Back to School.

August 13.

That fall.

Nico's P.O.V

"Are you sure you don't want to come? It's an all girls' school." Annabeth said hugging Thalia.
"As much as I want to Annie, what would Nico do without me?" She joked.
"He would manage, or he could go to school with Percy. Please Thalia." I winced, silently hoping she wouldn't convince her.
Thalia laughed. "I'm sorry Annabeth. I really want to but Nico is just too happy about having my undivided time."

Percy chose that time to come running up the hill. "Come on Annabeth. My mom is here to drive us to New York." Then the two ran down the hill and I walked behind Thalia.
"You know a stalker always hears something they don't want to." She said when I hugged her from behind. I laughed.
"Maybe, maybe not."
"I'm going to school in New York next year." She warned.
"We'll see. Come on it's time for lunch."

When we walked in the dining hall I heard the unmistakable sound of someone humming the wedding march.
"Okay, who is it this time!" I yelled spinning around and facing the Aphrodite table. They held there hands up in a sigh of innocence and pointed toward the hand table. There sat a still humming Zeus.
"Dad! What are you doing here and why are you humming?" Thalia put her hand s on her hips and gave him the Thalia Grace death glare. I took a step back.
"Well, I came to ask Chiron about a camp field trip and decided to stay for lunch. I heard some campers muttering about how maybe I'd come to kill one of you two so of course I headed to Aphrodite's cabin and I hear the news that you two are 'so totally going to get married'" He quoted with a smile. Thalia spun toward Aphrodite's table.
"Okay who said that!" she demanded slamming her hands on the table. They all started glancing at each other. I grabbed her arm and pulled her back.
"Thalia, love, murder is wrong, and illegal." I reminded her. She made a face at the Aphrodite campers then turned back around.
"Well, I'm going to go eat food now!" she announced before slipping away.
"Anyway, since we are all here now, we are having visiting week at Camp Half-Blood. Mortal family and immortal parents are allowed to visit starting tomorrow. Just for you year rounders." I glanced at Thalia who was looking down at her plate. My family was dead and her's was in the same state. Fun times at camp were on their way.

Thalia P.O.V.

"Please Rachel! You can make one up for all I care. Just get me out of this place!" I begged the oracle.
"I'm sorry Thalia. I can't do that. I know you don't want to have to see all the kids with their parents, but it's something that has to happen." Rachel said without looking at me. My eyes narrowed.
"You did this. It was your idea." I blamed. She smiled at me. I stormed out of her cave and ran into Nico.
"So, I take it from the look on your face it didn't go well?" I rolled my eyes and kept walking. I wasn't in the mood to talk to people.
"Hey, would you stop walking if I told you I know a way out of the camp." I turned around and walked back.
"Keep talking."
