"Dai-chan, why do you always get yourself into dangerous situations!?"

Aomine massaged his head, near his eyes that sported a giant bruise beneath it – It still hurt whenever he touched even though it was already 2 days.

"I'm not getting myself into anything . . . It just happens to me," He growled and rolled on his bed so he was now lying on his stomach, but he quickly returned to his previous position. He had received quite a few punches there.

"Yeah, yeah, but you're like a magnet. And how is Tetsu-kun. I can't call him."

"He said something about crashing his phone but I think he's alright..." at least he hoped because he hadn't seen him since then. Not to mention he wasn't allowed to move a lot now but either way he would have been at his front door a long time ago. "I hope so too. You'll be coming back to practice, right?"

He sighed.

'Yeah, but now I'm like stuck. Mom and Masahiro are mad at me. I didn't ask for this. I actually was in the middle of going to the police."

"It's your luck..."

"Yeah..."

Aomine sat because he had had enough of lying down. He did it all day yesterday. He never expected himself to be tired of this.

So he sat on the bed and leaned against the wall.

Then he heard a knock on the door and Masahiro walked inside. Aomine moved the phone away from his ear.

"You remember about tomorrow?"

Ah yeah. Aomine nodded and watched as he exited the room, frowning a little. Even him.

"What's tomorrow?" Asked Momoi when the boy returned to the call.

"I told you I had a trial tomorrow. Tetsu and I are witnesses and victims so we need to testify,"

"Ah you told me,"

"Yeah, like five minutes ago." He growled playfully giving a small smile.

"Sorry, sorry it's my fault!"

Daiki looked at the clock. Wow, it was pretty late, and Satsuki needed to go to school tomorrow. Not to mention he was still sore from the fight.

"I'll be ending now."

"Okay, I guess I'll call you later?"

"Yeah, cool"

"Okay, bye!"

"Bye..." Aomine murmured and closed his phone.

It was finally over, huh? Well, not over. The trial was tomorrow; he needed to recover from his injuries, he needed to thank Masahiro, he needed to apologize to Kuroko's father – Haruto - for what he made Tetsu go through.

And Tetsu . . .

He wanted to see him, to check if he was alright. Not to mention part of him was scared that what had happened might change something in him. He knew Tetsu wasn't like that, but...

So he guessed it wasn't over at all.

He remembered that day, when they brought him to the hospital. He remembered as his eyes searched for Tetsu, to check if he was alright, but they took him somewhere else. He tried to find someone, but the nurses didn't know. No one did. Only when he was released the next day (to be stopped by police officers) the doctor finally told him that Tetsu was alright.

But he needed to see him.

And do many other things.

But now he was tired, so he lay down and turned to face the wall and despite being fed up of lying around he fell asleep easily.

Aomine saw Tetsu and his father at the end of the hallway slowly coming towards them. Tetsu only glanced at him when they were really close.

"Good morning." Aomine's mother spoke as she saw them approaching smiling as she did.

"Yes, long time no see."

Aomine moved so his mother and Tetsu's father could shake hands. He knew they knew each other, but it was still weird to see them together.

Haruto then turned to Masahiro and showed him his hand.

"I'm Kuroko Haruto, Tetsuya's father..."

The man smiled as they both shook hands too, Aomine's stepfather putting both his palms on Haruto's one - Only now could Aomine see that they were much bigger and it made him chuckle.

"I knew immediately; you look so much alike!"

Aomine glanced down at Tetsu who now stood next to him.

"Hey, how're you feeling?" He murmured, bending a little. It was a bit awkward talking with their parents near them (not to mention his mother knew everything).

"Almost good. There are still few bruises, but I'll be fine. And you?"

Automatically, Aomine put his hand to his eye, feeling the tender skin beneath his fingers.

"A little bit more time, I guess..."

And finally Tetsu smiled at him. Aomine didn't even know how much he wanted him to do so until he finally did.

He wanted to talk more, but the door opened and they needed to go inside.

Aomine found Kuroko Haruto near the vending machine when they had a break for the judge to talk about the judgment. He was taking coffee for himself and Aomine was here for the same thing, only for his mother.

But this was a golden chance. He wanted to talk anyway.

He took deep breath and moved closer.

"Umm..."Great start, but better than nothing.

Haruto straightened his body upon hearing him, a full cup of coffee in his hand.

"Ah, hello. You wanted something from this machine?"

"Yes, I mean no. I mean yes too, but I wanted to talk to you..." Man, he was so nervous. But he wanted, needed to do this.

"Me?" he blinked few times.

Another deep breath and...

"I'm sorry for what happened to Tetsu. It's my fault for this..." He bowed down closing his eyes.

He didn't know what he expected, so when he heard no answer for a pretty long time, he looked up.

Haruto rolled his eyes.

"I'm not blaming you Aomine-kun - it wasn't your fault. Of course I'm mad, but I'm not mad at you."

Aomine stood up with a puzzled look on his face probably because the corners of the man's mouth twitched into something resembling a smile.

"But..."

"It wasn't your fault. Of course, you could have gone to the police earlier, but you were in middle of going there at the time so I can't blame you..."

Haruto patted his arm.

"But you should talk with Tetsuya, not me."

Yes, yes he needed to.

The trial ended with the judge giving the man life sentence in prison. When Aomine heard it, he felt like something heavy had lifted from his heart. From the corner of his eye he could see his mother sigh, her body slumping in relief.

Policemen quickly moved the prisoner out of the room. Aomine didn't even follow him with his eyes - he didn't want to.

So this was really the end.

They all filed out, but before he was able to catch Kuroko or his father, they quickly disappeared.

Hanari smiled at him and shrugged when she saw him looking around.

Masahiro and Hanari made for them something like a victorious dinner. It was a little bit weird in his opinion, but he guessed they needed something like that; they needed something to show that this was all over . . . this something that was the dot at the end o their sentence. He only helped out a little (he cut some tomato), because his mother ordered him to sit down and because he needed to recover from his injuries, not get more! (It wasn't his fault that the knife was his enemy and fell on him).

It was quite an enjoyable experience. Of course, they had had similar events but this one was by far the specialist.

Aomine took a deep breath and picked up his plate. His mother and twins were playing in the living room. He had a chance.

He needed to do something first, before he met with Tetsu.

Masahiro was standing in front of the sink humming under his breath but Aomine couldn't be sure as it was mixed with the sound of running water.

He was thinking a lot about what happened, about these past ten years, about his behavior and he finally saw it . . . saw the mistakes he had made.

Maybe it wasn't too late to fix them.

"Erm, I brought another plate..." He said, just to start with something. He couldn't just simply state what was on his mind.

Masahiro turned around and took the dish.

Okay, so... how should he start?

Masahiro was still washing the dishes when he turned around.

"You want to talk?"

Aomine nodded and watched as he turned off the water. Easier said than done or in this case easier thought than done.

But he wanted to do it.

"You know... I... wanted to thank you. What you did meant very much to me... So... thanks..."

But that was not enough.

Masahiro smiled.

"It was nothing."

This was still not what he wanted to say.

"N-no I mean. I'm very, very thankful. Like..." Here, Aomine scratched his head and turned it away "I know, you tried hard and acted like a father. You were always nice, kind and cared for me even when I was a butt..." the man chuckled at his. "So I wanted to apologize and thank you. And-!"

He didn't finish as soon arms enveloped him and before he knew it he felt like a child again. A child that had done something wrong and pleaded guilty yet no matter what they were still treated gently. They were still hugged.

Yeah, it was pretty nice.

He felt his eyes sting and grit his teeth. Oh no, no, no, no. He couldn't do that.

"I'm very proud of you..." He heard a soft whisper near his ear and wow, was that pride slowly rising inside of him? "You were very brave. I'm grateful and happy that you're my son."

Oh...

Aomine didn't really want to cry but he couldn't help the few small tears that escaped.

"Thank you... dad..." He whispered it, but he hoped that Masahiro would hear it.

And he probably did, as he hugged him tighter.

They finally broke apart when Hanari called them from the living room.

"Don't be so grumpy."

"I'm not grumpy..."

Kagami sighed and massaged his temples.

"You'll get your chance."

Kuroko rolled his eyes. He really wasn't grumpy or mad or angry, just kind of disappointed.

They were both sitting in Kuroko's room. Kagami had visited him after he heard what happened, not to mention he also offered to bring notes from classes so Kuroko wouldn't be too far behind class in studying (and he missed many lessons until now).

"I know, but it's hard to prepare for it and every time something messes it up."

"Yeah, you both have bad luck in that case."

"You're not helping Kagami-kun..."

The redhead shrugged, a faint grin playing on his lips.

"I'm only telling the truth. By the way, you, also, are a magnet for weird events."

Yeah, Kagami was probably right.

Kuroko wrote down more sentences from Kagami's Japanese notebook, when Kagami said,

"How are things between you and your father?"

Kuroko pushed away the notebooks. It looks like he wouldn't be able to do much this afternoon.

"I think we're good. We talk a lot and he spends much more time with me than before, so it's fine."

"Cool..."

And then they both heard knocking on the door and soon after it, Kuroko's father entered the room with a tray and two cups of tea. He put it down on the blunette's desk before exiting just as quickly.

"But some things never change - he still walks inside here a couple of times per hour just to check on me,"

Kagami chuckled.

After a week his mother finally allowed him to go out. At first he wanted to go to Tetsu's house to... you know finally say it but was stopped by Momoi in front of his house, holding a pile of her notebooks.

Aomine sighed seeing her. Guess he wouldn't be able to do that today.

"Why such a face?" She asked when she was taking of her shoes.

How could Aomine say the truth? That he was going to Tetsu's to confess? Nah, better not do that.

"I'm not making any faces." He replied and put his hands in his pockets. Gah, his or their luck.

'Their' . . . That sounded weird. It was almost like they were together. But no... not yet...

Yet . . .

"Okay, now you're giggling. It's creeping me out..."

Did he? Oh no, no, no. Better not.

"Ugh..."

"Bwaaa, are you feeling alright?!"

Kuroko tried to pry the taller boy off of him. He could go out, because his bruises had healed almost to the fullest. Yes, almost. So the tight hugging was still out of the question (not that he minded it being out of option for eternity).

"You're hurting me Kise-kun..." He murmured, his voice faint as it was muffled by the blonde's chest.

Kise jumped away, with his hands still on the blunette's arms.

"I'm sorry; I was just scared after I heard what happened?"

Kuroko raised his eyebrows slightly taken aback by that.

"How did you know anyway?"

"Akashi told me!"

Ah, okay. It was terrifying how Akashi knew almost everything.

He nodded like it was the most normal thing in the world. Well, in their world it was. He's not gonna question it.

"So why did you appear so suddenly at my doorstep?"

Kise pouted, but his facade quickly turned back to the happy one. It was quite amazing how he was able to transform so quickly.

"We haven't hung out lately, so I just wanted to visit you. You know we can always stay at your home..."

"No, I wanted to go out. I need some fresh air."

And it was true. Their house had become livelier lately, but... he still needed to go out. Especially now, after he spent the entire week there with nothing to do. He read all his books, he visited every interesting website and slowly started to get bored.

Kuroko sighed.

"So how are things between you and Aominecchi going?"

What, what, what?

Kuroko looked at him with a puzzled look clear on his face, because even Kise blinked a few times after he saw it.

"What? I just asked..."

"No, it's not because of that. It's just that lately everyone is interested in my love life..."

Kaijou's Ace snorted playfully before covering his mouth with his hand.

"What?"

"Nothing. It's just funny for me..."

"Well, thank you for that..."

Kuroko sped up. He wasn't mad or anything he just liked to tease him.

Because as quickly as he was few meters away he heard a whine and quick steps, that caught up to him pretty fast.

"I'm sorry Kurokocchi..."

Like a big baby.

"I'm only teasing you."

They walked for quite some time in silence which really surprised Kuroko. Kise was always the first person to talk, the first person to yell something in his ear, the first person to talk about nothing in particular.

So this silence coming from him was definitely... not usual.

"Something happened?" He finally asked, because he almost couldn't take it.

The blond shook his head but still continued to stare forward.

"No, not yet, anyway."

Kuroko lifted one eyebrow. Was this something to do with school, work, maybe even home. Was he afraid of something?

"Do you wanna talk about it?"

Now Kise turned to him and made that weird movement with his head. Kuroko didn't know if it was a 'yes' or a 'no', so he said nothing more. He wasn't a person to pry into other people's business.

They walked, a little further than normal and Kuroko wanted to say that they should turn around (because he still felt very tired) and slowly return or just go somewhere closer, but was stopped.

"Kurokocchi, do you like Aominecchi?"

Wow, that was a very sudden question.

"Yes, I like him." And it was truth. He liked him. But it looked like it wasn't the answer Kise wanted because he shook his head.

"No not like... like normally like... but do you like-like him?"

Okay, he was confused. Was he asking what he thought he was asking or...

"Excuse me?"

"Oh mouu..." the blond whined, his arms slumping for a brief second before his body straightened and he looked at him with his golden puppy eyes.

"I'm asking if you love him,"

Oh...

Oh! So that 's what he meant...

But what should he say? Simply the truth? He didn't know if he was able to do that. It's not that he cared that they were both men and friends... it was just weird admitting it to someone other than himself.

As his cheeks got hotter, he was thankful for the freezing gust that could cool it and somehow he found himself only nodding, making sounds like 'Uhm' or 'yeah', because normal words wouldn't leave his mouth.

"I see..."

Yeah . . .

Kuroko was almost sure that Aomine felt the same way, almost sure of it. That almost terrified him.

He even wanted to confess, but something always stopped him, it didn't matter if this something was an external factor or internal.

He just wanted to let it out, to finally say it but . . .

"You need to confess!"

Wait, what?

Kuroko felt Kise grab his hand before he was towed along in the opposite direction.

Where they doing what he thought they were doing?

No, he wasn't ready! No, no, no, NO!

But Kise's hold was strong and firm and no matter how much Kuroko struggled his hand remained in the same position.

He wanted to say it, but somewhere private, somewhere where they would be alone. Not like this! Not to mention he didn't even know what he wanted to say!

Before he was able to break free or persuade Kise to let him go, they were in front of Aomine's house, with something stuck inside of the blunette's throat preventing him to talk.

And of course they didn't knock or ring a bell like any normal person would do; of course not.

"Aominecchi, come down!"

Kuroko wanted to face palm himself, but his hands were shaking too much to do something with them.

Wow, this was worse than any match he had ever played.

But there was no response and he felt the mixed feelings of relief and disappointment. He wanted to turn around and go away (what could be the best option here?) but of course no.

"Aominecchi!" yelled Kise from the top of his lungs, making a tube from his hands. The boy was almost sure every neighbor heard them (some of them were even looking to see what the commotion was).

Oh man...

But still nothing happened and this time Kuroko really wanted to go away until they heard a shuffling behind Aomine's front door and then it swung open revealing two people.

"Damn Kise, why are you yelling under my house? I could hear you the first time!" Growled the tanned boy and Kuroko was thankful for his misdirection because he still hadn't spotted him.

Maybe...

"Then why you didn't come down?"

"Because I thought that I was hearing things..." Then he massages his eyes. "Anyway what do you want?"

Kise made a small 'o' with his mouth (and it looked like he totally forgot why he was here and only remembered it now).

Then he turned to Momoi who was standing next to the tanned boy.

"Hey Momoicchi, do you want to go eat something?" And then he looked at Aomine and Kuroko that still stood next to him.

It was a very visible action that had the blunette embarrassed over his friend's action.

Aomine blinked a few times after he spotted him whereas Momoi looked between them both and then grinned, this weird big smile that hid something.

Oh no, oh no...

"With pleasure Ki-chan! But maybe we should go grab some coffee?"

"Splendid idea, my dear!"

Then Kise moved and showed her his arm and she majestically put her hand on it.

"As you can see we are an urge to go somewhere, but it looks like you have a few things to talk about!"

"Goodbye, my friends!" Added Momoi and from somewhere she took out a white handkerchief and waved at them with it.

Kise wiped away an invisible tear.

"We shall meet soon, my companions!"

And then they walked away. Even from here he heard them burst laughing, when they thought they were far away from them. Well, they weren't.

That was definitely weird.

Kuroko looked back at Aomine, who still stood in the doorway, with his hand still on the doorknob and a dumb look on his face (like his brain was still processing what actually happened) and then he finally said:

"What the..."

Kuroko snorted laughter bringing the tanned boy eyes back on him.

"You can't always explain Kise-kun's behavior."

"No joke..."

Totally awkward.

Aomine scratched the back of his head and looked back into his house.

"So... do you want to go inside or . . . ,"

Or what?

No, no, no keep your mind together. Of course, this situation was pretty unplanned; he wanted to have some time to think things over, but... heck it...

"Can we go for a walk? That is if you can go out!" He asked with a heavy heart. What if he said 'no' now? What if he changed his mind, what if . . .

But no, Aomine grinned and nodded.

"Wait, I'll grab a few things."

He nodded, watching as his friend walked back into the house. Kuroko leaned on the fence around Aomine's house. Man, he was so nervous. Of course, outside his facade was empty, but inside... he was an active volcano, about to erupt.

Calm down, calm down. This wasn't the time. Everything was going to be alright.

"I'm ready!"

He turned around. Aomine was standing right next to him, a jacket slung over his arms, smiling.

Okay, deep breath.

"Do you want to go somewhere in particular?" Asked Aomine when they started to walk.

Well, no, it was just a way to get them somewhere private, somewhere where they could be alone.

"No..."

"Okay..."

And they became silent for a moment.

Should he start talking now or not? Was it too fast? Should they smoothly move from another topic to this? How do you even say that? Do you just ask? Do you look at him? Do you stop?

How?

So they walked in silence, but now it was different. The air around them was thick or maybe it was only Kuroko's imagination.

He didn't know it was so hard.

They walked but nothing happened, few people passed them, they crossed the road calmly, even greeted some friends that they met.

Normal.

Aomine was leading them to the street courts where they used to practice.

Okay, okay, calm down.

In only a few minutes they were there and Kuroko still did nothing.

"Wanna play?"

Kuroko nodded - maybe it would clear his mind a little?

. . . As it turns out, no it didn't. He couldn't put his mind on the game. He was only thinking about how he should say it, or what kinds of words were appropriate.

Surprisingly Aomine wasn't playing good too which had him lifting up his mood a bit too. He looked confused... well, maybe not confused... just lost.

They didn't play for very long because it simply started to rain.

The tanned boy stopped and caught the ball. His head wandered up to look at the grey sky above them and Kuroko did the same.

"No luck today..."

It was a small drizzle.

"Do you have an umbrella?" Kuroko asked.

He didn't expect him to have one but he asked anyway, after all it was always himself that carried one.

Aomine grabbed his backpack that was left somewhere near the hoop and begant to search through it.

"Wow, I have!"

That was a surprise.

He took out a small folding umbrella and opened it yelling loudly 'Tada' and reaching with his hands to the sky.

Kuroko chuckled and moved towards him.

"Do you want to go home?"

Aomine smiled, the tension wore off a little bit.

"No, do you?"

He shook his head.

Now he was very close to him. Kuroko could smell his typical 'Aomine' scent.

"So what should we do?"

"I don't know..."

So they stood there, a little bit awkward, on the street court under the same umbrella.

Wow, it was so nostalgic.

Aomine massaged his neck, his head wandering to a different direction. He looked nervous.

But Kuroko was too.

Should he speak or not? Should they move? Should he do anything or just wait?

No, he had waited long enough, he's not going to wait any more.

And with that little courage that suddenly appeared inside of him he started.

"Aomine-kun..."

Finally he looked at him, directly into his eyes and Kuroko just blurted out.

"I like you."

He spoke it very fast and very quiet. He was scared that maybe the boy wouldn't hear it, but he didn't know if he had the courage to do it once again.

Aomine opened his mouth but no words came out.

Was it a bad sign or a good sign? How should he even react?

But before he could answer all these questions Aomine moved closer, bent so that his eyes were on the same level.

"Wait, wait, wait I need to clear one thing. Do you mean you like me as a friend or you like me as a... you know...?"

So close, so close, so close!

Kuroko felt his mouth becoming dry, making it almost impossible to talk. But he needed to answer, so he gulped and with a hoarse voice he answered.

"The second option."

And it was almost like the world stopped, because Aomine stared at him with his mouth agape and eyes wide. It looked like he had frozen in place because he wasn't even twitching.

Kuroko's heart was beating so fast like it had never beat once in his life. It was the only thing he heard in his ears; not even the wind or people talking could cut through the quickened ba-bump. And he still didn't move.

It was starting to rain harder and slowly – slowly - his brain began to recognize the sound of the drops, the beeping of cars and the erratic breathing of his friend.

Please, answer somehow. Something, just something, anything would be good, just not this silence.

And this idea struck him. Maybe... maybe he was wrong and Aomine didn't...

Oh... OH... that would explain his behavior. Kuroko put him in an uncomfortable position and he was now thinking about rejecting him.

Oh... ouch...

"Y-you don't have to accept me or..."

But he wasn't able to end his sentence because Aomine literally jumped on him, wrapped his arms around him (Kuroko wouldn't tell him that in the time he hit him with the handle of umbrella three times, because he couldn't complain back then) and rest his head on his arm.

"Wow... wow..." Was the only things Kuroko could hear Aomine mumbling. And this sound made him so happy, so cheerful.

When Kuroko hugged him back, the boy's back was all wet because the umbrella was only covering their heads.

"I never thought I would hear this from you. I imagined this, but this happening in real life is a totally different thing..."

What? What was he saying?

"Gosh, I'm so happy... I'm so happy"

So . . . so that means?

Aomine tightened his grip to the point that Kuroko felt all the air leave him.

"I like you Tetsu; I've liked you for a very long time. I wanted to tell you this sooner, but something always happened or I always fuc-!"

"Me too..." The boy found himself responding, even before he really understood what his friend (friend?) was talking about.

"Wow, I still can't believe it...`

Because it was all like a dream. A beautiful dream.

Aomine suddenly moved away and oh...

His face was so red, so flushed, but he was grinning so hard, the smile was almost making him blind.

The tanned boy put his free hand on Kuroko's cheek.

"You don't even know how happy I am right now..."

But Kuroko knew. He knew, because he felt the same thing.

Momoi bumped Kise arm and smiled.

"You don't have to pretend when you're with me..."

Kise turned to his friend.

"I'm happy and sad at the same time... And I don't know which feeling is bigger than the other..."

Momoi totally understood him. But she was happy even if it hurt.

"Sometimes letting go is better for others . . . ,"

"I know" She heard him mumbling. He was still smiling but his eyes were squeezed shut.

"That is totally normal, but, hey, you never know when love struck could hit you right?"

Kise turned to her at the same time as Momoi saw small droplets falling onto his nose. She giggled and from her back she took out a small umbrella and opened it in time for both of them to hide underneath just as soon as it became a drizzle.

"Yeah, you're right. But it will be hard..."

"Of course it will, but we can fight!" And she really meant it "And now I really want that coffee you proposed for me, sir~!"

Kise laughed brushing something from his eye.

"Anything for you milady! Let's go then!"

Wow, it was weird, but he was so happy, yet it still felt weird.

Maybe not weird, he just wasn't used to it happening so often in real life. Holding hands he meant.

But he was so happy - he could almost skip all the way home.

"We should thank others." He heard Kuroko speaking and he looked down at... at...

"Yeah, you're right..."

Should they make it official? Should he ask about it? They were holding hands now, right now, but should he ask for it officially?

You know just to be sure.

"Are we dating now?" The question sounded so stupid after he spoke it that he wanted to immediately face palm himself right there.

But couldn't because Tetsu was fast to answer.

"I think we are, although I don't know how this dating thing works..."

"Don't worry. me neither!"

Kuroko sighed, his arms slumped a little, but his corners were lifted up.

"So we're both beginners then."

Beginners, but...

"But you almost kissed me!"

And Kuroko jumped, his face so quick turning to different shades of crimson and he was looking in a totally different direction.

"That was an unfortunate collision of random accidents..."

Yeah, it was just his luck, but...

"But I didn't mind it..." And he meant it, he really did. And now, especially now he really meant it.

He didn't answer and Aomine didn't know if he was still flustered or just didn't know what to say, so he didn't push that topic, even though he wanted to.

"We will be doing that kissing thing, right?"

And the way he said that, they way he turned his head to him made him feel like a typical high school girl.

"Y-yeah I hope..."

"Me too..."

Damn, stop being so, so...

Aomine looked at his boyfriend (was it that? Should he call him like that?) and he was looking at him with such bright eyes, so sparkling that he stopped in the middle of the road, quickly looked around and leaned down.

And kissed his nose.

"Wow, you really are a coward in that matter..." Said Kuroko when Aomine moved away.

"I know, I know, I will try..." He mumbled. He wanted to, he really wanted to kiss him, but his heart was beating so fast he was afraid he could faint if he would do that.

But man, he wanted to touch him.

"But it's still embarrassing though."

Yeah, it was.

But it was just beginning of the road, he was at the very start and suddenly he felt a sting in his heart, what if...

But Tetsu tightened his grip and all his fears flew away.

Aomine shouldn't think about 'what ifs...'. When the time would come, he would think about something.

He looked at the boy next to him.

Or should he say that they would do something about it then. Yeah, that sounded right.

THE END

Yahoo. Welcome to the real final chapter of this story. Oh gosh, I almost can't believe I did it. I mean, it really is the end xDD...

I must say I had fun with writing this story. Like, a lot of fun~.

So before I end this I want to write few funny facts about this story (hope you liked it) :3:

1. I never gave names for twins (Aomine siblings). I was too lazy to think about it and I knew I will forget it sooner or later. Not to mention it wasn't too important for plot xD.

2. For long period of time I though I didn't name Kuroko father. Thats why in few chapter I refer to him as "Kuroko father". I once reread chapters or looked into my notebook and found out he actually have a name xD.

3. When I started this fic I had no idea where it will go. For my others I more over knew what I wanted to write, but here I wasn't even sure how it would end.

4. I wanted to make the library more important but of course I forgot about it. The name of it mean 'umbrella' in Hungarian.

5. Aomine in this fic act very similar to Aomine in doujinshi The Weather Tomorrow. I totally love this comic it's probably my most beloved dj from AoKuro. I recommend it :3.

6. Topic of the Kuroko disease was inspired by One Litre of Tears.

7. At first I wanted for Kagami to fell in love with Kuroko, but in the end I changed it. It made feel a little that he feel something for his friend, but it's not love. Although Kise had a crush on him.

8. At some point I wanted it to be a prequel for my other fic Letter but decided otherwise in the end.

9. This is the fic that I think was the most comfortable for me to write.

Yay and now time for some stats:
