Authors Note: I again apologize for a long wait, but I was dealing with college and other new ideas for other stories. Surprisingly because a chapter of a story I am following was updated, I finally got the inspiration to write this chapter. I will warn you that some of the conversations could be a little Risky for the rating. I will never use cussing or vulgar language, the topic can be a little dodgy though. I will also admit that after the next chapter following this one, I will be putting up a pole for if I should change the rating and take the romance between certain characters to the next level. More info will be in the next chapter. Until then please enjoy and let me know what you think. Thank you all for your support and comments.
Chapter 10
Mothra Vs Queen Ghidorah
(10 min. before Godzilla arrived…)
Her mind was in a jumble as her head pounded from a massive headache. Her stomach was upset and continuously threatening to cause her to retch. As she tried to open her tightly shut eyes, she tried to move her limbs, but to no avail. They felt heavy and numb for some strange reason. With all of this adding to her confusion, a disturbing cackle was heard.
Mothra finally opened her eyes, only to find herself on a dusty, fogged floor of some sort of strange chamber. All around her where crystals of enormous size that glowed a faint pink and pulsed in a continuous pattern. The chamber was dim, only the crystal gave off any hint of light. Mothra tried to move her neck to get a better look at her captives' fortress, but her body would not respond to her demands to move. It slightly began annoy Mothra at how nothing she wanted to work would not.
Why am I here at this untimely moment? She grumbled in her mind.
The only thing Mothra could do was take in deep breaths to calm herself to think more clearly about her situation. She was obviously held prisoner for strange reason that she did not know of. With her great sense of smell, Mothra also picked up several different scents that sent a new wave mixed emotions through her mind.
There was a horrid stench of some strange female's urine that was marked throughout the chamber, which caused her to become alert and aggressive. Another strange essence that was also feminine, though it did not seem threatening, more like fear and pheromones from a drive to mate, which again confused her was picked up. Finally the scent of her old moth form was highly concentrated behind her and she quickly realized it was her eggs, which angered her.
My eggs!? Why? Was all she could think.
As Mothra began to try and move her body again, she noticed a golden shine flickered in a shadow and another chortling was heard from that direction. Mothra focused her sapphire orbs on that spot and began to growl lowly in her throat.
"I see you have awakened. Did you have a wonderful sleep?" Came a sarcastic, feminine voice from behind the shadowy darkness.
Mothra's jaw finally began to feel loose, just enough to retort.
"Who…are…You" She forced out.
"All in good time, but for now I must ask you something quite personal and intimate. Have you mated with Godzilla?" The voice asked.
The question was quite straight forward and really embarrassing for Mothra. It had not really even crossed her mind, but she felt it within herself, as her feminine hormones began to inflame her heated instincts. This voice was now considered a rival and threat to her and any of her future offspring, mated or not.
Though she honestly answered.
"No…I have not!" Her voice, she could not control, was wrapped with fire.
"…Good, then I still have a shot at claiming his heart and body, mostly his body." The voice cackled with mirth.
"NO YOU WILL NOT TOUCH HIM!" Mothra roared back in blind furry.
Yet another low scoff was heard and the being finally emerged from the darkness. Revealing a giant, three headed, horned, draconic creature with golden scales and red eyes. She had massive wings that stood in place of her arms and along her lower back was a long, whip like tail that split into two ends that looked like golden maces. Mothra could not keep her maw shut as she gasped out in surprise. There in front of her stood a Ghidorah, a female that was never recorded ever existing in all of her history as the guardian of the earth. She had fought the male counterpart, several times, but had not truly succeeded without the help of Godzilla.
Queen Ghidorah's maws grew into a sinister smile as she looked at the helpless female Godzilla before her.
"Oh, I shant…" Ghidorah mocked. "… I would be careful about how you speak to me. You and your eggs are in no situation to carry on. It could also curse you from having a quick death to…." With great speed, the golden demon was in front of Mothra leaning down. Close to her ear. "…a slow and painful agony as you watch me mate him while you are on the brink of death." The golden dragon whispered.
Something…inside Mothra snapped, or more precisely awakened, from within. This feeling in the pit of Mothra's stomached boiled scalding hot as it worked its way up her body. She glared up at Ghidorah, who looked amused, and she could not hold back anymore.
Mothra's black spines began to glow, bright orange. She opened her maw and reddish orange fire burst from the sides of her mouth as her beam was released. The wave of energy smashed into Ghidorahs shocked body and thrust her upwards. Ghidorah's body was throng through part of the crystal ceiling. With new vigor in her bones, Mothra finally felt her body respond and she stood, slighltly dizzy and full of adrenaline. With what sense she had left, Mothra checked on her eggs. They were safe.
All that was left was to deal with the hateful demon, who thought she could steal Godzilla from her. Mothra grew more alert, balancing out her anger. She followed the only pulsating caverns light that the cave had. Her blast was so strong that it had also caused the fogged dust to be churned up, slightly skewing her vision. She quickened pace and finally found the opening to the chamber.
Light flooded her eyes and blinded her for a second. Quickly blinking her sapphire eyes, the once great thing, got her first glimpse of the morning sunlight. What she saw next, gave her some peace in her heart. There not too far away stood the one that she admitted that she cared about when she finally released her first beam. There stood Godzilla and next to him was a limp body of what could only be a spider. It gave her a bit of amusement as she caught him once again staring at her. He thinks I am blind to his eyes, I doubt it. Mothra held herself tall and proud as she strode out, spines still slightly glowing an orange tint.
A sudden golden glint took her away from her love, and she refocused her attention on the monster that was trying to unsuccessfully drive them apart. The golden, triple headed dragon roared in anger at the female Godzilla. Mothra roared back for her first time as a Godzilla.
Godzilla shivered as he heard Mothra's roar. It was like his, only the tone was highly feminine and higher and pitch.
Queen Ghidorah was the first to attack, charging straight at Mothra and grappling the white female. Mothra tried to struggle free from the surprise attack, but was held firm when two of Ghidorahs heads sank their fangs into her flesh. Slightly drawing blood. Ghidorah began to try and lift Mothra off the ground, but was caught off guard when Mothra lunged her forgotten tail straight into the neck of Ghidorah's right head. Thus Motra was dropped to the ground again.
With Ghidorah stunned and coughing for air. Mothra charged at Ghidorah, tackling the golden demon to the ground. She then dug her claws into Ghidora's scales and dragged them down the dragon's belly, making blood flow. Recovering from Mothra's attack, Ghidorah shoved Mothra off.
Both females took a few steps back and began to circle each other in a dance of planning their next attack. Mothra was definitely inexperienced in combat in the body of Godzilla, but that did not stop her enraged instincts and careful tactics from giving her an edge. Queen Ghidorah was also fighting on enraged hormones, she was already wounded, but not too bad to panic just yet.
Mothra was first make the next attack, causing her spines to glow and releasing her breath at Ghidorah. The dragon leaped into the air and took flight, the beam nearly missing. She circled Mothra trying to confuse the female. Queen Ghidorah then whipped her twin maced tail and made critical contact with Mothra's left temple. Mothra spat blood as she fell to the earth. Blood and saliva mixed and oozed from her maw. Her vision was blurred and her headache returned.
Ghidorah came to a hover, high in the sky above Mothra.
The once great thing, looked up and glared at Ghidorah, who snared back. Golden lightning suddenly began to gather into the separate orbs of electrical energy at Ghidorah's heads. Mothra's spines began to glow orange and radiated heat rose. Both females were ready to clash for the final attack.
Ghidorah released her gravity beam. Mothra opened her maw, as reddish orang fire shot from the sides of her maw, her beam burst forth and connected. It was difficult as both females struggled for dominance. Ghidorah pushed more into her beam and began to force Mothra's breath back. The power between both attacks caused gold and orange lighting to burst from the epicenter of the beams.
I…will…not…lose…him! Mothra thought. With all of her remaining strength, Mothra's glowing spines intensified and her breath grew in width. The new burst of energy tilted the scales all the way over and Ghirdorahs beam was pushed all the way back into her causing an enormous explosion of fire and radiation creating a huge creator.
It looked to be over, Mothra was tired from her battle, but she knew a certain mutated dinosaur needed her now, she turned away from the fire and looked at Godzilla.
Godzilla was in a trance from the moment. He had watched Mothra fight with exceptional skills. Her beauty could only be described in the way she now held herself. As he looked on she had quickened her pace towards him, this made his heart quicken in pace and his breathing began to intensify. The emotion that he had felt so many times now had returned and it was finally on the tip of his tongue of what the emotion was called.
But like all great battles, the fight was won, but the war was just beginning. Before Mothra could get any closer, she was grabbed by two goldish brown, red eyed, horned heads. Out of the smoke came the rest of the body. Ghidorahs body had changed. It had almost doubled in size and now retained curtain brown and rustic patterns that were etched all over her once golden scales. Steam and lightning burst out of certain areas of her toros and heads. The middle head came down and bit hard on Mothra's shocked and exposed neck. Blood gushed forth, staining her white scales and the ground. Before she could grasp for air, Mothra was flung hard into the ground, gashing the earth and coming to a stop several yards away. Out cold.
The only thing Godzilla could think of now was one word.
"MOTHRA!"
