I find it's best to read this to the tune of "My Bonny lies over the Ocean". I got the idea from the Jib-Jab video for 2011 where they made the year in review set to the tune of that song. It's hilarious, look it up. I don't own Legend of Korra.

And though the old fandom is watchin'

Many just don't give a fuck.

Avatar Aang's time is dimming,

Now there's a new star to shine.

Though Korra's the new lead billing,

Some things are way outta line.

What the Hell with the messed up beginning?

Who locks up a kid like a con?

Okay, I know it's important for training,

But really, people, come on.

I have to say Korra's amazing,

She's got one Hell of a boss attitude.

Though not big on Tenzin's meditating,

Or the fact that Mako's so rude.

Bolin's a great big sweetheart,

And Amon can go die in a ditch,

Though they're both in some pictures on fanart

That make some people go "Damn, bitch."

When Asami rode into the story,

The Makorra fans yelled out "Oh why?!"

While some started shipping Bosami,

Others said "That Equalist bitch needs to die!"

Chief Bei Fong is certainly testy,

But at least we have finally learned

How her heart got crushed by dear Tenzy,

And a butt-kicking's definitely been earned.

Pro-Bending is Korra's new hobby,

Makes a great deal more sense now we've seen

How her upcoming rival is snobby

Tahno, the Wolfbat, drag-queen.

Amon is totally crazy,

He's like Hitler and Stalin in one,

Topped it off with hypocrisy,

Hope soon to have him on the run.

The opposite came to fruition,

Pro-bending went out with a smash,

So much for fans' intuition,

It's a countdown until the big clash.

The bad guys are ever-increasing,

It was bad enough just with Amon.

There's been lying, backstabbing, and cheating,

Just wait 'til the good guys have won.

Councilman Tarrlok's a jerk-wad,

And Bloodbender asshole to boot,

We knew from the start that he was bad

"He just kidnapped Korra!" "Aw shoot."

That jerkbender got what was coming,

Amon's the only bad-guy for us.

Now Korra you'd better start running,

That or run the jerk down with a bus.

Pema finally popped out her baby,

Though the timing was certainly off.

Now the Equalists' tactics are shady

"Terrorist bastards" I scoff.

The season is nearing its ending,

The heroine's finally come through.

Though now she's deprived of her Bending,

What's a poor Avatar to do?

In the end, Makorra is canon,

Though it took them too long down pat,

And the Masami shippers are rantin':

"What the Hell kinda break-up was that?"

Korra finally contacted her spirit

Since at last she made contact with Aang.

And though most of the fandom regrets it,

Amon and Tarrlok went out with a bang!

The Equalist Movement's disbanded,

At least that's what the fandom assumes,

I suppose that thought will be stranded

Until the next season resumes.

You know now after I think it,

Here's what I am gonna conclude.

The character development was shit,

And I think that the fandom got screwed.
