It had been a month since Spencer and Ezra had started to play around. For Ezra the pain of missing Aria wasn't really going away. He was really hoping that being with Spencer would have helped that, but really he just felt like more of a creepy man. He had now slept with not one, but two of his students. How the heck had he even got here? He had been sucked into all this drama again and again. He just couldn't seem to unstick himself from it all either.

For Spencer being with Ezra didn't feel right, but it made her realize that Toby wasn't really the man that she wanted after all. Neither was Ezra. She didn't really know what to do about it either; she did know that if it continued shit would get even harder. The fact that she hadn't heard from -A was even scarier. What was -A playing at? She pushed the thought of –A out of her mind and decided to talk to Ezra.

They talked and both agreed that their activities would be a one-time thing. They knew it would be awkward if they let it, so they also agreed to neither ignore it had happened or be too open that it had. It worked pretty well. It was always hard, though, to see Aria. She really missed her and was wondering if she let the fact that she stole Toby away from her be in the way of a friend she had had for most of her life. She had decided that she didn't want Toby as her boyfriend anymore anyway… and she really missed the group of four. It took Spencer weeks after this realization to come up with the courage to go up to Aria's door.

When she knocked she almost ran away, but she forced herself to stand. She didn't know what she would say. When Aria answered she looked stunned. Spencer took a deep breath and stepped forward and hugged Aria. It was better than any words. It was a sign that everything was forgiven. Aria automatically wrapped her arms around Spencer. "I miss you" Spencer said as she continued to hug the small woman. "Thank the lord!" Aria said as she released Spencer and invited her in the house. To her surprise… kinda Toby was sitting at the table. She smiled, she had missed him too. She walked to his shocked face and hugged him. He hugged her back and even though he was a little tense it was nice.
