Epilogue

Loki sat in his trailer, reviewing his lines for the next shoot. He fiddled with the gold wedding band on his left hand while he muttered to himself.

"Mr. Laufenson, you have a visitor." A crew member said. Loki smiled and nodded. He knew just who it was.

"Hello Mrs. Laufenson." Loki greeted Eli. Almost two years ago, they got married in little white church and afterwards had a reception where Mulan and Kitty had sung "Can You Feel The Love tonight" from Lion king for the newlyweds and then they danced to "When you Look me in the Eyes." By the Jonas Brothers. They went on a Honeymoon to Europe and when they got back, they started building a house above the ruins of the where they got engaged.

Eli came into his view, and he stepped forward to greet her with a kiss. "How are you to today?" he asked.

Eli smiled. "Fine. I missed you."

Loki gave her a quick kiss before leaning down and kissing her protruding belly. He put both hands on it. "And how is our baby doing?"

Eli seemed to glow. "It was kicking on the way here."

Loki looked down to talk to his unborn child. "Can you kick for Daddy?"

"Tony keeps insisting I take an early maternity leave, but his magazine won't survive without me." Eli told.

"The Avengers have been a little overbearing lately." Loki smiled, because he didn't really care. "Thor has been stopping by almost everyday. And I already have a pile of onesies."

Eli let out a laugh. "This baby is going to be spoiled with stuff."

There was a knock on the trailer door, and then it flew open. Mulan and Kitty came in. "Come on Eli, we're going to be late for your baby shower." They announced. "Hi Loki." They added.

Loki waved in their direction. Eli smiled up at him. He kissed her again. "Have fun, dear."

Eli pulled away and headed towards the door.

"Don't do anything I wouldn't do!" Loki added. Eli laughed back at him.

"And just what wouldn't you do Loki Laufenson?"

Loki left the question unanswered as his wife, unborn baby and two sisters in law went away.

Loki sat down in a chair that he found nowhere near as comfortable as his armchair. He looked back on the last few years. He had been a photographer, worked at chucky cheese where he met his wife and told her he looked up her skirt, got fired form a toy store because he had a nerf gun war, was a barista, a truancy offer and a model. He had robbed a bank, been coached on how to get Eli to date him and mended his relationship with his brother, and the Avengers. He applied to college, got denied and then turned out to be the 12th doctor. And now, he had a house, friends, the dream job and a beautiful wife who would be giving birth to his future.

He had achieved the whole nine yards.
