Lagoona started to beg again.

"NO! No, no no!" Her dad, the sea monster, screamed.

"But please! He asked me! I never-"

"NO! You are not going out with Millington!"

"GILLington! GIL!"

"Whatever! No! Now go to your room!"

Lagoona walked up to her room glumly. It was the first time she had ever been asked out on a Webber had asked her after school at the pool if she would go to a drive-in movie with him. She had said yes, but she would have to ask her parents first. And since her father was so over protechive, she most likely would never go on a date with started to cry but realized it was for the best. He was freshwater anyway. They were too different. Or were they? Why not? What so bad about freshwater? Why can't saltwater even talk to them? She didn't see why not so she did something she had never done before. She rolled her hand into a fist and banged on her window as hear as she could. It smashed with a crash but she didn't care. She jumped out into her yard. Then she ran. Gil was waiting at his front door.

"What did they say?"

"No.I got sent to my room then jumped out the window."

"Nice."

They kissed and Gil told her to get in his car. They drove off into the already dark night.
