Yuki's POV
"I don't want to fight you," I said as Kyo shot another punch to my face, from which I easily avoided. I rolled my eyes and sent the cat flying into a nearby door. It crashed and Kyo seemed to lay there a few moments, dazed before getting back up. "It's YOUR fault!, ALL YOUR FAULT!," he yelled at me.
I stood there staring at his eyes until I let myself feel his burning hateful fist. I simply allowed him to hit me that one time in his life. It was raining hard and I knew what that did to Kyo, how much stress he should carry.
The force made me stagger when Kyo caught me by surprise and lunged at me. He lay on top of me as he continulously hit me. I felt my eye swell up and a drop of water pooled from my head. Or maybe I was covered in the red water. Once kyo saw what he had done, he stepped back. His burning hateful eyes turned to tearful tears stroking his cheeks. I noticed his paniced state and when he began to hyperventalate, he grabbed his hair pulling it while running into the woods.
I was simply abandoned there to suffer what I had done to him all these years. This was what he felt? Cold, alone, and hurt. All his life and he hadn't even done anything but complain about everything. I wouldn't let him and I would always beat him til' he would lay there to surrender. I guess, the cat wasn't so stupid.
Kyo's POV
I ran harder than I had ever ran in my life. The rain pushed me further into the woods where I climbed the trees like it was a simple task. I grabbed my legs, craddled in a cat ball, soppy wet, thinking in what I had just done. The hurt look in his eyes, his broken face, his last plead in his mind.
I thought I hated him. Why do I feel sorry for the rat? He deserved that punishment but everytime I tried, he wouldn't let me. Why is it that this time, he let me for a change, beat him to the core? I always screamed mean comments at him when we fought, so why is it that this time, he looked so.. effective. All I wanted to do was go home, tend to the wounds I had caused him.
When I got up to walk back home, Poof, I transformed. I was drowned in huge pants, laying on me. I sighed," Could this day get any worse" Picking up my clothes in my mouth, I wrapped them around my neck and ran home, sopping wet. I entered the house to see a pool of blood but no Yuki. Tohru's voice and the usual creak of stairs was heard coming down the stairs. She stood there, looking at the orange cat until, Poof. The clothes choked my neck as I changed as quickly as possible.
And this is what they were each thinking about when Kyo finally beats Yuki but Yuki actually let Kyo win. So without Yuki letting Kyo win, there is no chance for Kyo to win a fair fight against Yuki. Sorry Kyo. :(
