use when she did actual bow training.

"Got to say that was very clever of finding such a loophole for training with your bow." Naruto admitted with a large grin, before he dropped his head. "Too bad I can't do the same. . ." He then added in a frustrated manner with a pout on his face.

While the blond shinobi could do the same type of training with his kenjutu's styles and attacks, but that was only possible if he used chakra to wield his large blade like always. However that would be completely counteractive with his actual training of using his blade without relying on chakra to hold it.

"Well this type of training will no doubt be just as helpful to you once you gain the necessary physical strength." Hinata pointed out with a reassuring tone.

At hearing that, Naruto quickly cheered up and grinned widely. "Yeah! Got to make sure to buff up as soon as possible then!" He declared while flexing his arm as if to emphasize that it will be bigger later on.

"Yes, get as buff as you can Naruto-kun/Naru-kun." The Hyuga and Uchiha Heiress immediately responded in perfect unison with clear approval in their voices and thumbs up.

Naruto sweatdropped at that and was about to comment on that. However he stopped both saying it and walking at the same time when his eyes caught something.

Because the blond suddenly stopped, the two kunoichi's also stopped and turned towards him. "What's wrong Naruto-kun?" Hinata asked with a confused tone.

The two then followed the blond's gaze and quickly saw what he saw. Just a few feet away from them was a modest size shop that sold flowers. However what was the most distinct aspect about the shop was that it had the Yamanaka Clan symbol just above the entrance.

"Oh. . ." The two kunoichi's instantly understood what their fiancé was probably thinking as their expression turned into a sad one.

Naruto awkwardly began rubbing his head as he thought of what he should say. "Well. . .we did plan on visiting her." He soon reminded the two before smiling softly. "Wanna do it now?" He then offered.

The two kunoichi merely nodded as they didn't find the courage to say it, but they were still very concerned for their friend's mental state. And with that the trio headed straight for the shop, each feeling a myriad of emotions, from sadness, fright and awkwardness.

Clink!

The chime of the bell was heard the moment they opened the entrance.

"Welcome. . ." A very familiar voice was heard, however it didn't have as much energy a normal owner or worker would sound after greeting a customer.

"!" This caused the trio to wince as they already knew who it was.

At the register, a familiar head of short platinum blonde hair came out wearing an orange loose t-shirt, which had one of the sleeves tucked inward to show that it was the one without an arm while underneath appearing to have bandages wrapped around her chest, and a blue skirt with medical wrappings with the usual shinobi sandals on her feet.

"Hey. . .Ino-chan. . ." Satsuki got out as she looked at her blonde friend that was out of the hospital.

The moment the platinum blond saw her friends, an energy-less, borderline between hollow and lifeless, smile appeared on her face. "Oh. . .hey guys, good to see you." Ino greeted from behind the counter.

At the sight of the greeting, the trio had a hard time not breaking down at the sight of their friend, however they managed to find it in them to not break and kept their smiles. "Hey." Naruto soon got out with a wave.

"It's good to see you too Ino-chan." Satsuki replied with a calm tone rather than her usual cheery one.

The Hyuga then looked around the store for a moment before looking at the platinum blonde. "So you've been helping out at your family store?" Hinata soon asked, wanting to keep the conversation going in a positive direction.

"Yeah. . ." Ino simply replied as she slowly began to move or tend to the single flowers. "Tending to the flowers always made me feel relaxed. . .and I'm getting used to my. . .recent change. . ." She then added as she glanced over to where her right arm was.

The trio felt both great sadness and anger, but they wouldn't dare show it now, because their friend didn't need those emotions now, she needed their support.

"So have you heard anything about the rest of the gang?" Naruto soon asked, trying to make sure that the young Yamanaka's mind would think only of her friends. "We saw Kiba recently when we first got back, but that's about it." He then added.

This questing got the desired effect as the platinum blond managed to cheer up, if only just a bit. "Well, Chōji and Shikamaru are up and at it, at least from what I heard and they've been visiting along with Asuma-sensei before going out to train for the day." Ino began.

". . ." The trio remained quiet as they didn't have the heart to comment on on her team or risk saying something about her involvement.

"I also heard that Shino and Fū are back in town as well from their trip with Shino's dad." Ino then continued.

"Glad to hear that Fū-chan's adapting just fine." Satsuki admitted.

"Also heard about Gai-sensei's team has also recovered, Kin-chan was completely worried about Lee, but as always, Lee was completely obvious to the actual reason behind her concern." Ino then added with a knowing tone.

The group soon couldn't help but chuckle or giggle at that, also feeling glad that the mood was lightening up a bit while Hinata also sighed in relief knowing that her cousin was alright.

"Well at least it's good to know everything's getting back to normal." Satsuki pointed out. "So. . .how about your training Ino-chan? Are you still not up for it?" She then asked in a curious tone.

Ino in response sighed and nodded. "Well. . .it took me a few weeks to be recovered physically." She began to say.

After losing an entire arm, it took the platinum blond a few weeks just to adapt and find ways to function with just one arm. It was especially harder when she was right handed, so having to use her left was very difficult and frustrating.

Ino let out a small sigh and smiled sadly. "While I still can't help the others train, I can be of some help by doing small things like preparing equipment or picking up the training tools and such." She soon revealed as she looked to the side.

"Well. . .at least you're doing something. . .right?" Naruto awkwardly pointed out.

"True." Ino replied in agreement as she looked to the side and gained a small smile. "Well, dad told me to do it whenever I have free time off from the shop. He thought that it would be for the best to stay close to my friends. . ." She then explained. "He never actually said it. . .but I know that's what he was probably thinking. I am her daughter after all. . ." She said it more so to herself than her friends.

Upon hearing that, the trio felt great relief as they could see that their friend's emotional recovery was going alright thanks to her father.

Suddenly Ino's smile disappeared as if it was a lie. "And well. . .I have been trying to do some push ups one handed. . .it isn't as easy as it looks at first. . ." She soon revealed with a giggle that was devoid of any humor.

However the trio's brief relief turned into blatant horror upon hearing that, as they could practically taste the desperation that the Yamanaka was emanating from her entire person.

"You've. . .You've been pushing yourself to do that?" Hinata however asked in concern.

Ino in response nodded. "Yeah, I've been doing them at night in my room after my parents fall asleep. . .currently I can do five of them without feeling exhausted." She replied and explained, be it a bit depressed at remembering that.

The trio flinched at that, after all saying that not being able to do five push ups for any competent shinobi was just plain apparent that she wasn't fit to be a shinobi anymore. "Should. . .should you really be doing that?" Satsuki soon questioned.

"Yeah. . .I do want to do it." Ino responded with a nod while narrowing her eyes as signs of desperations were shown in them.

Her fellow blond frowned at that while slightly narrowing his eyes. "Ino, you really shouldn't though." Naruto got out with a concerned tone. "I mean, I get that you want to do it, but. . ." He then started before trailing off.

BAM!

Ino however slammed her fist against the counter as her face became livid, surprising the trio to the sudden action. "Dammit you guys, I gotta get back to normal somehow after what she did to me!" She loudly declared with frustration clear in her voice. Then after seeing the startled expression of the trio, she quickly managed to calm down. "Sorry. . .I shouldn't have. . ." She soon struggled out.

"No, it's my fault, I shouldn't have said anything." Naruto replied in an uncomfortable manner.

There was a long uncomfortable silence between the young shinobi as no one wanted or knew what to say after this. The trio because they were still shocked by realizing just how bad their friend was feeling. While the girl in question felt horrible for snapping at her close friends who only were worried for her well being just because of her own frustration towards feeling weak and useless.

"I. . .I believe it would be time for us to go." Hinata hesitantly suggested and although her teammates felt saddened, they nodded in agreement. "I was great seeing you again Ino." She concluded while giving a smile that was mixed between sad and relief.

After finally snapping out of her self induced disgust from her actions, the Yamanaka finally looked towards the trio. "Yeah. . .thanks for visiting." Ino replied with a nod. "I really mean it. . ." She added in a whisper filled with gratefulness.

Thankfully, the trio managed to hear the small whisper and smiled happily that, if nothing else, they managed to brighten somewhat their friend's day. Then just as they were about to leave the store, they looked at each other and had an unspoken agreement.

"I just gotta say though Ino-chan. . .you're not alone." Satsuki soon encouraged with a comforting and reassuring tone.

"Because that's what friends do for each other, be there when you need us." Hinata declared with a gentle smile.

"Even if we have to beat an army of monsters to get to you. Whenever you need us we'll be there and that's a promise!" Naruto finished with a large and confident grin on his face.

Then with a near perfect synchronization, Team Seven gave her a thumbs up as they finally left the shop.

Blinking to that, Ino couldn't help but smile in response as she felt a bit more energized than before as she got back to work.

With the Shadow Clones. . .

"Keep it steady. . ." Shadow Clone Hinata muttered to herself as she pulled back the string and arrow on her bow, taking in a deep breath. . .before releasing it.

WHOOSH! TWHIP!

The arrow had soared through the air and struck the makeshift target board that was on a nearby tree and missing said target by a few inches.

"Whew, I struck the tree this time. . ." Shadow Clone Hinata muttered to herself as she was glad she made some improvements, while minor they were still improvements.

The Hyuga's clone first decided to practice on how to properly use the bow, she used books and scrolls that had the most basic stances and positions on how to show the bow. She also decided not to use her Byakugan while practicing as she knew that if she didn't learn the basics first, it would be both a waste of chakra and time.

"No. . .no. . .this doesn't feel right either. . ." Shadow Clone Satsuki muttered to herself with a dissatisfied tone while constantly adjusting her weapons and her posture.

The Uchiha's clone in the meanwhile was practicing her new kenjutsu style, since she didn't have anything to base it on, she began with which position felt more right using both a wooden sword and shield as practice since the original had her actual weapons. However so far none of the positions felt right as each time she tried, one side felt that it was prioticing one over the other which completely defeated the purpose of what she wanted the style to be.

"Moh, I gotta find a good posture before I can even try making a new style dattebakon. . .'' Shadow Clone Satsuki got out with a frustrated and irritated tone with a pout on her face before getting back to work, adjusting her stance slightly all the while.

WHOOSH! WHOOSH! WHOOSH!

". . ." Shadow Clone Naruto said nothing as he practiced his triple slash, while his mind wandered on both his movements to try and come up with something else.

Lastly, the Shadow Clone of Naruto was delivering wide swings with the Executioner's Blade that the original lent to him to use. Just like the Hyuga's clone, physical practice was more so for the clone to come up or develop new kenjutsu moves. However that was easier said than done as just as the original, the clone needed to use a lot of chakra to be able to properly lift the large weapon. Which resulted in. . .

"Ngh. . .Oh no. . ." Shadow Clone Naruto groaned out when he felt a very familiar feeling.

POOF!

The clone would always run out of chakra and dispelled in after an hour or two, dropping the blade as a result. And that simply caused the female clones to giggle awkwardly as they both knew that the original wasn't really getting any desirable results.

"Another clone gone." Satsuki awkwardly pointed out as she went to pick up his blade. "OMPH! Heavy. . ." She struggled out as she once again truly realized just how heavy the blade was and even if she used chakra to strengthen her body it was just barely enough to drag it, let alone lift it.

And then after a few minutes yet another blond clone appeared as he looked at the Clone Uchiha Heiress holding his heavy blade and couldn't help but chuckle a bit. "You ok Satsuki-chan?" Naruto asked with an amused expression.

"I still don't know how the hell you can lift this thing. . ." Shadow Clone Satsuki admitted in a strained manner. "You really are our muscle." She then quipped out in amusement while pretending to flex her own muscles.

"Ehehe. . ." Shadow Clone Naruto chuckled out while scratching the back of his head before taking hold of the sword. However just like before he felt great weight to it, making him sigh. "I better think at least one new kenjutsu or the boss is just going to waste chakra. . ." He thought to himself as he was the last clone for the day.

The blond shinobi had decided to only use five clones a day to train his kenjutsu styles and creating new moves. So this clone was getting slightly nervous as he was the fifth one of the day and so far, other than practicing the moves he already knows, the rest of the clones haven't come up with anything.

"Well. . .it's not like coming up with anything right now will save my life later." The clone thought to himself as he continued practicing his kenjutsu.

All and all, the Shadow Clone trio of Team Seven knew they had their work cut out for them to assist their original selves. Some made reliably decent progress, while some show little to no progress which made both themselves and their originals selves disappointed.

Within the Inuzuka Compound. . .

The sounds of the usual pups and younger owners echo throughout the compound as they enjoy their daily exercises or simply enjoy their days off with their respectful partners. Meanwhile in a larger and more secluded part of the compound where the older members of the clan were practicing their moves alongside their partners and in a particular area. . .

WHIRRRRL! WHIRRRRL!

"FANG OVER FANG!" A very voiced roared with a slight echoed like manner as if there were two of them.

Twin violent twisters arced through the grounds with a powerful force, had there been any weak or young trees in its path, they would surely be torn down, while leaving descend size gashes on older ones.

"FUCKIN' HELL!" Tayuya exclaimed as she dove out of the way. "WATCH IT WITH THAT YA ASSHOLE!" She then demanded.

After a few moments the large twisters dissipated revealing to be the young warrant Inuzuka and his partner Akamaru as they slid on all four of his limbs to stop.

"Asshole!? You told me not to hold back!" Kiba countered in frustration as Akamaru barked in agreement. "And last time I did you called me a pussy for doing the opposite! MAKE UP YOU GODDAMN MAD WOMAN!" He then reminded and demanded with great frustration.

It was also part of the deal with the former Oto kunoichi that she had to gain control of her new powers, so it was mandatory that the Inuzuka heir would help train. But of course it wasn't just him in the task of assistants as many Anbu shinobi's were watching in the shadows just in case another. . .explosive episode would occur. However thankfully or not only minor damages of the land and the young Inuzuka were the only one that had gained any major damages so far.

FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH! FWOOSH!

Tayuya's annoyed expression didn't change as the earlier complaints just went from one ear and out the other as she summoned and sent another barrage of fireballs."Because you are a pussy!" She countered in anger.

This in turn caused the young Inuzuka to growl in annoyance as a large tick mark appeared on his head. Thankfully he quickly recovered at the sight of the flaming barrage and regained his focus. "NOT DONE YET!" Kiba declared as he and his partner went in for another attack.

Thanks to the two's teamwork and timing, they managed to dodge and rolled out of the barrage of fireballs. Then the moment they managed to evade them, the two partners spun at the same time and recreated their signature move, finally the two twisters rushed at both sides of the kunoichi, giving her very little space to dodge or defend.

At that moment, Tayuya instinctively cupped her hands together as a small ball of flames formed in the center that started getting bigger and turning into blue flames. "That's it! BURNIN' YOU NOW!" She declared as she launched it as the human twisters.

FWOOOOOOOOSH! BOOOOOOM!

At the very center of both the kunoichi and the incoming twisters exploded in a large and powerful torrent of flames. The flaming twister was easily twice the size as the two smaller sizes, this caused the ANBU's to go into full alert and were about to mobilize feeling that the worst could come if the fight continued.

However their team leader simply waved their hand to stop and pointed at the twister's origin point, the rest then saw that it wasn't moving one single inch. This made the rest realize that while it was a very powerful jutsu, it couldn't move and as such would be more suited as a defensive jutsu and returned to observation mode.

The Inuzuka and his partner meanwhile began sweating as a result of the intense heat being emitted, but knew they couldn't stop the attack now so they did the most sensible thing and derailed their attack orbit so that they would land away from the twister.

Then once they canceled their just and slid to a stop, both partners looked at the large fiery twister with gaping mouths. "Holy crap! We would have been toasted if we rammed into that!" Kiba got out in shock and disbelief.

"ARF!" Akamaru barked out in agreement to the sight while panting from the heat.

Tayuya meanwhile fell to one knee while panting in exhaustion. "Damn, he stopped before he roast himself. . ." She muttered in annoyance and a pout on her face.

Another huge tick mark appeared on the young Inuzuka's head upon hearing that as she basically confessed that she wantedto literally roast him. "So. . .ready to go again Tayuya?" Kiba eventually asked with a clearly not so amused tone. "Without trying to toast me that is?" He then added with an irritated tone.

If the ANBU's were allowed to talk during the mission they would say just clearly these two have a very dysfunctional dynamic that somehow made it work. Some of them even had a feeling that a new betting pool if these two would end up being a couple, since the one about the Uzumaki and Hyuga Heiress ended after they started openingly dating.

But absolutely none of them didn't even bother betting at any time soon, the earliest bet was five to six years at the earliest and the longest was two decades.

Tayuya meanwhile growled in annoyance as she looked at the Inuzuka heir and his partner. . .before she suddenly began to feel dizzy. "E-Eh?" She got out in a strained tone as her head rocked back and forth.

After the kunoichi had casted her large vortex of flames, there were signs of blue wisps of fire emerging from her body, these wisps causing parts of her outfit to be burned and holes were created throughout it.

Which by itself was impressive as her recent outfits were made of high quality fire resistance shinobi outfit, while not one hundred percent fireproof, they could still take on C-Rank jutsus with only minimal damage remaining. . .save for her bra and underwear, much to the kunoichi's every growing irritation of buying new ones.

Kiba meanwhile saw the girl was dizzy and became concerned. "Damn, did we go to far Tayuya?" He soon asked.

The Inuzuka however didn't get a response as she suddenly laid down on her back with her eyes closed as if she had passed out, her being unaware that the wisps were now becoming a slightly brighter blue color.

"Arf?" Akamari barked out in confusion. "Blue again?" Was what he said.

"Blue flames. . .like before. . ." Kiba gulped as the two crept closer to the girl, knowing to be careful.

"Mmm~" Tayuya moaned out as her eyes started struggling slightly.

This in response caused Kiba to sigh in relief hearing that the girl was already coming around. "Whew, don't have to bring her to the hospital again. . ." He muttered while his partner nodded in agreement before he casually walked towards her and crochet down. "Oi, wake up already Tayuya, unless you have enough we can end it for today." He then bluntly ordered.

In response, a small yet bewitching smile appeared on the kunoichi's face. "Hai~ Hai~" Tayuya almost hummed out in a mumble as she slowly yet surprisingly elegantly rose with poise that suited a geisha than the normal vulgar tomboy,

"?" Both Inuzuka partners were left confused as they suddenly felt a change in the kunoichi's entire atmosphere.

The former Oto kunoichi meanwhile delicately began dusting herself off and opened her eyes, her hair shifting slightly so only her left eye was now visible with her right eye being covered. However what truly changed was that her left eye also had a blue glow to it while she stood in a more seducing manner.

"!?" Kiba and Akamaru meanwhile felt an immediate sense of danger now, but they weren't sure why this time.

"Ara ara~ In any case, shall we begin again Kiba-kun~? Ufufu~" Tayuya soon asked with a giggle in her voice and brought a hand out towards the boy in a taunting manner.

The Inuzuka and his partner meanwhile were feeling uneasy as they looked at one another.

"Here I come~!" Tayuya declared as she rushed in, flames coming out of the soles of her feet to give her a boost of speed. Then she used her hands to blast more flames for even greater speeds.

"SHIT!" Kiba mentally swore at the sudden rush and was forced to use his hands to brace for impact.

BAM! FWOOSH! BOOM!

However, what the young Inuzuka didn't saw was that at the very last second, the kunoichi use her left hand to blast another flame burst to change course, making her glide above him and then use her right hand to create a condense flame burst,which sent him sliding on the ground.

"Arf!" Akamaru shouted in startlement as he ran after his partner.

After the attack landed, the kunoichi twirled in midair using small bursts of flames so that she would gracefully land on the ground. "Hora hora Kiba-kun~ Are you taking me seriously~? My cute little puppy-kun~? Ufufu~" Tayuya questioned and taunted at the same time while rushing in and continuing her assault with flaming cycloning around her arms.

The Inuzuka however managed to regain his balance and use his four limbs to slide to a stop. "The hell is wrong with this chick!?" Kiba mentally exclaimed in confusion as he stepped to the side just as the girl was initially supposed to strike. "You're open!" He declared as he grabbed her and forced her to the ground with him on top.

"Oh~ So forceful~" Tayuya got in amusement. "So~? What do you plan to do about my boom booms~?" She teasingly asked with an amused tone.

The Inuzuka however blinked in response to the question. "Huh?" Kiba got out in confusion as his gaze shifted to see an orb of blue flames hovering towards him.

FWOOSH!

Using the young Inuzuka's bewilderment, Tayuya pointed both of her hands directly below her and literally shot out of the still stun boy's hold.

Then at the exact moment, the small blue flame had floated enough to be just a few feet from the Inuzuka boy, however before he could contemplate what had just happened. . .

BOOM!

The blue flame wisped condensed for a moment before it then created a powerful explosion that sent Kiba a good ten feet away from his original location. However, by the signs of him still having all of his limbs still attached, it was shown that the blast had more concussion force than any strong heat damage to it.

"AUGH!" Kiba got out as he crashed down to the ground. "What the hell. . .!" He groaned out and he then winced in pain.

However before the young Inuzuka could continue, his peripheral vision caught sight of multiple blue blurs. Then when he turned towards them he was multiple hovering small blue wisps around them, each close enough to explode if the boy got close enough, but far enough to not activate another explosion. In other words, the kunoichi had effectively created a literal minefield.

This caused the Inuzuka to begin letting out a cold sweat but before he could do anything or risk activating a literal mine.

Meanwhile Tayuya was lazily floating just above him while smiling at him.

However, before he could rant anything he saw the kunoichi pointed up the tip of her finger another small blue came to existence.

"Hmm~ Hmm~ Hmm~ " Tayuya then suddenly began humming a tune a few times before she flicked the small flame towards the nearest blue wisp nearest the boys position, all the while smiling almost disgustingly sweetly and seducingly.

As Kiba saw this all of the color in his face completely drained. "Oh you have got to be-" Kiba began, but. . .

BOOM! BOOM! BOOM BOOM! CRASH!

The young Inuzuka was soon sent flying for a brief moment, only to fall straight to another one the mines, then into another and then another making one, him look like a toy ball bouncing around. Eventually, the ball was sent flying out of the minefield and crashed straight into a nearby tree and then fell flat on the ground.

"Arf arf!" Akamaru barked out in a panic, rushing towards his partner and was worried for his partner. "You ok!?" Was what he said.

However instead of him laying in agony like the pup was expecting, the young Inuzuka was rolling around while rubbing his limbs and body. "Ow! Ow! Ow! I feel like I've been shot by frickin' metal balls all over my body! What the hell is goin' on here with this crazy chick!?" Kiba winced out in pain.

Upon seeing and hearing that, Akamaru sighed in relief, glad to hear his master was just fine, though he couldn't help but sweatdropped at the same time to said partner's whining.

The floating kunoichi meanwhile began to descend until her feet were once again on the ground in a graceful manner. "Ufufu~ This is the fun I had in a while~" Tayuya meanwhile declared as she started rubbing herself down. "Oops~ Looks like my unmentionables are gone now thanks to my flames~ Silly me~" She teasingly revealed while licking her lips and winking towards the two.

The puppy's eyes however widened at that and then narrowed them. "Arf! Arf! Arf!" Akamaru backed out as he back jumped away and began growling at the girl. "Not her! That's not Tayuya!" Was what he said.

This caused the still wincing Inuzuka to finally stop and manage to sit upright. "Eh?" Kiba got out in confusion as he looked at his partner. "The hell do you mean that's not her Akamaru?" He asked in confusion.

"Ufufu~" Tayuya however giggled out, getting their attention. "Ara ara~ So you figured it out~ Impressive~" She soon praised while licking her lips in a seductive manner.

The Inuzuka's eyes soon widened as he finally managed to truly distinguish the differences between this person and the relatively normal girl. "Who or what the hell are you?" Kiba however questioned in a serious tone as he and his partner readied themselves to fight.

"Oh~ Just a side she would normally never show~" Tayuya teasingly replied in a vague manner. "She got so worked up that she's now resting, so~ I thought it would be my turn to play now~" She then added with an foreboding tone while walking towards him.

". . .Eh?" Kiba got out upon hearing that as he couldn't keep up with both the explanation and what was happening right now. "Oi oi oi. . .what the hell? Is this some kind of split personality thing or somethin'!?" He soon exclaimed as he was at his end of comprehension and patience.

At the response the kunoichi smiled cheerfully and gave a few claps. "Bingo~! Wow~ You are a smart puppy~!" Tayuya cheerfully and happily replied and praised as she crouched down to his level.

"Wait, seriously!?" Kiba exclaimed while his partner's eyes widened in shock. "When the hell!? Was this caused by that pill!?" He then asked.

"Hmm. . .~ Something like that. . .~ Oh! Also~ You can call me Tay-Tay, my cute little puppy-kun~" Tay-Tay soon requested.

Kiba however gulped nervously and couldn't help in response. "T-Tay-Tay?" He repeated in uneasy confusion and slightly moved backwards in an attempt to widen the distance between the two.

Upon seeing this, instead of feeling angered or insulted by this, the kunoichi giggled amusingly. "Bingo~" Tay-Tay replied in amusement as she began to channel chakra as it circled around her hands. "But in any case, let me show you how good my hands can be, my cute little puppy-kun~" She soon suggested in a playful manner as her blue eye shined with an intense and eerie glimmer.

PHOOSH! PHOOSH!

Suddenly a blue flamethrower bursted from behind the Inuzuka, more specifically a foot behind his left leg and then rose to his upper right shoulder. However before he could even react to this, another burst from the front, though it was polar opposite as it rose a foot in front of his right leg to his left shoulder.

PHOOSH! PHOOSH!

Then more and more flamethrowers began bursting out from different angles until the Inuzuka was completely immobilized. This caused Akamaru to lower his head and let out a small whine of concern as he could do nothing for his partner.

Kiba meanwhile only remained motionless and could feel the intense heat of the flames all over his body. "I-I give. . ." He got out as large amounts of sweat began to fall from his face.

"Ufufu~ Well that was fun~" Tay-Tay declared in satisfaction as she began rubbing herself down, more towards her redeveloping breasts and then snap her fingers.

Instantly all of the blue flamethrowers were extinguished and vanished, because of this the young Inuzuka fell on his behind and let out a long sigh of relief of not being cooked alive. "Dammit. . .you caught me off guard." Kiba grumbled out in frustration.

Suddenly the glowing blue eye from Tay-Tay was losing its light as it began flickering. "Moh~ Looks like my play time up~" She whined in a cute manner and a pout on her face before smiling happily as she walked towards the boy. "Until next time, my cute little puppy-kun~ You really got me hot and bothered this time~" She soon informed in a seducing manner as she bent down and slowly got close to the boy until. . .

CHU~!

And kissed his cheek, causing the boy to blush crimson as she backed away.

The Inuzuka immediately blushed in reaction to that. "W-WHA!?" Kiba got out in shock.

However before the smiling and giggling kunoichi could say anything, the flickering blue eye finally stopped and returned to its normal color and then. . .

THUD!

Fainting on the spot as she fell like a ragdoll.

There was a long pause of silence as Kiba's mind was so distorted that he couldn't even process what just happened.

The little puppy could only look at his partner and then the fallen kunoichi with a dropped jaw what happened. "Never a dull moment. . ." Was what Akamaru could only think to himself.

Meanwhile the unconscious kunoichi's body began to twitch and slowly move her limbs. "Nggh. . ." Tayuya groaned out as she struggled a bit.

The sudden sound from the kunoichi snapped both boy and puppy out of their stutter and turned towards the awakening girl.

"Ugh. . .What the fuck just happened? Did I black out or somethin'?" Tayuya questioned as she winced and held her head while getting back on her feet.

"Y-Yeah. . .you did." Kiba responded, albeit a bit awkward as he didn't want to recall what he just experienced and saw.

"Wait. . .THAT FUCKIN' MEANS I LOSS!? DAMMIT!" Tayuya roared in anger and frustration.

". . ." Kiba blinked a few times at that. "Um. . .that's what you're mad about?" He awkwardly asked.

The kunoichi turned towards the confused Inuzuka while grinding her teeth in frustration. "Of course it's why I'm mad you mutt! You should already know that I fuckin' hate losing!" Was Tayuya's colorful response towards the question.

This caused Kiba to gulp as he realized what this meant. "She. . .doesn't remember. . ." He thought as a sudden chill ran down his spine. ". . .She must never know about Tay-Tay-chan. . ." He mentally decided more so for his safety and wellbeing while unconsciously adding chan at the end.

The Inuzuka could only wonder the pain and suffering the kunoichi would do to him if she knew how she acted in that form.

"Oi, the hell's wrong with you?" Tayuya however bluntly asked while crossing her arms over her chest. . .only to blush as her eyes widened. "FUCKIN' HELL! NOT AGAIN GODDAMMIT! MY UNDERWEAR!" She soon roared in frustration and embarrassment before dashing back to the complex.

The ANBU that kepted watch during the whole incident looked completely normal, but internally they were very surprised by the kunoichi's both change and her display of power. The captain turned and nodded to one of their subordinates, silently ordering them to inform the Hokage immediately of this development.

Meanwhile Kiba could only watch as the enraged kunoichi rushed to the building. "That's it, I'm done for the day." He could only get out as he laid on his back and decided to turn in for today.

A few days later. . .

The blond shinobi just woke up a few moments ago, then when he subconsciously stretched out his limbs his eyes widened. Then he quickly began to remove the bandages in his arms and then when he grip them tightly he felt no pain at all.

Naruto grinned widely as he jumped out of bed and also confirmed that just like his arms, his legs had also fully healed completely. "Now I can really do some serious training!" He shouted with glee as he could finally resume the intense training he had been wanting to do.

Then the sound of the room's door opening was heard. "Yeah, glad you're feeling better Naru-kun!" Satsuki happily declared as she and the Hyuga Heiress made herself known.

"Eh? Hinata-chan? Satsuki-chan?" Naruto got out in confusion as he did not expect to see the two. "I thought you two were training with Baa-chan every morning." He then pointed out.

The bluenette couldn't help but giggle as she knew the blond would ask that. "Oh, they are Naruto-kun." Hinata replied with a playful smile on her face.

"They?" Naruto repeated in confusion as he watched the two giggle in amusement.

Meanwhile at the Hokage Tower. . .

The Hyuga and Uchiha heiresses were in front of scrolls that had fish laying on them with their hands over them while green glowing chakra emanated from them.

Both kunoichi's had remained quiet to focused and concentrated as they focused on their task, however both were clearly showing signs of both exhaustion and slight irritation as they felt that they hadn't made any real progress.

"Mmmm. . ." Satsuki hummed out as she slightly struggled, before she finally stopped. "Moh. . .this is tough Nata-chan. . ." She mentally informed.

Meanwhile the bluenette was still concentrating for a few moments longer before she too stopped channeling chakra. "I believe we should rest up for a moment before continuing." Hinata soon suggested.

"Yeah. . .I could really use one." Satsuki as she turned her head. "Is that alright Obaa-chan?" She soon asked.

A distance away, Tsunade, who was sitting on her desk, was watching with intensity as she then sighed and nodded. "Sure, take a ten minute break and then continue." She instructed.

The two girls however groaned to that. "Such a slave driver Obaa-chan. . ." Satsuki mumbled out in annoyance.

Tsunaded immediately gave the ravenette a small glare of pure annoyance at that. "Call me that again and you'll have five minute next time." She soon threatened with a fiery aura surrounding her.

"Which part? Slave driver or Obaa-chan?" Satsuki then asked with a witty grin on her face as her fellow heiress giggled in response.

The older blonde's eye immediately twitched to that counter. "And you just cut your break short, get back to work." Tsunade soon ordered.

"WHAT!?" The Uchiha Heiress exclaimed with indignation.

Meanwhile Hinata could only sigh as she knew this would have happened. "Satsuki-chan, you know Tsunade-sama doesn't like that." She mentally reminded her fellow heiress.

"But I'm just being honest here Nata-chan!" Satsuki mentally whined with a pout on her face.

However the Hyuga had a deadpan expression before she returned to work. Though still annoyed, the Uchiha also went back to work as well.

Tsunade readjusted herself in her chair as she began evaluating the two girls. "Though Uchiha is a bit undisciplined in terms of medical shinobi standards, she does show that she has the basics down. . ." She began thinking to herself as she looked at the fish the bluenette was treating and saw its scales had a much better hue. "The Hyuga's on the other hand has more chakra control due to lineage, making it easier for her to learn Medical jutsu." She then added in her head.

As Hinata continued focusing her chakra onto the fish, her mind was slowly beginning to adapt so she began to change her way she was doing it. She first recalled all the basic anatomy of the fish, then instead of just sending the chakra in a single point so that it would then spread it, she began to divide her chakra and sent it into the most vital areas of the fish. The process was slow at first, but then after a few minutes. . .

The Hyuga's fish suddenly began flailing about. "Ah!" Hinata yelped out in surprise as the fish suddenly jumped and splashed down into the pond nearby.

SPLASH!

The Uchiha's eyes soon widened as she saw this and rushed to her side in amazement. "Holy kami! You did it Nata-chan! Awesome!" Satsuki praised. "You gotta teach me how to do that!" She then requested.

Hinata meanwhile giggled to that. "Of course Satsuki-chan." She replied.

A small but impressed smile appeared on the blonde Hokage's face upon witnessing this. "But Hyuga definitely has more drive and the knowhow to learn it much faster." Tsunade praised the girl in her head.

Then the female hokage watched as she saw the Hyuga went to the Uchiha's side and began instructing her. At first the ravenette had difficulty understanding the explanation despite being the former top of their class, but the bluenette grabbed the scroll with the fish's anatomy and explained what and where she focused on to heal the creature.

Then after a while, the Uchiha more or less understood the method and soon returned to work on her own fish with even more determination while the Hyuga watched on as she had earned a well deserved break for healing her fish.

Back at the Trio's home. . .

"Oh, your clones." Naruto soon realized. "But then, why aren't you here and not there helping out?" He soon asked.

"Oh! Well. . ." Clone Hinata muttered as she was a little embarrassed about answering.

"Yeah, Nata-chan wanted to first train personally and then after getting the hang of the basics, use clones to get better at it." Clone Satsuki explained while playfully rubbing the back of her head.

"Hai, we thought it would be best to first get used to the training before allowing the clones to then do the basic training while we continue with more advanced training." Clone Hinata continued the explanation.

The blond could only blinked a few times as he was surprised by the explanation, this was because he honestly would have never thought of doing such a thing.

Naruto then awkwardly rubs the back of his head as he looks to the side. "Well, that's smart. I would totally start right away with clones, but that's just me brute forcing through than to take my time to learn anything." He sheepishly admitted with a grin, before he recalled something. "Though, not that I don't enjoy the company, but. . .why are you two here?" He soon asked.

"We just wanted to make sure you were alright." Satsuki replied with a slight pout. "What? Not happy to see us?" She then teasingly asked while leaning forward, the Hyuga following suit, showing some of their cleavage to the blond.

However the blond shinobi only looked at the two with a slightly frown on his face. "More like worrying that you'll waste chakra that could be more useful for training." Naruto pointed out with a concerned tone.

That in turn caused the clone Uchiha to pout with a puffed up cheek, but she understood what the blond was talking about.

"Yes, your right, and that's why this is also training." Clone Hinata pointed out. "Our original selves wanted to learn more effective uses for the Shadow Clone jutsu, so that we can practice more delicate actions such as Medical ninjutsu later on." She then explained.

Naruto's mouth became an O shape as he now understood the reason why they were here. "Oh! Now I get it." He said while placing his hands behind his head. "So would you mind helping me out with training?" He then asked.

"Sure!" The shadow clones of the heiresses happily replied in unison. "We'll take care of you really well Naru-kun~ " They requested with playful winks.

Naruto immediately blushed in response to that, more so to the Hyuga Heiress acting more like the Uchiha Heiress this time. "Then let's get training because I have a lot to catch up." He replied with a nod before looking to the side. "Either Satsuki-chan's really influencing Hinata-chan. . .or the Shadow Clones are just more playful." He then thought to himself.

"In any case, let's go!" Both heiresses cheered in excitement as they took their love's hands and began dragging him out.

"W-Whoa! Hahaha!" Naruto got out before laughing while allowing himself to be dragged out.

A few feet away. . .

The human disguise of Kurama and the Snake mistress watched as the blond was being dragged, this made him chuckle in amusement. "Shadow clones, always more playful and free spirited then the originals." He remarked.

The snake mistress couldn't help but blinked a few times at that. "Really now, I didn't know that." Anko replied in a curious manner.

Kurama merely shrugged his shoulders. "It's because they know that their existence is brief that they then to be more. . .lively than their original selves." He then explained as if it wasn't that big of a deal.

"Huh, what do you know? Never would have thought of that." Anko got out in a fascinated tone.

Even if the purpled haired kunoichi could also use the shadow clone, like many other shinobis, she also couldn't use them as she pleased like the trio could, so she would never have realized this peculiar behavior of the clones.

"Well. . .since they have more chakra, their clones have more time to live than normal, so they're also more flirtier with their actions and hornier too." Kurama then offhandedly added with an amused tone before the two left to enjoy their day. . .back in the bedroom.

At the Yamanaka Flower Shop. . .

Things were slow for the day as the platinum blonde manned the counter before remembering something, filling her with some energy. "Dad, I'm going to find Shikamaru to go see Chōji." Ino informed as she took her apron off.

The older Yamanaka meanwhile gained a concerned expression to this. "Are you sure? Your not pushing yourself, right?" Inoichi however questioned.

There was a brief pause from the platinum blonde, but then turned and gave her father a small smile. "I'm not. . .and besides, Shikamaru and Asuma-sensei will be there too." Ino countered as she hung the apron up.

"Alright, just. . .don't push yourself too hard." Inoichi soon replied with a concerned tone.

Ino in turn nodded to that and began to leave. . .only to realize something, causing her eyes to widen. ". . .You didn't read my mind again did you?" She then suddenly asked as she slightly paled.

The older Yamanaka looked at her daughter's back for a few moments before answering. "I don't need to, I know my daughter well." Inoichi responded with a stern expression on his face.

". . ." Ino was soon hesitant as she didn't look back to her father. ". . .Please don't stop me. . .I'm not gonna stop being a shinobi." She soon requested as she left the flower shop.

After his daughter had left, Inoichi took a deep breath and let out a sad sigh. "I'm not. . .But it's you who doesn't even realize that you have already given up." He however thought as he worried for his daughter's future.

Elsewhere in the village. . .

The members of Team Eight plus their extra were walking through the village. Akamaru was enjoying the small walk around the village as he chased after a small butterfly, trying to catch it with little success, but that didn't stop the puppy from having a good time.

The Inuzuka heir meanwhile let out a long, over exaggerated sigh as he hunched forward in a defeated posture. "Goddammit, what was I thinkin' trying to save her, now I gotta be the one who babysits her and deals with whatever crazy shit she cooks up, literally!" Kiba ranted as he walked through the streets.

"Like I give a fuck asshole." Tayuya bluntly countered without a care as she walked beside the boy.

"Oh I know you wouldn't. . ." Kiba rebuttal muttered in annoyance while glaring at the girl in mention. "Though Tay-Tay-chan sees things differently." He meanwhile thought to himself as he didn't have the courage to even mention her.

"It seems as though things have become quite interesting since we were gone." Shino meanwhile stated while adjusting his glasses, though kept a respectful distance from the dark pink haired girl, more so for the sake of his insects than having any distrust.

"I'll say." Fū admitted in agreement with a nod while her Tailed Beast was on her head. "I guess in a sense, she's a new addition to our team?" She awkwardly added.

Kiba merely shrugged his shoulders. "Don't know, she's on probation right now and only Hokage-sama will decide where she'll end up in." He simply replied honestly.

The mint haired kunoichi nodded in understanding. "Still, it was a pretty crazy story when we heard about it from Tsunade-sama. You fought her, she took some freaky pill that mutated and gave her a bloodline, you saving her from going out of control and her turning back to at least our ages." Fū reminded while listing off the events that happened. "Almost sounds like a dream someone had." she added in an afterthought.

Another sigh soon escaped the young Inuzuka's mouth at that. "Again, don't remind me. . ." Kiba grumbled out as he really didn't want to relive that.

"More like a freaking' nightmare." Tayuya couldn't help but comment while rolling her eyes.

The Aburame then glanced towards the dark pinkette. "I'm surprised and curious that you chose to defect so easily Tayuya-san." Shino admitted in a vague tone. "I am to assume that Orochimaru's experiments are as despicable as we were all told?" He soon deducted.

"What was your first clue bug boy?" Tayuya deadpanned while rolling her eyes before sighing. "Of course it was bad. The pedo's experiments, the screams of pain, all that shit and more that can't even describe." She then added.

Fū meanwhile winced when hearing that small description. "Damn, and now I know why Danzō's involved with that monster." She then commented with disgust.

"More than that. . .Sakura Haruno." Shino also stated in a serious tone.

"Oh don't get me started with that little psycho. . ." Tayuya growled out.

"How about we just drop it. . .I don't feel like talking about that mission. . ." Kiba grumbled out with an uncomfortable tone.

Shino briefly readjusted his glasses. "I want to hear about the details." He suddenly said, getting his teammates attention. "Because that's what teamwork is about." He added with a bit more forceful tone before walking ahead of everyone.

The two kunoichi looked at the bug user with confused expressions as they found how the shades wearing shinobi had said to be strange, well stranger than normal.

Kiba on the other hand had spent enough time with his teammate to both notice and basically understood why he said that. "Are you. . .sulking? Because you were the only one we didn't ask to come?" He stated more than asked with a deadpan tone.

At the sudden question from his teammate, Shino briefly stopped walking for a few moments before he continued walking. This action caused the rest of the group to sweatdropped in perfect unison.

The dark pink haired girl almost facefaulted to hearing that. "You're fucking with me, he wanted in on that shitshow with the green and pink haired psycho?" Tayuya meanwhile asked.

The mint haired kunoichi looked at the bug user and slightly smiled with a hint of sadness. "Nah, it's probably that he wanted to be there to help his friends and feels bad that he could have done something." Fū explained while her eyes never left the shades wearing chunin.

Kiba couldn't help but smile sadly at that. "Shino. . ." He thought to himself with a sad tone because he knew that although very quiet and reserved, his teammate was very passionate and protective of his teammates.

The dark pink haired girl then looked at the green haired girl and back towards the young Aburame before looking back at the other girl. ". . .So, are you two datin' or something? " Tayuya soon asked with a smirk, before she looked up and finally noticed something. "And what's with the giant beetle on your head?" She added as an afterthought.

The first question caused a large blush in response from the greenette and snort chuckling from the said giant beetle on top of the girl's head as well as the Inuzuka.

Within the Hyuga Compound. . .

SMACK! BAM! SMACK! BAM!

Sounds of intense palm strikes and smacks rung through the training field in a relentless manner.

"Ha!" A young female voice grunted out.

"Put more force in your strike Hanabi-sama!" A teenage male voice ordered.

From the entrance of the area, Hisashi Hyuga looked on as both his younger daughter and his nephew having their sparring match, while making sure to evaluate both of the two's performance, more so for his nephew for the sake to make sure he was fine ever since coming out of the hospital.

"Hai! Neji-niisama!" Hanabi responded as she did as instructed and rushed in.

BAM!

The two cousins then continued their spar, but it was very clear that the older Hyuga was holding back, making sure to be at the level that was adequate for his younger cousin. However even he was impressed by how well she was holding on against him. Then after a few more minutes of sparring. . .

"That's enough!" Hiashi suddenly ordered as the two quickly halted their spar and gave a bow to the other. "Well done Hanabi, you improved quite well. However, your maneuvers are still too stiff. While our stance must be like a mountain, that doesn't mean our movements should be as well." He soon praised before giving his advice.

The younger Hyuga took a few deep breaths to calm down her heart from the spar. "Hai, Otou-sama." Hanabi responded with a nod of understanding as she walked off the training field.

Hiashi merely nodded as he turned towards his nephew, not surprisingly he was still in near perfect condition as his breathing was still calm and even. "Now, Neji would you still be willing for a spar against me?" He then requested as he made his way towards him.

The younger male Hyuga instantly straightened his back and nodded. "Yes I would Hiashi-sama." Neji responded in a calm tone.

However the head of the Hyuga Clan could see that there was a cloud of doubt and hesitation in his nephew's eyes. While most wouldn't have been able to see it, the clan head's eyes easily saw it. He had seen that his nephew had had them ever since he had returned from the hospital.

"I had been informed that Hinata is training under Tsunade-sama along with the Uchiha Heiress." He then revealed.

Neji nodded as he wasn't surprised by hearing this. "Yes, I heard about it as well. Hinata-sama seems to want to further her repertoire as a shinobi." He replied with a calm tone, while gaining a slightly more motivated look in his eyes.

"Hinata-neesama is going to keep getting better." Hanabi meanwhile admitted from the sidelines as she looked on.

"Which is why neither of you must fall behind." Hiashi soon stated as he readied himself.

"Yes sir." Neji responded as he prepared himself.

Then for the next half an hour, both uncle and nephew engage in an intense spar that would make others think it was an actual duel. Now it was the younger Hyuga's turn to be easily pushed back by his uncle's superior experience, skills and tactics. This was very apparent as the two fought, the younger Hyuga was beginning to pant very heavily and fatigue was ever present on his face.

However Neji did not let that stop him as his eyes burned with motivation. "Next time, I will be the one to protect Hinata-sama. . .by obtaining new strength. . ." Neji thought in a determined manner as he rushed in once more.

With that, both uncle and nephew reengaged in their spar with the same fever as before while the youngest Hyuga could only stare on with awe at the display her immediate family members were showing. This only made her realize just how much she herself was lacking and wanted to improve to be able to catch up with not only them but her older sister as well.

Elsewhere in Konoha. . .

As the platinum blonde was walking, her mind was in a complete blank, almost as if she was walking in auto.

"Hey. . ." A familiar lazy voice called out

This managed to snap the young Yamanaka out of her blank state of mind as she saw her pineapple shaped hair teammate. "Oh, hey Shikamaru." Ino returned the greeting with her own.

Shikamaru lazily nodded in response to that as the two said nothing more and walked together to the meeting place. "She's looking a bit better, but. . ." He thought to himself as he couldn't help but glance at where the blonde's arm was. "Ino losing her arm is gonna affect us greatly, both physically and mentally. . ." He then added in his head.

Then a very small but noticeable glare appeared on his face as he recalled the failed retrieval mission. How the mission truly showed his own weakness that nearly got himself and his teammates killed. He knew logically that he couldn't have forsen any of it, no normal sane person would but that still did nothing to his self loathing and his incompetence.

However, he wouldn't delve into it, the young Nara knew that it wouldn't help anyone at the moment, mostly the Yamanaka. "Troublesome. . ." Shikamaru grumbled.

"Hm?" Ino hummed out as she looked at her teammate. "What's up?" She soon asked.

There wasn't even a hint of the young Nara's thoughts as he looked as bored and lazy as always. "Nothing, it's just too early and I want to watch the clouds." Shikamaru then got out.

"So the same as always?" Ino quipped out with a small teasing smile on her face.

The young Nara only let out a lazy sigh upon hearing that, but didn't say anything else. "But knowing Ino. . .she's gonna bounce back from this, somehow. . ." Shikamaru soon thought.

Then after a few moments, the two finally arrived at the Yakiniku Q restaurant and quietly entered the barbecue shop before they were welcomed with the sight of their chubby teammate already eating away at a massive amount of cooked meat while their sensei looked on with a shocked expression.

Maybe it was the sight of her teammate fully recovered or simply because seeing a familiar sight, the platinum blonde was able to smile a bit more cheerfully. "Wow, already back to normal. . ." Ino got out, not even upset over his appearance.

Asuma soon noticed his students as he looked towards them. "Ah, Shikamaru, Ino. Feel free to take a seat." He greeted and offered.

Nodding to that, the blonde went over and sat down across from her teammate that was already eating while the pineapple haired shaped boy sat next to his friend.

GRRRR!

Suddenly, the Yamanaka stomach growled. . .loudly, causing the platinum blonde to blush as the rest of her team looked at her. "Chōji-kun, make room, I'm getting some of that." Ino demanded while getting her chopsticks.

The chubby boy however gained a gleam in his eyes to that. "Ho,ou think you can take the meat from me?" Chōji countered in a competitive tone.

"Bring it Chōji-kun, bring it on." Ino responded with a confident smirk as she readied herself, however the moment she was about to grab her chopsticks, she realized that she couldn't snap them open. ". . .Shit. . ." She muttered with clear frustration in her tone.

There was a long pause between the group as any upbeat or cheerful ambience instantly vanished without a trace.

Asuma then went and broke them apart for her. "Eat up Ino, we're here to celebrate after all." He calmly informed his student.

". . .Thanks Asuma-sensei." Ino responded in a grateful manner as she took the chopsticks. . .before going at the meat like an Akimichi would.

The remainder of the group then began to eat their meal, however they did so with a calm yet somber manner. This caused the Jonin sensei to let out a sigh as he really didn't know what to do to help his student.

At one of the training fields. . .

Grunting sounds of two individuals were heard as that sound of fists and kicks clashing were so intense that one would believe they were stone rather than flesh. Soon it was revealed that it was two similarly dressed people in green skin tight suits were sparring with one another, though the older of the two seemed to be losing steam.

BAM! BAM! CRASH!

Then the sounds of more clashes continued as stones and trees crack or burst upon the impact of their clashes. Meanwhile a kunoichi dressed in a similar attire but in a grey variation was heavily panting from a nearby tree. "How can Gai-sensei and Lee-kun still go on. . .? It's been hours since they started. . ." Kin asked in between her pants, but still amazed by the display.

WHAM!

However the kunoichi's response was only answered with another clash of the sensei and student's fists. The two briefly paused as they stared at each other's eyes, the older shinobi could feel the passion and dedication from his student from this latest clash causing him to smile and felt nothing but pride.

"Good! You haven't let your flames of youth wither yet!" Gai thought to himself as he was glad that his precious student didn't let the failure of his last mission haven't affected his flames of youth.

Then the bowled haired young teen quickly broke away from the clash between himself and his sensei. "WACHA! DYNAMIC ENTRY!" Lee called out as he thrusted a kick forward.

While this taijutsu move would normally be used in surprise attacks, it still boasts impressive speed and power, making it three times stronger than a normal kick. However because of this it was too obvious and easy to dodge.

Meanwhile, being an Elite Jonin, Gai could have effortlessly dodge the incoming kick, however he didn't. The jonin only smiled at the incoming kick as he would not let this chance to feel his pupil's growth with his own body, so he simply blocked the kick and was surprised by the force behind it and was sent flying.

CRASH!

And as a result, the sensei crashed into a tree.

This caused the young teen to blink a few times before he closed his eyes while tightened his fists, he shocked them a bit before thrusting them upward. "YOSHA! THAT'S THE POWER OF MY YOUTH!" Lee cheered as he pumped a fist into the air feeling he had finally grown if only a bit.

CRASH!

Suddenly a hand burst out of the rubble that was once a tree, before the hand gave a thumbs up gesture. "Nice kick Lee! You Flames of Youth are burning even brighter than before!" Gai proudly declared while still below the broken pile of tree bark and branches.

Meanwhile, the once tired kunoichi finally managed to recover some of her stamina and managed to get back on her feet as she rushed towards the green spandex wearing shinobi. "Nice one Lee!" Kin called out with an encouraging smile on her face.

"Thank you Kin-chan!" Lee replied with a grin of his own as he then took her hands into his own.

To that action however, Kin's face went scarlet and her head was steaming as a result.

Even though Gai was still surrounded by tree debris, he still gave his signature smile and pose. "Very well done Lee!" He declared with earnest and pride filled tone.

CRASH!

But then at that moment, another tree fell onto the pile where the downed sensei, briefly stunning him. "OOMPH! I'M ALRIGHT!" Gai got out as his smile never left his face despite the massive bump that instantly swelled and was glowing pink atop his head.

"GAI-SENSEI!" Lee and Kin exclaimed in panicked unison as they rushed over to help him out.

BOOM! CRASH!

However, the Taijutsu specialist jonin effortlessly launched the larger tree into the air while making sure it wouldn't fall anywhere near his precious students. "As I said, my precious student, I am alright!" Gai declared with a thumbs up. . .though still had the massive bump on his head.

The two younger students let out a sigh of relief at the sight of their sensei being alright, though they couldn't help but question this statement by the sight of that massive bump still glowing.

"Anyways, that's it for today as I have a mission. Well done to the both of you!" Gai soon informed the two before he seemingly vanished, no doubt already heading for his mission.

"Alright Kin-chan! Let us now celebrate by doing 50 push ups!" Lee passionately declared while giving a thumbs up as he was still concerned that the kunoichi still haven't rested enough.

The never enthusiasm from the young shinobi caused the kunoichi to giggle in amusement, but she knew that he was concerned for her, which made her secretly happy, so she gave him a thumbs up. "Right!" Kin replied with determination.

But at that moment, the jonin suddenly reappeared. "And Kin-chan, since you have been doing so well, I'll be increasing the amount of weight you have for your training when I return by a small amount, so prepare yourself." Gai soon informed before vanishing once more.

Though the kunoichi was shaken up and maybe a little nervous by that as she wasn't looking forward to the new sets of weights, she shook it off as she knew that the Elite Jonin was only doing this for her sake and to help her get stronger. "Hai!" Kin replied while nodding with determination.

"Yosh! Let's begin!" Lee replied as the two then went and began doing push ups.

As such, the two went back to their training to become stronger for future missions.

Within the weapon's shop. . .

CLANG! CLANG CLANG!

Sounds of metal hitting metal was heard in the back of the shop as the orange-yellow light of flames and sparks were seen from it. The middle age blacksmith was hammering away in front of the furnace as all sorts of materials and utensils of his profession were on a nearby table.

After finishing his latest batch of kunais and shurikens, Arashi let out a sigh. Then he turned towards another section of his smithy and saw his daughter also hammering. "I think I'll take a break and make something to eat." He soon suggested.

The seasoned blacksmith and father already knew that trying to make his daughter also take a break during her inspirational moments was like trying to block the sun with his thumb. So the Higurashi would let her work for a few more hours before forcing her to stop and shoving food down her throat. . .again.

CLANG! CLANG CLANG!

It was after an hour had passed that the kunoichi finally stopped and began to check her weapons. She made multiple swings of her weapons, checking the activations of mechanisms of her short crossbow and shooting some arrows to check their accuracy. Finally she attached the hidden blade to her wrist and flicked it, causing the blade to come out as a result before doing it once more to retract it.

"Alright, fixed up my weapons." Tenten declared as she took in a deep breath of relief before she sat down in her chair and relaxed herself.

The young blacksmith then turned her face towards the large drawing board, there were the schematics of her weapons. However right next to each one were more schematics that had many distinct changes along with some smaller ones. As some of them had drawings of them having flames.

Tenten soon began to think back to her fight with the mutated shinobi, who was practically invincible to her weapons thanks to its regenerative properties.

For the last few weeks since the faithful and disastrous mission, the kunoichi had been thinking of making new versions of her weapons to possibly counter those properties, if she ever fought something like that. . .creature again.

"Next time, my weapons won't lose against some mutated freak." Tenten declared while wiping the sweat off her forehead.

With new resolve, she grabbed the pen and began to make more modifications to the schematic, she knew that most wouldn't work or that they would fail miserably. However that didn't bother her as she knew that with each failed attempt, only meant that she was just one more step closer to creating something great. Then once she was finished with a reasonable schematic, she instantly grabbed her hammer and began to create her new weapons.

Unknown to the young weapons mistress, she wasn't just forging only her advanced weapons, she was also forging her future as well.

In the Hokage's Tower. . .

The Hyuga and Uchiha Heiresses were still training with determination in their eyes.

"Ok Satsuki Uchiha, you can do this dattebakon. . ." Satsuki self encouraged herself as she focused some green chakra to the fish while looking at it with a serious expression.

Tsunade meanwhile looked on at the two heiresses as she focused on the Uchiha, who took in a deep breath and began to channel her chakra.

At first, it looked like she was simply sending her chakra towards the fish, however to the train eye, the chakra was slowly beginning to spread apart. It took a few tries, but the chakra finally managed to spread and began heading towards the vidal areas of the fish's anatomy.

It was at this point that the Uchiha was clearly showing signs of struggling, as this was a level of chakra control she had never done before. "Ngh. . .I need to keep the flow steady. . .don't force it and keep sending the chakra on the most vital areas. . ." Satsuki mentally reminded herself of what the bluenette had instructed.

For a few moments the fish remained completely still, but as more healing chakra flowed in the fish's body made a very small jolt, then in an instant it began flopping about before diving and splashing into the nearby pond beside them.

SPLASH!

Though at first startled by the fish's sudden revival, the ravenette's expression turned from startelement to pure joy. "Woohoo! I finally got it!" Satsuki declared in excitement as she pumped a fist into the air.

"Well done Satsuki-chan!" Hinata cheered with a happy yet proud-filled smile at the ravenette's accomplishment.

Meanwhile, the Hokage raised an eyebrow as she witnessed this, even though there had been a few hours between when the bluenette had healed her fish and the ravenette's. She still couldn't help but be impressed, nonetheless.

"While nowhere near as close as Hyuga. . .I do have to admit that the Uchiha do have some talent for medical ninjutsu. . ." Tsunade mentally admitted as she watched the two high fiving one another.

Knock! Knock!

"Tsunade-sama," A familiar voice called out, causing the three kunoichis to turn to the entrance as the door then opened revealing to be none other than their older apprentice of the Hokage.

"Ah, Shizu-nee!" Satsuki happily called out while the bluenette gave a polite bow as a greeting.

The Hokage's assistant in response giggled at the Uchiha's enthusiasm and returned the Hyuga's bow with one of her own. "Good day Satsuki-chan, Hinata-chan, do you mind if I borrow Tsunade-sama for a moment?" Shizune greeted the two followed by the request.

". . ." Tsunade at first said nothing and looked a bit annoyed like usual, however that was a facade. She knew her apprentice well enough to know that she was referring to. "Hgn. . .paperwork. . ." She thought to herself as she got up from her seat.

Tap~!

The door slowly closed behind the older women after they exited the room and headed straight towards the Hokage's office.

After making sure that both of the younger kunoichi's were alone, the ravenette stretched a bit. "So Nata-chan. . ." Satsuki began to say as she pointed towards the nearby window. "Wanna play hooky to find Naru-kun while we leave some clones to continue training?" She then suggested with a witty grin.

Hinata in response giggled to her fellow heiress's suggestion. "Sure, but only for a bit before coming back for our training." She replied with a slight sternful tone while she made the familiar hand sign.

"Hai, Hai Nata-chan." Satsuki playfully replied as she made the same hand sign.

"Shadow Clone Jutsu!" The two declared in unison.

POOF! POOF!

In an instant, two exact clones of the Uchiha and Hyuga came to existence, they nodded towards their original selves as they already knew what they had to do and went towards their training areas again to begin their training.

Once they saw this the ravenette and the bluenette giggled towards themselves as they escaped via the open window.

With Tsunade. . .

The Hokage was already hard at work with her assistant handing her paper after paper. "Ngh . .how Sarutobi-sensei was able to handle this I will never know. . ." Tsunade groaned out. "And he didn't even tell me before he went off to train in Sar-Saru Forest. . ." She then grumbled out in frustration.

"Well there's nothing you can really do about it Tsunade-sama, Sarutobi-sama had to go and retrain his body to adjust to his new. . .condition." Shizune reminded as she still couldn't believe about the Third Hokage's unique situation. Once she was done piling the paperwork she exited the room, no doubt to go get more.

The female Hokage in response sighed as she continued to read and sign the paperwork for another half hour, then after finishing a good portion of it, she stretched her arms and leaned on her chair to relax for a bit.

Tsunade then turned towards the pictures and stared at them with a serious expression. "Since I have been entrusted with the village that you built, no matter what danger might strike, it is my duty to protect it." She thought to herself as she reminded herself of her duty. "The Hokage sure has it tough, huh." She couldn't help but muttered with amusement.

"Yes, you really do." Shizune replied in agreement as she reentered the room with even more paperwork. "All of these reports regarding the village's internal affairs accumulated because so many things were happening in the village." She then reported.

How could the blond Hokage forget? From an invasion, to a hostile takeover from one of their own and finally a kunoichi going rogue that led to the discovery of a diabolic mutated shinobis.

Which causes the older kunoichi to sigh. "I guess the only thing to do is start at the top." Tsunade sighed out as she took the next report. "The Konoha Maximum Security Prison. . .was the name changed?" She read out and asked.

"Yes, in the past it was called Prison Specializing in Capital Offenses Shinobi." Shizune replied with a smile on her face. "Fortunately, because there is a downward trend in felonies committed by shinobis, along with the downsizing of the facility, the name changed as well." She then reported the reason for the name change. "It's certainly a mouthful to say." She couldn't help but admit as she was actually glad of their reason to do so.

To which the Blonde Hokage secretly agreed as she turned towards her apprentice.

"Incarcerated are murderers, those who were involved in leaking classified secrets, those that although dangerous don't need intense security measures, traitors and so on. They are all criminal Shinobis. . ." Shizune informed her as she listed off the types of criminals. "There haven't been any noticeable disruptions in the past few years and the facility has been relatively stable." She then added.

Nodding to that, the blonde looked through the document as she then noticed something that caught her eye. "Hmm. . .what is this?" Tsunade soon muttered as she looked at what appeared to be a doodle, soon narrowing her eyes in a serious manner. "This handwriting. . ." She thought to herself.

The female Hokage quickly went and looked at a filecabinet that had the title confidential seal on it, she activated the release hand seal and said seal disappeared. She then quickly rummaged through the documents until she found what she was looking for.

Tsunade's eyes soon narrowed into a glare. "Shizune, get any available Jonin right now." Tsunade suddenly ordered in a serious tone.

At the one of the training grounds. . .

STAB!

Naruto was stretching his tired arms as he relaxed himself as he stabbed the Executioner's Blade into the ground and sat down as he looked at the scarred field as a result of training. "Ah, I overdid it." He sheepishly admitted.

The blond shinobi had specifically spent most if not all his time training his physical body. He had done different exercises such as normal body training and even a few. . .eccentric exercises such as pushing a large boulder with nothing but raw strength, moving large rocks from one place to another and finally doing his kenjutsu stances and movements.

While he couldn't move the boulder a single inch, it still was a good way to practice his stance to have more stability, meanwhile moving large rocks and doing his kenjutsu was good to increase his normal raw strength. However this was still not enough as he could barely lift his swordsword for more than a few seconds without chakra.

Even so, the blond shinobi grin widely. "Still there's some progress dattebayo. . ." Naruto thought positively as he lay down on the ground and began to take deep breaths to calm his tired body.

On the other hand, the clones of the Hyuga and Uchiha Heiresses were panting from exhaustion as they looked at their future husband. They had spent their time helping out the blond shinobi with anything he may have needed, causing their chakra to rapidly be spent and reaching their end.

"As expected of Naruto-kun, he's amazing dattebahi." Clone Hinata praised with a smile.

"Hai. . .both in battle. . .and in bed dattebakon. . ." Clone Satsuki replied with agreement with a wide smirk on her blushing face.

The clone bluenette's eyes widen as she gains an expression of pure shock, before slowly calming down. "Well. . .you aren't wrong. . ." Clone Hinata bashfully mumbled to the second part as she began blushing as well.

At the sight of the two female clones, the blond shinobi raised an eyebrow. "Hmm? What's up?" Naruto meanwhile called out with a curious tone.

"Huh!?" Both clones of the heiresses got out in shock as they tried to fan themselves to look more exhausted. "Well we're near our limits and will be dispelling soon!" Clone Hinata soon informed while smiling awkwardly.

However since the clones were actually close to their actual limits, they managed to convince the blond. "Oh! Ok, thanks for all the help!" Naruto replied with a thumbs up.

"N-No problem!" The two female clones got out awkwardly as they were about to do the release hand seal.

Upon seeing this, Naruto's eyes widened as he recalled something. "Oh! Before you do so!" He called out while rushing towards the clones, which stopped them just in time. "Can you pass a message to the girls?" He then asked as he stopped in front of the two.

At hearing this, the two clones calmed down and smiled. "Sure, what do you need Naru-kun?" Clone Satsuki soon asked.

"Well I'm going to visit Baa-chan to ask if she has any missions for Team Seven." Naruto began to explain as he sealed his sword in his scroll. "I mean I'm itching for going to another mission." He then added with a large and excited grin on his face.

"Sure! I know the real us would definitely feel the same!" Clone Satsuki replied as the clone of the Hyuga nodded in agreement.

"Thanks! I owe you." Naruto thanked the clones.

Upon hearing that, the two clones smiled widely as they looked at each other. "Well then. . ." The clones of the heiresses began as they approached the one they loved before kissing him on the cheeks, surprising the blond by their actions.

CHU~!

"See ya!" They happily concluded with giggles and playful winks while activating the hand sign.

POOF! POOF!

And soon enough dispersing.

The still stun and slightly blushing blond remained standing for a good solid minute before grinning. "These clones really are. . .flirty." Naruto eventually commented once again on their behavior with a chuckle before leaving the area.

Back inside the village. . .

The female members of Team Seven were calmly enjoying their little break as they slowly strolled along the roads of the market street. After buying a few small treats to calm their hunger after their intense training, they decided to head towards the training grounds to meet up with their favorite blond.

However before they could do so the two kunoichi's suddenly stood still with their eyes widened. Then the memories of their clones began to enter their minds, they stood for a good solid minute as the memories finally set in.

"So much for taking a long break. . ." Satsuki sighed out before placing her hands behind her head.

"Well, at least now we can go on missions again." Hinata commented while pointing out the positive.

Satsuki's expression in response couldn't help but turn brightly at that. "Yeah! I'm itching for another mission after so long." She soon admitted in an excited manner. "And I also wanna show him the progress we made on training as medical-nin." Satsuki then added.

This caused the bluenette to giggle amusingly. "Then I guess we should head back now and meet up with Naruto-kun as soon as possible." She then suggested

With that the two kunoichis made a quick run back to the Hokage Tower, hoping that they would be assigned another mission after days of nothing but rest and/or training.

At the Hokage Tower. . .

It wasn't long before the blond shinobi finally reached the tower, as he got closer the more excited he began to feel, wondering what new missions would his team go next. Then when he finally managed to see the entrance of the tower, he saw his future fiances just outside.

The moment the two kunoichis saw the blond walking towards them, their faces brightened as they smiled and grinned cheerfully. "Hey again Naru-kun." Satsuki playfully greeted

"It is good to see you again. I see you're just as excited as we are for a new mission." Hinata then added.

Naruto just grinned while lightly scratching his cheek a bit embarrassed as he could still recall the clones from the two heiresses kissing him on the cheeks. "Yeah, I just really need some action after being cooped up so long." He soon admitted.

"Tell me about it." Satsuki replied with a bored tone.

"I hope we can go on an interesting mission." Hinata informed, also anticipating to get out into the field as well.

And with that, the blond walked towards the entrance while the two kunoichi followed right behind.

In the office. . .

Night had soon fallen on the village as the evening activities began all over the village. Meanwhile in the Hokage's office, as per ordered, both Asuma Sarutobi and Kurenai Yuhi had arrived as quickly as possible. Then the Hokage ordered them to check on some documents.

"This is about a year ago, a chunin Academy staff member used Naruto to sneak out the Scroll of Sealing." Asuma revealed in a serious tone.

"According to the report, it was a crime committed by Mizuki acting alone. The crime was solved, but. . .?" Kurenai read the report, however she sensed that her leader wasn't convinced.

"Yes, if it really was him acting alone." Tsunade started, which caught the attention of the group. "The possibility has arisen that a bigger mastermind is behind this crime." She soon revealed. "This is a clue. . ." She then informed.

The blond Hokage then placed a simple scroll that could be found in any shinobi store, the inside of it had unreadable gibberish writing that didn't have any proper reading structure.

The Hokage then narrowed her eyes in a serious manner. "This is something that Mizuki was concealing when he was incarcerated in the Maximum Security Facility." Tsuande stated while glaring at the scroll. "At the time, nobody thought of it as anything more than a doodle." She added with a serious tone.

Now sensing her master's suspiciousness, Shizune stared at the scroll with worrisome eyes. "Tsunade-sama, what is that anyway?" She soon asked in concern.

"I don't know, however. . ." Tsunade soon started while her glare intensified. "The handwriting resembles the document confiscated from the facility where Orochimaru was conducting human experiments. . ." She then revealed in a dead serious tone.

"Which means that. . ." Kurenai started as her eyes widened in shock. "Orochimaru is connected to this crime!?" She soon questioned with a shocked expression.

"The possibility isn't zero." Tsunade responded as she didn't deny this possibility. "It's not like a chunin alone could do anything with the Scroll of Sealing. It would only make sense if Orochimaru were pulling strings from behind." She then explained her hypnosis.

Suddenly the entire room went silent as a heavy atmosphere developed all of the older shinobis. After all, the mere possibility that someone like Orochimaru gaining access to something like the Scroll of Sealings filled them with dread. However with the recent discovery of his latest works in mutated shinobis, the thought of combining these two aspects changed dread to pure terror.

"Asuma! Kurenai!" Tsunade suddenly shouted with authority in her tone. "Go immediately to the Maximum Security Facility and interrogate Mizuki!" She then ordered.

The two jonin instantly nodded in response and then the next instant the two vanished cia shushin to carry out their orders.

Meanwhile right outside the office. . .

The trio were right next to the door as they had listened in on the discussion as they heard two sensei leave. The three looked at each other and nodded as they quickly rushed out of the building, then as they exited the building, their expressions becoming grim as a result.

"We just hear all that right? About Mizuki?" Satsuki began to say with a surprised tone.

However it was the blond shinobi that was tightly grinding his teeth. "That bastard was working with that snake all along. . ." Naruto muttered as he thought back on the day the chunin traitor nearly killed not just him, but his favorite teacher and would've framed him for it too.

The bluenette touched the blond's shoulder to calm him down. "Let's get to the prison." Hinata soon suggested in a serious tone. Thankfully this managed to calm the blond down enough for him to think straight again and then give a nod of agreement.

Satsuki wanted to go right now as well, but she then recalled something important. "Let's get our stuff and head there right away." She stated with an urgente tone.

With that, the trio nodded as they headed out as fast as possible.

At the Team Seven and Viper Squad Residence. . .

"Oi Kurama! You here?" Naruto called out in anticipation as the trio entered the complex.

"We got some big news as well!" Satsuki then informed.

A yawn meanwhile was heard as the trio watched as the familiar purple haired jonin came out of another room. "Hai hai." She sleepily responded while rubbing the back of her head with a tired expression.

The blond however suddenly froze in place while a huge blush appeared on his face before both heiresses went and covered his eyes. "Anko-neechan! Get dressed! We got something big to talk about dattebakon!" Satsuki exclaimed with her own blush as she focused on her big sister figure's body.

BOING!

The reason for all the blushing and shouting was that the older kunoichi had come out with only her lace purple panties on. . .and no bra.

Satsuki's face soon became one of pure amazement, jealousy and annoyance. "It's official Nata-chan, you and I are gonna be working towards getting bodies like that and Obaa-chan. . ." She mentally told her fellow heiress, blocking out their love and the Bijū from hearing that.

"Hai. . ." Hinata responded in agreement as she also looked on.

Meanwhile the purple haired kunoichi lazily looked down and saw what all the complaining was about. To which she simply shrugged her shoulders with an uncaring manner before going and getting a matching bra on.

"Geez, what's with all the yelling," Kurama grumbled out as he came from the corner as well, though unlike his mate he had a bit more modest look, well in comparison at least as he had a pair of boxers and a T-shirt.

The blond shinobi then shocked off his stune before quickly going to his room. "We just came from Obaa-chan's place where we overheard her giving Asuma-sensei and Kurenai-sensei a mission to the Maximum Security Prison." Naruto declared while grabbing a few things he was still missing.

At that, the kunoichi's also regained their focus back on the task and grabbed their things as well. "And we're going there too." Satsuki started in a serious tone.

"So that we can find out more intel about Orochimaru." Hinata concluded with a determined expression.

The oldest members of the household just blinked a few times as they didn't really register what the trio just said. "What are you three talking about. . .?" Anko soon asked as she saw the expressions on their faces.

Once the trio finished making all of their preparations, they briefly began explaining about the incident regarding Mizuki and the Scroll of Seal as well as the possibility of him being in league with Orochimaru. Finally they said that they were going to the prison to find out about it.

The human transformed Bijū let out an annoyed sigh after hearing that. "Of course that fucker Mizuki's possibly connected to that snake. . ." Kurama groaned while rubbing the bridge of his nose.

Naruto then grinded his teeth while tightening his fists. "Yeah, which is why we need to go and find out what he knows." He said with an angered filled tone.

"Even if the possibility is small, we believe that it's at least worth looking into." Hinata added with a determined tone.

Meanwhile, the normally vocal purpled haired kunoichi was surprisingly quiet as she took a moment to process everything and then. . .

"No way I'm letting you three anywhere near there. Not happening." Anko finally responded with a surprisingly serious and firm tone.

This in response caused the trio's eyes to widened from the instant rejection. "WHAT!?" Naruto and Satsuki exclaimed in shocked unison.

"B-But why?" Hinata meanwhile asked as she wouldn't understand why the older kunoichi would do so.

The purple haired kunoichi merely looked at the trio with a dead serious expression and narrowed eyes. "Oh, I don't know. . .Why would I let three shinobis who clearly don't have any clearance to enter the Maximum Security Facility where we put our criminals in." Anko retorted with sarcasm oozing from each word she uttered while glaring at the trio.

The trio winced at hearing the logic behind the sarcastic words. ". . ." The trio could only remain silent as they reluctantly knew that the jonin was right with the way she put it.

Upon seeing that the trio finally saw logic, Anko's gaze relaxed. "So that's why I'm going with you." She stated with an obvious tone which surprised the trio upon hearing this. "Because unlike you three, I got clearance to enter the prison." She then explained while crossing her arms over her bare chest.

Though both glad and relieved that the older kunoichi would help them out, the trio then felt unsure. "You sure?" Satsuki however asked as she and the other two were afraid that her surrogate older sister would get into trouble.

"Yeah, my team will be coming as well." Anko soon informed them with a nod. "Let me get dressed and get the girls, you three go and prepare yourselves." She then ordered as she went and walked up the stairs.

Once the purple haired kunoichi had left, Kurama sighed as he scratched the back of his head. "Guess I better get ready too." He replied.

The sudden decision from the Bijū caught the trio's attention as they never thought that he'd be interested in this time of mission.

"I'm surprised you want to go on this mission Kurama." Satsuki admitted while blinking.

The human transformed Bijū merely shrugged his shoulders before crossing his arms. "I have my reasons Uchiha. . .personal ones with that fucker. . ." Kurama soon stated as he narrowed his eyes.

"?" The kunoichis were left confused as they didn't understand what could be so personal.

While the two young kunoichis may have known the Bijū for quite a few months, they still couldn't find the reason for this decision. However, at the end they decided not to ask as they knew just how sensitive he could be regarding any personal or secrets regarding himself.

". . ." However the blond shinobi silently smiled to himself as the only possible reason the Bijū would have with the chunin traitor was how he tricked him and nearly killed him.

At the sight of the smile on the blond's face, it made Kurama silently let out a tisk as he didn't want him of all people think that he was going soft.

After a few moments, all of the members of Viper Squad came out of their rooms, fully clothed and ready to go. Well. . .for the expectation of one.

"Sleepy. . ." Nina muttered to herself as she was still half asleep while her head was bobbing up and down, which was imitated by the O Trio who were following their big sister as well.

Since the sun had already gone down, the younger looking kunoichi had decided to go to bed early and was forced to wake up. Causing both her and her little animal friends to be in a half asleep state.

The older kunoichi couldn't help but chuckle a bit at their adorable expressions. "Sorry Nina-chan, but this is a personal mission for the gaki and the girls." Anko calmly informed the younger looking girl before getting serious.

"Sensei." Yami greeted the blond with a bow. "Anko-sensei gave me a brief description of the reason for this mission. This man tried to kill you and your sensei in the past?" She then asked as she narrowed her eyes and tightly gripped her katana in cold fury.

"Yeah, he did." Naruto replied with a nod with narrowed eyes. "The asshole tried to frame me for something I didn't do and it ended up biting him in the ass when I learned the Shadow Clone Jutsu as a result." He then explained.

Relaxing slightly to that, the silver-light blue haired sighed and smiled. "Very well, I'll help in any way that I can Naruto-sensei." Yami replied.

"Thanks, I really meant it Yami-chan." Naruto responded with a grin.

That immediately caused the kunoichi-samurai to blush in a bashful manner, which was more so because she was happy to help her sensei than of any emotional feelings towards the blond, causing the Team Seven girls to giggle.

"Already then let go!" Naruto shouted with an excited tone, which was replied with an equally excited tone by the younger kunoichis, though the smallest member of the group sleepily raised her fist.

And with that the two groups exited the house and quickly dashed towards the prison, as the blond shinobi wanting to put an end to this particular part of his past.

At the edge of the prison. . .

Both the members of Team Seven and Viper Squad dashed through the night as quickly as they could. It was long past midnight since they all headed towards the prison, showing just how far it was from Konoha. Meanwhile each member of the group had different expressions that showed a different emotion to the situation.

Some like the trio and Yami had serious expressions as they, more so the trio, wanted to find any possible lead towards the fallen Sannin from the chunin traitor. The older kunoichi had calmer and somewhat bored expressions as she wasn't expecting much and didn't think that there would be any intel at all, solely because of the amount of time said traitor had already spent months in prison and no one had found anything yet.

Meanwhile for the younger looking kunoichi. . .

"Ice cream. . ." Nina muttered out loud as she was somehow running half asleep while the O-Trio were sleeping on either side of her shoulders or on top of her head.

"Alright Nina, up and at it." Anko called out.

The smallest member soon snorted as her head shot up. "I'm awake!" Nina yelped out as the small animals did the same, though nearly falling off her in the process.

The chibi Bijū who was on the blond's shoulder deadpan at that. "How the hell can she run asleep?" He asked no one in particular, more so in annoyance than to actually wanting to know.

Though it caused some small chuckles and giggles to escape from everyone present, they all quickly returned to be serious as they finally stopped when they reached a clift. The younger shinobi's eyes widened when they saw the prison.

"Seriously!? At the center of a volcanic area!?' Satsuki exclaimed with a shocked and slightly frightened tone at the sight of the lava.

Since the older kunoichi had been in this place multiple times, the sight didn't even phase her in the slightest. "It's so the prisoners couldn't get out if they tried to escape since the bridge is the only means to leave." Anko explained with an uninterested tone.

After calming down and thinking over the older kunoichi's words, the bluenette couldn't help but nod. "That's pretty smart actually." Hinata admitted to the reasoning of the decision.

"And a bit over the top. . ." Naruto added as he and the rest of the group could already feel the intense heat from the lava.

". . ." Anko meanwhile quietly watched the entrance of the prison and frowned. "Something's wrong." She suddenly informed the group with a dead serious tone.

"What do you mean sensei?" Yami soon asked her team leader.

However instead of replying, the purple haired kunoichi rushed past the group and entered the prison.

"Hey! What's wrong dattebayo!?" Naruto asked what everyone was thinking as he and the rest of the group quickly followed the kunoichi.

The Bijū merely let out a sigh at this. "Never a dull moment." Kurama remarked from atop the boy's shoulder.

Inside the prison. . .

Then the moment the group had entered the large prison, they instantly felt that something was wrong.

"What. . .the hell happened?" Anko questioned as she narrowed her eyes.

Going into his human disguise, Kurama meanwhile glanced around and scanned the area, seeing that the prison bars were either forced open with them bent open in general. "By the looks of it babe, a prison break." He answered in a dead serious tone.

Nina's eyes wandered everywhere to try to get familiar with the place when her gaze caught something right in the middle of the room. "Wait! What's that!?" She soon asked as she pointed ahead.

Everyone instantly focused their gaze where the animal lover had pointed towards and their two very familiar shinobi's laying painfully on the ground.

"Kurenai-sensei! Asuma-sensei!" Naruto called out as they saw the downed duo with a shocked expression.

"What the!?" Anko got out in shock and confusion as the group went over to the downed due. "Oi! NaI-chan, what happened!?" She started to ask, hoping to get anything out of her friend.

For them, they already had the feeling that this was going to become more difficult. . .

JG: But remember, this will be different then the canon variation. Anyway, let's begin with the review responses, here's mine from DocRider:

A really good chapter. I only started reading this story 3 days before this chapter went up, and I must say, as someone whose only knowledge of Naruto is from bits and pieces of the anime and the Ultimate Ninja Storm games, this story is really good.

I love this version of Team 7 and I'm glad a lot of plot points that took forever to get to (Naruto acknowledging Kurama and finding out his parentage, and him finding out about Hinata's feelings for him) were brought about really early. Also the fact that some villain characters were redeemed and saved. It's funny that the butterfly effect that is this story was brought on by Naruto having access to more than just the Shadow Clone Jutsu from the Forbidden Scroll (well, that and Satsuki).

I really love the new OC characters. Yami, Nina and whoever the third Viper is bring a breath of fresh air to the story. Nina, especially. (If you guys kill her, there will be a riot.)

One other thing that is a breath of fresh air to this story is the multitude of Kamen Rider references. This chapter alone I noticed not only a Ghost reference, but I think a Zero-One reference with the Rising Rasengan. (I guess the worshipping of Fruit Jesus counts too. Praise be to him.) Add in the numerous Den-O references and the three OOO ANBU members, and I was laughing.

All in all a great story and I can't wait for the next chapter. Thanks, guys.

Glad you like you like the last chapter, I recommend watching the Naruto anime, it's quite the trip. Same with the Ultimate Ninja Storm games, those are fun as hell. And I couldn't help but make some Kamen Rider references since I do like the shows (Despite being kid shows in Japan). Yami was the original OC I thought up of while Nina was F2P's and they are quite a pair so far, so trust us when we say that when the third and final member of the Viper Squad comes in, it will become even more fun. :3

F2P: Ah yes, the Butterfly Effect. . .A writer's most wonderful or dreadful ally, cause we can pretty much do whatever we want and have different results. XD But yeah, since pretty much most readers already know about most of canon (even being filler), making it happen earlier makes the later parts be focused more so on our spin of the fanfic. Trust us, we both love our OC's too, they do give the fic a bit more flavor with how they will be included in future arcs. And yes, we would also riot if something happened to Nina. XD Also about the Rising Rasengan bit. . .honestly I didn't even notice the comparison to Kamen Rider Zero-One, but I guess I too am a huge fan that I didn't notice it at that moment. ^^"

Yo! Love the newest Chapter! Took me a few days to complete it due to reality, but I feel as if the two of you have reached a corner stone and I feel as if I am there too having read it! This is by far one of the largest fanfics I have ever had the pleasure of reading! The only other 2 I have read was a 71 Chapter long Naruto fanfic that I've forgotten the name of, and the other which is at #1 with 115 Chapters is Inner Hollow which is a Bleach fanfic that is also Ichiruki which is my favorite pairing in that section. I have to admit though, at first when I saw that it was going to be a I was a bit... weary of it. I mean I've read fanfics where it is NarutoxHinata, NarutoxIno, NarutoxSakura, NarutoxTemari and quite a few others, but I had never read a fanfic before and honestly, I'm glad that I did. It's opened quite a few new horizons for me on this site. (A lot of them are slow to update, but that just means that the authors are trying to make it great for the readers which I am thankful for) So I would like to say thanks! Also I would also like to state that this fanfic is one of the ones I talk about most in conversations with my friends as such, it gives them ideas for their original anime story, which I am thankful for as well. So! I'd like to say thanks for the well wishes and would like to wish the same as well as good luck in writing the next chapter! I look forward to it.

Wow. . .honestly, that was really touching, I mean sure we aren't the most. . .talented (more like mediocre at best XD) and sure the fic has a lot (and I mean A LOT) of flaws. But it's honestly touching to hear that from a first time reader. It really makes it worthwhile to hear that they like reading all of our crazy and hair brain ideas that our cringy fic is made up of.
