MONDAY'S HUNT

WOW: Use a day of the week. I started tinkering with this when I first saw the challenge, then realised I wasn't going to be able to get it anywhere near 100 words. But hey, what can I say? I'm a rulebreaker!

This could actually be the shortest thing I've ever written ...

Monday's hunt was hard and rough,

Tuesday's hunt was just as tough,

Wednesday's hunt was a freakin' bust,

Thursday's hunt got them almost crushed,

Friday's hunt was painful and bloody,

Saturday's hunt was just freezing and muddy,

But there'd be no hunt on the Sabbath day,

They'll rest and heal and eat and play.
