Sure Jack had moved that fast through the air before, but generally he had control over where he was going and could see things besides endless green.
The map pulled him so harshly, he thought he would lose his grip, but after managing to pull he starf up beneath him to assist speed and resistance, the ride was a little smoother.
The stop wasn't.
"Ahhhhh!"
Jack and Danny flew over the top of the map as it stopped uruptly like kids over handlebars.
Lucky for Danny, he didn't have to rely on a holding a magical starf to fly to a hault.
Jack on the other hand did, and when he lost grip of it he smashed face first into ice.
Danny started laughing.
"Nice landing!" He laughed. "Try flying to a stop next time."
"I can't just fly," Jack spat back, slowly pulling himself up. He stumbled over to his starf lying a little away. It lit up as he picked it up from the ground, twirled it around and jumped up to perch on the twirled end. "I need this to do anything."
"Well that sucks."
"A lot of aspects in my life suck."Jack mumbled, finally taking a moment to observe the surroundings. There was snow and ice everywhere, which was very unusual to just see as it was Jack himself who controlled the snow fall and winter weather.
"Woah," he huffed, standing up in his curved perch.
"Come on, let's go find Frostbite."
Jack would of asked about the mysterious name, but Danny was already flying off and besides, Jack was still staring at the frozen land.
He gripped his starf tightly with his right hand, then flew after the ghost boy.
Previous Chapter Review Response;
Gliss Phantom: I'm having a bit of writers block for my H2O and DP crossover, but I'll try and get something written and posted soon.
Babybird101: I write my stories on my iphone and post straight from there so line break, spacing and spell check arnt much of a can-do, but I tried something different with spacing this post.
