The shock that ran down Zero's spine was enough for him to immediately push the other off of him, glaring at the other as he saw the smug smile on the Kaito's face. Clearly, he was enjoying the situation—didn't see any problem with his actions.

"It was nice seeing you again Zero." Kaito spoke up, clearly amused. "Unfortunately, I can't stick around, I have a busy schedule today, we should grab dinner when you're free though."

And as much as Zero wanted to punch the other in the face, push him down and question what he was thinking by kissing him, it wasn't the time or place. Not when he could feel the piercing gaze of Kuran on him. He knew the other was looking— with that cold, indifferent face he always wore when he was around Zero.

"When I'm free, I'll text you." He answered, hiding his anger the best he could. From his understanding he could tell Kaito and his brother were close with one another now, and although he hadn't confirmed anything, he had a vague idea of what their relationship was.

"Alright." The other nodded, turning back to the person that had been silently watching. "Nice seeing you again, Kuran-san, I'll take my leave."

A firm nod was given back to Kaito as he turned to head to the door, seemingly unaware how the mood had shifted between the pair he left behind. However, before he had exited the studio, he heard Zero speak up once again. "Call Ichiru before I do."

The warning was clear in his words and Takamiya merely hummed in response before leaving altogether.

Once the pair was left alone, with the other's in the room caught up in their own conversations, Zero could tell Kaname was not at all happy about what had occurred. Especially since the silverette had told the other he was serious about his career—that he wasn't there to simply screw around. Clearly his actions showed otherwise.

"Let's go." Kaname said suddenly, his voice demanding as ever. Zero nodded and they quickly said their farewells before the pair made their way back to Kaname's car. No words were spoken as they quietly exited the building, staff respectfully greeting Kaname as he rode the elevator down to the main floor. It wasn't until Zero had entered the car, did he realize the cold air that had fallen between them.

Kaname was mad. That much he could tell. And as the brunette entered the driver seat, closing the door behind him, the new actor waited for the inevitable lecture.

"Now, let's make this clear, I am not doing this program for your benefit." He said sternly, looking at the silverette sitting in the passenger's seat. "Nor do I want to be left in the dark about your connections. So, tell me, what is your relationship with Takamiya?"

Zero bit his bottom lip as he heard the question, knowing that Kaname didn't care to hear about how complicated his relationship with the other was. But he needed to answer nonetheless.

"Like he told you, he and I are old friends." He started, leveling his gaze. "However, he wanted to pursue his dream to become an actor and I wanted to be practical and go to university."

"So, what?" Kaname inquired, "You broke up with him?"

The question caught Zero off guard as he saw the serious look Kaname was giving him, no teasing smirk, or amused eyes in sight. Clearly asking a serious question.

"We never dated." He sternly answered, "We were—are purely friends."

The other narrowed his eyes, "Does he have a habit of shoving his tongue down your throat?"

If Zero hadn't heard the annoyed tone of Kuran's voice, he would have been slightly embarrassed about how straightforward the other was being. But it was obvious the famous actor wasn't happy about the situation. Whether that was because he thought Zero was not taking his job seriously or something else Zero didn't know, but what he did know was that Kuran being mad at him was the last thing he needed.

"No, he doesn't." Zero added, a little annoyed with the whole situation. He wasn't used to answering to someone. "And I'll make sure it doesn't happen in the future."

"I don't care who you screw." Kaname suddenly spoke up, his gaze indifferent, "You can fuck anyone you want, but do it on your own time."

The words were cold, but the silverette didn't take offense to them, knowing there was no point in telling Kuran that he had never screwed around like the man was implying.

"Noted." Was all he managed, ignoring the way the other narrowed his eyes a little as he heard the words. Whatever Kaname was thinking, he didn't care.

"And away from the apartment." The brunette added as he pulled out his car keys, inserting the key to hear the low purr of the engine.

"Okay." Zero added, knowing that the other was being reasonable in that regard. It would be awkward for both of them if he brought someone back to their shared place.

"But you surprised me." The actor continued, pulling out of the parking space and slowly merging back into the afternoon traffic. "You come off as a virgin, who would have thought you aren't."

Zero clenched his fists as he looked out the window, not bothering to take the bait Kaname was so obviously giving him. What was the point in protesting? If he did the other would know he had never slept with someone, and that was the last thing he needed.

So, Kuran could think he had slept around all he wanted. As long as it didn't affect his work, Zero would happily let the man think he wasn't some blushing virgin he could push around. Even if that meant he would be labeled as some slut that fucked anyone.

"Should that matter?" He questioned.

"No." Was all the brunette said, "I expect you work hard. As long as you meet my expectations, we will have no issues."

The conversation was left as that, with the older actor putting on the radio to drown out the silence that fell between them. All they needed to do was to finish the day.

The days that followed the acting class was better, mostly because Kaname's manager had finished up the matters she had been involved in and were finally able to join them throughout the day. The woman, Serien Hoshino, was quiet for the most part, only speaking when she had something important to tell Kuran, but it allowed Zero to focus on what he needed to do, instead of worrying about Kaname.

"This is a script for next week." The short haired woman said as he handed him a thin stack of papers. "You've had enough time to get familiar with what a typical day consists of. We can now move forward with your work."

Zero looked down at the papers, reading the cover. A small role as a side character in a tv drama. Opening up the script he quickly read the synopsis and his role in the story. He played the younger brother of the female lead, still in high school, and only used as a way to move the plot along. He was supposed to be rebellious, skipping school and getting in to trouble, until he got caught up with the wrong people. Luckily his young high school teacher is able to save him, arriving just in time to scare the thugs away.

Unfortunately, his character is forced to contact his guardian so the man can talk to them. That's how the female and male lead meet. His older sister rushing over to meet his handsome teacher, apologizing as she hears about the situation, before giving him her number if the male lead had anymore trouble with Zero's character.

In the end, his role becomes less prominent, slowly changing his ways as the male lead comes over to tutor him. And with his older sister raising him, the three quickly become a little family. It was an interesting story.

The amount of scenes he had were relatively consistent in the beginning, until they dwindled near the end as the focus shifts to the main couple. He didn't mind, knowing if his acting was good enough he would leave a good impression for the viewers to keep watching.

"This role is good." He said, somewhat surprised at the number of scenes his character had, especially since it would be his first time acting.

"From your background the company believes you are suitable for this role." Seiren said as they sat in the lobby of Kuran productions, waiting for Kuran to finish up with a quick meeting he had been called in for. "However, we have a back up in place if you are not up to the director's standards. The reason the role was given to you is because the director is familiar with Kuran productions and believes in their judgement when it comes to selecting actors. Keep that in mind."

Zero clearly heard the warning, only nodding in response as he felt a sense of nervousness rush through him. He needed to do his best. Even if the role he would be playing wasn't anything like his personality, he would work hard to prove he was capable of making it.

A few seconds later he watched the handsome brunette walked back into the lobby, strolling up to the pair to look at the script in Zero's hands.

"Filming starts next week Friday, you'll have a few days to get familiar with the cast and set prior to that but be ready." Kaname explained, looking down at the silverette, tone demanding as ever.

The man turned his attention towards his manager a few seconds later. "You can head home, I don't need anything else today."

"Of course, Kaname-sama." Seiren nodded as she bowed slightly before excusing herself. "I will see you tomorrow."

Once the pair were alone again, Kaname headed outside to the car that was waiting for them. His driver that usually accompanied him had been given to Seiren for the last few days in order for her to get around comfortably, but now that she was finished with her tasks, the man had returned to his regular duties.

"I won't be back tonight." Kaname said as the settled in the backseat of the car, a black screen separating them from the driver.

"You can order dinner if you're hungry." The actor explained, pulling out a black card and handing it to the silverette. "This is a company card, all your work-related expenses, including meals and other necessities are covered for you, you can use this as you wish."

Taking the card from Kaname's slender fingers he regarded the shiny plastic for a moment, before stuffing it in the pocket. "Thank you."

They stayed relatively quiet for the rest of the car ride as they were driven back to the shared apartment. Zero knew what Kaname's plans were for the night—how could he forget when recalled the beautiful blonde woman that had been all over the man only a few days ago.

Dinner. They were supposed to have dinner together.

But Zero could read between the lines to know what that meant. Even though he didn't know what the relationship was between Kuran and the famous actress, he could tell they were more than friends. It was glaringly obvious from the way the pair behaved during the acting class. And Zero had to admit, the couple looked good together. Both stunningly, almost inhumanly, beautiful, with Kaname's chocolate brown hair and deep brown eyes complementing Sara's angelic blonde hair and blue eyes.

Eventually they finally arrived at the front doors of the large apartment complex, both of them biding the driver farewell before they headed to the top floor.

As Kaname fiddled with the key's to open the door Zero suddenly spoke up, "It doesn't outline this in the contract but in terms of my free time, am I allowed to spend the night elsewhere?"

Kaname suddenly stop with the door, turning his attention to silverette that was standing a few feet away, his lips pulled into a line. "Is there somewhere you wanted to go?"

"I just want to know what I'm prohibited from doing."

"It depends." The man said, turning his attention back to the key still stuck in the lock, finally turning it to successfully unlock the apartment, before walking in. "Your public image is valuable right now. This program is still in its early stages and since I've personally decided to corporate, the media coverage around you will increase. This also means your actions will be monitored more closely."

He quickly slipped out of his shoes, before walking into the apartment and dropping the keys on the kitchen counter. His gaze shifting back to the handsome silverette that was only a few steps behind him. "If you are caught in a compromising position the contract will be null and void."

"I'm aware." Zero said, "I'll keep my matters private."

There was a pause as Kaname suddenly pushed off the counter he was leaning on and headed toward him, a hand raising to grab his chin, forcing Zero to look up at him. "If you have so much free time to fuck around outside, you better be ready for next weeks filming. Remember I'm the one that is assessing you."

"I take my job seriously." Zero said, swatting the hand away, "And what I do outside of my job is none of your business."

"I know." A small smirk on his face as he leaned forward to tower over the young actor. "But if you're simply looking for a hook up, all you need to do is ask."

"I could pound into you anyway you'd like." The brunette said as he wrapped an arm around the shorter man's waist, pulling him close to whisper into his ear. " And don't worry, we'll keep it between us."

Zero felt the others hand run up his back, before the man leaned in to ghost a kiss over his lips. And although the silverette knew that he was playing with fire, could get burned at any minute, he accepted the kiss anyway. He wanted to beat Kuran at his own game.

A surprised growl escaped the older actors mouth as Zero took the initiative to push his tongue into the other's mouth, enjoying the way Kaname seem to relent. Their tongues soon intertwined, with Kaname skillfully taking back control of the kiss, biting and sucking on Zero's lips before pushing his tongue further. As the seconds trickled by Zero learned how to fight back, letting his tongue lap over Kaname's, tasting as they fought for dominance.

Eventually however the pair pulled apart, with Zero gasping for air, unintentionally grabbing onto Kuran's dress shirt to keep himself steady.

"Breath through your nose." He heard before his lips were captured again and he tried his best to prevent himself from moaning as he felt Kaname's skillful tongue lap over his. He could tell the other had plenty of experience. And as he felt the man slip a hand underneath his shirt, to rest on the skin of his lower back he was suddenly snapped out the daze. Suddenly breaking the kiss, realizing what exactly he was doing.

"What?" Kaname asked, his voice steady as if he was unaffected by their earlier actions.

"Don't you have a dinner to get to?" Zero asked, pulling away from the others grip as he stepped back to create some distance between them.

There was a short pause as Kaname looked at him for a few seconds before running a hand through his chocolate brown hair. "You're right."

Zero watched as the man quickly turned and headed to his bedroom without another word, soundlessly grabbing the things he needed before he re-entered the kitchen. "You are free to go out, I don't care with who, but I expect you to be back in time for work. And also—"

He took a few steps forward, looking down towards Zero's exposed neck. "Whoever you fuck tonight, tell them not to leave any marks."

With that, Kaname pushed past the silverette, exiting the apartment a few seconds later without another word. Leaving Zero to wonder how he had gotten into the situation in the first place.
