The End

Bunny and Rose were fast asleep in their new bed as they curled peacefully around each other, cherishing each moment they slept. They had been married for 3 days and life was hectic already. They had to work hard with Bunnymund's job as a Guardian and the Easter Bunny, work with Bluey and Melody running rampant around the Warren and Rosabell also had those rare moments of bliss where her husband would be very romantic around her and kiss her nose and such. Rose couldn't have asked for a better life then this.

The female Pooka's eyes opened as she scanned her surroundings, only just remembering how she ended up sleeping like a log beside her betrothed and she sat up in bed as she placed her delicate paws upon the tips of the white sheets of the blanket that warmed her before she slowly shoved them off herself as she quietly got off her bed and tip-toed out of the room.

Rosabell needed to do something that had been on her mind for ages now. She never got to see where Bethany, Bunny's late wife, was eternally resting and she needed to say something before her conscience was clear.

She gently tip toed out of the room and made her way down the stairs but, before she did, she peaked through the open door of the shared bedroom of Bluey and Melody. Melody was curled up on Bluey's chest fur as she laid down asleep. Bluey was also asleep in his bed while he laid on his back yet his blankets was not fully upon his seemingly delicate form, exposing most of his chest.

Rosie grinned as she quietly walked into the dark room that was only lit by the moon's radiant beams of light that shone through the windows and approached the bed. Her brown caramel fur lightly blew through the windows open gap as she lightly grabbed a small portion of the blankets and stretched it upwards so it would fit snugly around Bluey's shoulders, totally covering Melody who was lightly snoring but her snores strangely sounded like gentle songs.

It appeared Melody was living up to her name.

Rosabell then kissed Bluey upon the forehead, making the late Teen Pooka to smile in his sleep and then she lifted the blankets slightly and lightly smoothed Melody's back with her own frail paw.

When Rosie was finished with that, she exited the room and continued her venture down the stairs and when she reached out the door, she took a small trail towards her desired destination. Rosabell sighed before she stood still and thought of things.

She felt a strong need to get this off her chest so she dug behind her ear and found a tiny flower with soft periwinkle blue petals. Rose then continued her trek to her destination and took the long way around the Warren.

Oh how she admired the pitch black moonlight skies. The way those stars sparkled in the evening like teeny tiny dots that would sometimes change colour. The female Pooka Bunny's ears pricked at the sound of rustling and she turned her head quickly. She quickly realised that it was just a Cherry blossom tree which was the same one Bunnymund cherished because it was one of the only reminders he had of Bethany, his previous love.

Very soon, Rosabell had made it to a coloured lake where many eggs had gathered and were those very few who were awake were jumping for joy whenever they saw their new mistress.

Rosie knelt down before she offered her open paw to the tiny egglings who were more then happy to jump into the welcome paw pads and some even climbed upon Rose's strong shoulders. "Hello." Rose giggled as she tried to hide her amusement of these little guys "What are you guys doing up?" the eggs jumped up and down on their mini legs and even made little squeaks every now and again.

"You knew I was coming out tonight, didn't you?" Rosie guessed with an arched fuzzy eyebrow and the eggs squeaked even louder, confirming Rosabell's suspicions. Rose smiled softly and asked in a small whisper "Can you please guide me to her chamber?"

The eggs ceased their excitement and looked at each other uncertainly. It was as if they were hesitating to take Rosabell to their old mistresse's chamber. After what seemed to be debating in Egg language, the little ones finally gave in and escorted Rose to Bethany's resting place. Rose would have tapped her foot on the ground like Bunny and the others but she had a very good reason not to.

They soon reached a cavern and they walked down the stairs leading down into Bethany's underground chamber, feeling a rather depressing vibe off it. After what seemed like hours of walking, Rose and the egglings had reached the end of the staircase and Rose saw Bethany's old coffin. It was finely polished (no doubt because of Bunny cleaning it once a day) and there were pictures scattered around the beautiful coffin. One picture in particular caught her eye.

Rosie knelt down to get a better look of the picture and saw Bunny's paws locked with Bethany's as they both looked at the camera with equally happy smiles on their muzzles. Bunny was wearing a fine bow tie at the time while Beth was wearing a seemingly white wedding dress. Rose couldn't tell how old the picture was because it was looking to be taken at the 16th century due to the orangey-amber colours in the background and the couple were in the exact same colour and shading.

Rose then stood up and finally removed her glance from the pictures and put a gentle paw on the mahogany coffin before she told it awkwardly "Hi, Beth. I'm Rosabell and I've just married Bunny." Rose sighed solemnly "Look...I know I'll never take your place and I will never do that. I just need to say this..." Rose took a deep breath in before exhaling "You have married a wonderful Pooka and you have an amazing son. The both of them are very lucky to have someone as kind as you watching over them."

She smiled genuinely as she found herself rubbing the smooth wooden lid of the coffin and when she placed the blue flower on top of the coffin and rested her head against the strong box of smooth wood and soon found herself fast asleep.

"Rosie...?" A very familiar voice awoke Rose from her slumber and she opened her eyes weakly before she found herself looking into Bunny's green eyes. She grinned as Bunnymund helped her stand and he asked "You alright, love?"

Rosabell gave a happy nod as she stood independently before finally looking away from Bunny's green eyes and she timidly grinned to the floor as she prepared herself to tell Bunnymund something.

"...Bunny?" Rosabell started as she ignored the fact that daylight was beaming through the upstairs and kind of lit up most of the entrance to the chamber. Bunnymund looked at his betrothed in a confused way before Rose finally spat out "You're going to be a dad again."

Bunnymund was startled by this news. His eyes no longer held that happiness they had before as his mouth was hung open in shock. "What...?" He finally spluttered out.

As Bunny and Rose exited the chambers to try and absorb this, Bunny was wondering if Rose being pregnant so soon was good. He had no idea if this child would be a curse to his family or a gift that would eventually go bad? Bunnymund had no idea but he had a feeling that Rose being pregnant would bring a whole new amount of trials. Trials that would test the Guardian of hope to his limits.

A/N: Thats the end of this story. Thought I would leave you with one last cliff hanger to indicate the sequel! If your wondering where I'm going with this, I'm doing the origin of Bunny and Bethany next. There WILL be a sequel to this with the evil doubles idea from 'Bunnymund the easter daddy' but just not for awhile.
