Sky McGarrett could not breathe. She had had asthma when she was very young and had only had an attack once and she barely remembered it, but luckily her mother made sure she always carried her inhaler. So she was lucky that just before leaving she had popped it into her back pocket. Unfortunately, her hands were tied so even if she would be able to get it out, she would not be able to get it up to her mouth. So she did something else her father had taught her. To regulate her breathing in a way that would help her. She tried it a few times and she felt her chest loosen up.

She looked over to where her sister Sierra lay, unconscious still, with a gash to her head where she had hit her head when she had been tossed into the van. Sky had just started to come around from whatever had been put into their drinks when they had approached this horrid place that stank like dead fish.

She vowed that if they were to ever get out of this place and she knew in her heart that her father would, that she was going to disown her own twin! She was too worried right now so she couldn't even be angry with her. She just wanted Sierra to wake up.

Sky shivered and felt the sweat roll down her back. She was hot and cold at the same time. Just like the time she had become sick and just the same way she had wanted her mother then she desperately wanted her now.

She heard a moan and looked toward her sister Sierra and was relieved when she could see her move arm move slightly and then she turned over, one eye opening. "Hey, where am I?" she asked groggily, clearly not remembering what was going on.

"Sierra, Oh my God! You're okay" Sky tried to scoot over as much as possible with her hands tied behind her.

Sierra looked at her as if she did not expect to see her there, then she realised something was not right when she tried to stretch her arms. A look of panic came over her face as she tried to free her arms, "Sky? What's going on?" she questioned, and Sky could hear the tears in her voice. She knew her twin only had an outer shell that was hard and impenetrable, but on the inside she was the same as she had always been, sweet and vulnerable and scared. They just acted out differently.

"Someone put something in your drink, Si. I tried to tell you not to take an open can but you didn't listen" but before she could continue, a steel door banged against the concrete wall. The same man as before, the one who had met them at the mall came walking in, carrying something in his hand, but she could not see what it was.

"Oh so you're up, sleeping beauty" he said as he came closer.

"What have you done to us you asshole" Sierra screamed at him as she struggled to sit up.

The guy tsked and then spoke, "Such a filthy mouth on you girl. You should learn from your sweet little sister here. Not a peep out of her even when I did this" He turned toward Sky and slapped her hard across the face the second time on the cheek he had missed the last time he had slapped her. This time it was harder and she did let out a little scream as she fell back.

"You fucker, leave my sister alone" Sierra screamed as she managed to reach his shins with her feet and kicked as hard as she could.

The guy just laughed, "Look at you like a little wild cat. Earlier you couldn't stop flirting with me".

Sierra ignored that as she looked at Sky, "You okay?"

Sky nodded her head. Honestly, it was just the shock of it more than the pain that made her cry out. She again wasn't expecting it when he caught her hair in his fist and pulled her upright. "Sit pretty with your sister and smile for me" he dragged her toward Sierra and dumped her, making her fall against her twin. Immediately Sierra's hands sought out hers and behind their backs they linked their pinkies.

A flash went and they both squinted, "What's that?" Sky asked.

"That my lovely girls, is to send to your daddy dearest to motivate him to work faster and harder. It's always a good thing to use family. Nothing works better than family" he smiled pleasantly, as if he was talking about the weather.

"Why are you doing this to us?" Sierra asked this time.

He turned to them, "You don't need to know that. That's between me and your father". The man pulled something out of his pocket, which turned out to be a cigarette and a lighter. After he lit one, he played around with the camera and then smiled. "I would give a million bucks just to see the look on the smug bastard's face" he looked at the girls, "In case you're wondering I meant your father".

Sierra again felt a little balsy and Sky instinctively knew she was going to say something. She tried to stop her by pulling on her pinky hard, but her twin ignored it. "So what plans do you have for us?" she asked keeping her voice normal, when all she was feeling was terror.

The man smiled, almost gently "At the moment, you have about four and half hours before your situation becomes better or worse, depending on how fast your daddy can work". He went down on his haunches to get to their level and ran his eyes on their faces, "Too bad. You both are quite stunning. You would fetch me a pretty penny".

Sky had no clue what he was talking about, Sierra clearly did from her reaction, "Sorry to bust your bubble buddy, but there are no pure virgins around here". Sky almost swallowed her tongue. What?!

"You I have no doubt since you couldn't wait to sneak away from home to spend the night with me" he then looked at Sky, "This little thing on the other hand is not like you" he leaned over and looked intently in her face. She shivered and tried not to look too scared.

She could feel Sierra's pinky tighten on hers and tug as if to reassure her that nothing would happen. She tried to remember all the Karate and Krav Maga she and her sisters had learned, not to mention the skills their father had taught them. They all knew how to fight, they had just been caught off guard and could do nothing about it. If they somehow could get their hands free, they could probably at least give this guy and his men a fight. Neither she nor her twin, she was sure would want to go down without a fight.

Sky shivered again and sent a silent prayer for help and strength.

Steve paced. He could not sit there and not do anything. He was in his office, waiting for the trace to go through on the phone call. Stephie was sitting on his office couch, chewing on a nail. She had gone ahead and called Sarah, who was coming with Sylvie and would only get here in the morning.

"Dad, sit down, you're giving me a headache!" she was cranky and rightly so. She took the responsibility of her sisters very seriously and she blamed herself for this.

He let out a deep breath and looked at the photos on his desk. There was one of his four girls taken on one of his birthdays, the twins were only three at the time and they looked adorable with their thick dark hair and identical dimpled grins. He had them all piled on his lap with Sarah sitting on the floor with Sylvie in her lap, her back leaning against his legs. He was laughing out loud because he remembered the girls wouldn't stop giggling and were poking their little elbows into him.

God! He needed to make this right. He didn't know what he would do if he was not able to get them back.

He was about to check his messages when Mark came rushing in. He was the new tech expert and worked on tracking and tracing as well as background information and checks.

"Boss, found something" he came up with a hand held tablet. "I was able to isolate the location of where the call could be coming from. But there is a problem" he hesitated a little.

"Spit it out" Steve told him, expecting the worst.

"Where the signal is coming from there is nothing there. I checked location maps and there is nothing there, except for jungle. Although that could be the perfect place for a hiding place" He pulled out a tablet and moved his finger around to zoom in on the location.

"Okay so we get a team out there and do a search" Steve was about to say something else when his phone beeped indicating an incoming message. He checked it and he received an image. Once he opened it, he lost his breath.

Staring at him was the image of his daughters, hands tied behind their backs, and Sky had a darkening bruise on one of her cheeks. He could feel his blood getting cold. All he knew was that no matter what, he would get who ever was responsible and end them.

Something must have shown in his face because Stephie immediately came to him, "Daddy what is it?" He didn't mean to but she got a glimpse of the picture. "Oh my God" she broke down and sank to her knees. "It's all my fault" she cried.

Steve knelt in front of her and pulled her in his arms, "No baby, this is not your fault. This is not anyone's fault except mine. I am the one who should have taken care of this family and I failed" he hugged her tightly to his chest and kissed her head.

His phone rang and he answered it immediately, with Stephie still by his side, "Hello?"

"How does it feel to see your precious girls all locked up?" the gravelly voice asked over the line.

Steve felt his blood rush through his veins, his adrenalin pumping, "I will find you and rip your lungs out" his voice was eerily calm. "And if you know me I will find you. So save yourself the trouble and just tell me where you are".

"No so easily, my friend. You have something of mine, and I need you to bring it to me".

"What is it?" without having to say anything, Mark started to put a trace on the call, with his hand he motioned for Steve to keep him on the line.

"Last year you put my brother Jonathan Davies in prison on false charges and also seized my two million dollars. I want both by 4.30pm. That gives you exactly three and a half hours to get this done. I will be sending you the details for the drop".

"How am I supposed to have your brother released on such short notice? These things take time" Steve tried to reason with him. "Especially in a federal case for human trafficking".

"You're a resourceful man, you will find a way to get it done" he said and hung up.

Steve cursed as he punched his anger out into the wall. The pain shot through his hand but it didn't register. He walked out to where Chin was waiting, "Jonathan Davies' brother has them" before he could say more, Chin had already started a search.

He pulled up information on the screen, "Micheal Davies, 28 and so far not on the radar for human trafficking like his big brother. Although last year it looks like he was arrested for heroin possession in L.A" he brought up an image of the man from DMV.

Stephie, who was standing behind her father spoke up, "He's the guy who was talking to Sierra at Ala Moana yesterday. He gave her his number and they agreed to meet somewhere but she didn't listen to me when I told her that she couldn't go".

After Sylvie told him where they had been, Chin pulled up the footage, "I can try and track him back to a vehicle and see if we can get a hit on the plates so we can trace him".

Steve started moving toward the exit, "You do that and let me know what you get. Danno come with me to the Governor and let's see what we can do about the release of Davies".
