I do not own anything.

In the quiet, quaint café, Amyuu gazed at her mug filled with her personalized latte. At the opposite end of the table, Kukai, seated in his comfy chair, tried to gather all the thoughts in his mind to words but found it increasingly difficult. Amyuu wanted to just bathe in the moment, but she knew that would be unjust of her. She had overstayed her welcome in this body.

"Kukai, none of this would have ever happened if you weren't there for me and Amu. I'll hold the moments you've given me dear to my heart. Thank you." Amyuu only said only a tenth of her appreciation; but it still satisfied her that she was given the ability to tell him her appreciation.

"You're the greatest woman I've ever met. Not any woman would let the man she loves be happy with someone else. I'll miss you, Amyuu. You were the best sister anyone could have every given me." Kukai decided to settle on those words, choosing not to treat this moment as if the last.

"Thanks, Kukai. That makes me feel as if my life so far was actually something worthwhile. I've got to go to meet Ikuto at the concert." She left the café, leaving her mug waiting on the table.

The crowd, belching out their words, tried to send their pleasant feelings to their idols. Amyuu and Ikuto stood in the back of auditorium, looking out at the crowd. Amyuu knew exactly what she wanted to say, but she didn't want to ruin the moment. She only wanted to give a piece of her mind.

"We have the same tastes in music, we can talk naturally, but you still choose her. Why?" The persona in the girl's body asked the man. He took a moment to let the thought sink in and tried to find a rational thought with perfect reasoning, but he just couldn't.

"Amyuu, I love her. Love isn't for convenience. I don't love her because we're the same and that would be convenient for me. Because she's herself, I love her." Ikuto couldn't have chosen a more generic, vague answer; but she understood what he meant. She couldn't go against his words because she had experienced it.

"Thank you for allowing me to be by your side this far," Amyuu gave a lingering look at him and smiled before her eyes drooped for a second. With that unusual comment, Ikuto knew that something was off. He turned to look at her, but just as the crowd roared for more, Amyuu switched into Amu.

"Why is it so loud in here?" Amu covered her ears, trying to muffle the sounds. Ikuto just chuckled to himself and thought to himself, "How typical of you, Amyuu."

"Let's go somewhere quiet." Ikuto told her, leading her out of the auditorium to the vending machines outside.

Ikuto handed her a bottle of water, he had just bought from the vending machine. The young blushing, awkward girl just whispered a soft word of gratitude and held the drink between her hands. He just sat next to her with his usual silent, aloof expression.

"Amyuu's not coming back, is she?" She bravely broke the silence, not looking up from her drink. Looking straight at her, Ikuto gave his question.

"Are you happy with that?" She looked at him shocked, but she glared back down at her drink.

"Happy? What's there to be happy about? She's my twin sister." Amu spoke her opinion with a sense of fiery loyalty to her sister.

"That's the Amu I love." Ikuto gave her a kind, sincere smile and patted her head.

"Sigh, Ikuto, I do love you, but I can't—" She tried telling him, meeting his eyes.

"You don't have to face it right now; your feelings are enough. I'll wait until you are ready to be in a relationship." Ikuto told her, softening his expression with more sincere, unconditional love.

"Amyuu, thank you for giving me such a great guy."

The End.

Yeah, I know it's messed up of me to actually end it here; but I didn't know what kind of ending I wanted and I just wanted to end everything. Sorry.
