Captain Alfred F. Jones, son of Admiral Jones, walked briskly and happily around his ship, metal clanging as his boots hit the floor. That wanted poster had only been up for a day and his crew had already captured him! Alfred knew his dedication would pay off! His dad would finally be proud of him. They'd be singing his praises at home like he was a hero.
He walked quickly around his crew, who were clanking around a lot as well. They were sailing from port, far away from home, America, and they were headed now that they had a very special guest. Alfred still couldn't believe that they had captured the ruthless pirate, the scourge of the seven seas, the ever elusive, Captain Kirkland. The American Navy had been after him for years and it only took Alfred and his crew a single day to capture him. Take that, Admiral Jones.
He nearly skipped when he got to the doors of his cabin. He'd told his crew to put their prisoner in his cabin for the time being, that's how confident he felt. Alfred would put him in their brig later, first he had to get to know his prisoner. Alfred calmed himself as he put a hand on the metal door handle. This Captain Kirkland knew exactly what he was doing. Alfred, on the other hand, knew that the only reason he had his position was because of his father. He pestered the man enough to give him a position in a place in the world he wouldn't screw up too badly; Cuba.
He at least had to pretend that he knew what he was doing around someone like this pirate. He straightened out his pristine, white uniform, making sure that all of the golden buttons were in their right places and checking the blue and yellow cuffs to ensure that they weren't wrinkled. He straightened his cap, making sure that the small, black bill was straight forward and straightened his glasses.
Alfred took a deep breath and opened the door. He had to remember, he was a man of authority. Nothing made him nervous, nothing undermined him. He was a hero. He had just gotten a hold of himself when he looked at the man in the room and his self-confidence shattered.
Lounging there, on top of his metal desk with maps pinned to the walls around him, was a man that looked hardly like the ruthless pirate he was made out to be. The sun coming from the wall of windows off to the side seemed to shine off of him. He had all of the proper clothes on to be a pirate. He had a ruffled up, white shirt that was pulled past his elbows and black gloves on both hands. His pants were a sandy brown and they were cut off just below his knees by tall, dark brown boots done up by laces coming out of golden holes. He had a dark red coat with gold bordering hanging over his shoulders, about ready to fall off. A black hat with golden trim and a bright red feather was tipped on his head, revealing a lot of gorgeous blonde hair. His eyes looked like bright emeralds that shone with his cocky grin. One leg was crossed over the other as he leaned back on his hands, looking at Alfred directly in the eyes.
"Are you going to sit there speechless all day or are you actually going to talk to me?" his voice was smooth and smiled a little wider, just enough for Alfred to see his pearl-white teeth. He didn't look anything like a pirate. His skin was so fair and pale that it looked like he'd never done a day of work in his life, or even seen the sun. His hair, though it looked messy, was perfectly cropped and it was obvious this man cared about his appearances.
"So," Alfred cleared his throat, attempting to recover, and closed the door behind him with a heavy clank. The inside of his room wasn't made entirely out of metal, luckily. Alfred had to live in it and so he'd made sure it at least looked comfortable. It cost a fortune to get actual wood in it, but it was well worth it, so were the comfortable couch and bed laid out. "You're Arthur Kirkland?"
"Yes, I am," he said proudly, leaning forward to rest his head in his palm his elbow propped on his leg, acting as if he was bored. "You must be captain of this ship, yeah?"
"Yes, I am," Alfred mimicked him. He crossed his arms in front of his chest and leaned against the door behind him. It was obvious with the way this man was talking and sitting. This man wanted to be here…
"You know, I find it odd that you're getting the credit for capturing me," Captain Kirkland smirked, leaning forward slightly. "Yet, this is the first time I have had the pleasure of seeing you. Captain Jones, am I correct?" Alfred set his jaw. At least this man knew that he wasn't Admiral Jones.
"I gotta say, that poster you have everywhere does nothing to flatter what you really look like," Alfred stated, changing the subject.
"I can tell by the way you're staring at me," Captain Kirkland responded calmly, his smirk only growing.
"I'm curious, what's your plan?" Alfred asked.
"Plan?" Captain Kirkland just laughed, tilting his head back slightly. If Alfred weren't intimidated so much by this man, he would have noticed how wonderful of a sound it was. "From what I can tell, you have me right where you want me."
"And right where you seem to want to be," Alfred said, slowly walking towards him. "I've heard the stories about you."
"There are stories of me?" Captain Kirkland raised an eyebrow, which Alfred just noticed were massive. For some reason, though, it wasn't unattractive.
If you wanted to get away, you would be gone by now, especially if you're as calm as you are now. Are you planning something?" Alfred stopped just in front of the man, his arms crossed in front of his chest in an attempt to look more intimidating.
"My, my, are you attempting to be intimidating, Captain Jones?" Captain Kirkland asked.
"Call me Alfred," Alfred said simply. He didn't know what possessed him to say that to someone like him. He usually didn't like to be called Jones because so many people just related that to his father. None of his crew called him by his last name.
"Well, Alfred," Captain Kirkland said and stood up, leaving their faces just inches apart. "I know a few things about you, as I am sure you know many things about me. You are, by far, the youngest Captain in any Navy in the world currently. You did not undergo a lot of the basic training required for such a position." Captain Kirkland was smiling now and Alfred let out a low growl. How the hell did this pirate know so much about him? Why did he seem so interested? "Your father was the one that gave you this position, am I correct? And you were sent to some of the most peaceful waters so you wouldn't mess anything up. And despite your reputation as a screw-up, you are obsessed with being a hero. And you can never resist a challenge."
"Do you intend to challenge me?" Alfred asked, ignoring his hands that were balled into shaking fists. Oh, what he would give to punch that man in the face that instant, but the Navy wanted Captain Kirkland in his best condition for the torture he would receive as punishment for being a pirate. But he was very tempted to beat the shit out of him.
"If the way you are acting is anyway to judge," Captain Kirkland smirked, glancing at Alfred's fists and placing a calm hand on top of them. Alfred narrowed his eyes at him, "then I think I already am."
"Maybe you are," Alfred shrugged and took a small step back to ensure some breathing room between the two. "But I can tell you want to be here. I'm several feet away from that unlocked door and I'm unarmed. And yet you're just talking to me."
"Well, why would I want to be here?" Captain Kirkland quickly closed the gap between them once again and leaned closer to Alfred, who leaned back slightly to ensure they had distance between their faces. Captain Kirkland was shorter than him, but not by much, and it was still intimidating. "If you're such a detective."
"Hell do I know," Alfred shrugged, attempting to seem undaunted by whatever the pirate was doing in an attempt to distract him.
"Then mind if I keep going on about you?" Captain Kirkland smirked, taking a step towards Alfred, which lead in the latter to take a step backwards. What was he doing? "I believe it is obvious. You are attempting to prove something by capturing me."
"Am I?" Alfred tried to look cocky and tilt his head to the side. Captain Kirkland took another step forward and he took another step back.
"Captain Alfred!" a sailor opened the door behind them, shattering the tense atmosphere. Captain Kirkland snorted slightly and Alfred let out a sigh and swiftly turned around.
"Yes?" Alfred snapped at the boy jumped.
"You've been in here for a while, sir" the sailor said cautiously. "The men were getting scared something was happening."
"Maybe I should have locked that door," Alfred grumbled under his breath and walked up to the boy, talking to him in a hushed voice that he hoped Captain Kirkland couldn't hear. "I'm working on it. How far away are we?"
"From homeland, sir?" the sailor asked and Alfred nodded. "A few hours, sir. The men are wondering what it is you are doing…sir."
"Don't worry about it," Alfred muttered, glancing back at the pirate captain, who was smugly looking at him. What was he doing, again? He pointed towards the main deck. "Next time you come in here, it will be to tell me that we're docked and ready to get this show on the road, got it sailor?"
"Yes, sir," the sailor nodded and ran off, his boots clanging against the metal.
"Your crew is rather poorly behaved," Captain Kirkland laughed cockily as Alfred closed the door "Not a person in my own crew would dare enter my quarters without my express permission."
"Where is your crew?" Alfred asked curiously and turned around. He was a little startled to see that the Captain was already so close to him, to the side of the door.
"They are staying on my ship," Captain Kirkland smirked. Alfred also noticed that his hat and jacket seemed to have fallen off, into the middle of his cabin floor. "Because I told them to."
"Yeah, well, American's don't like to follow orders," Alfred shrugged and Captain Kirkland raised an eyebrow.
"Oh?" He asked and stepped forward again. The same game. What was he planning? Alfred tried to discreetly find a way to look behind him to see what the pirate was doing, but couldn't do it.
"We really don't like people telling us what to do," Alfred explained and Captain Kirkland took another step forward, making him step back. One of his carpets was underfoot and his interest piqued.
"Interesting," Captain Kirkland hummed. "Considering how many layers of leadership your 'wonderful' country has."
"Why do you want to be here?" Alfred asked, attempting to stand his ground where he stood, but Captain Kirkland just continued to lean closer and he had to take a step back. His foot hit something and he glanced back to look at it, finally. It was his couch…
"You must know I have a plan, Captain," Captain Kirkland smirked as Alfred looked back, his face dangerously close. Alfred leaned back slightly and was thankful when the pirate didn't move any closer.
"What would this plan be, then?" Alfred asked. "As my prisoner, you are required to tell me."
"Am I?" Captain Kirkland raised an eyebrow and began to play with the top button of Alfred's uniform.
"Are you trying to be seductive now?" Alfred asked, smirking.
"Isn't that what pirates stereotypically do?" Captain Kirkland laughed and opened the button with minimal effort. "I know someone like you should hate pirates. Yet you seemed rather giddy to see me."
"Just because you have a pretty face doesn't mean I'm going to fall for you," Alfred stated.
"I don't need just my face, Captain," the pirate chuckled. "You may not like Captain Kirkland much, though I have a feeling you would have quite liked Arthur Kirkland."
"How about you tell me about him, then?" Alfred asked, thankful that Captain Kirkland wasn't going any further. He was about to be in a very compromising position on that couch and he didn't want that to happen in front of a pirate, of all people. "Then I can make up my mind."
"He was quite the goodie-two-shoes," Captain Kirkland grinned. "Well on his way to being a scholar, in fact. He would have probably been a teacher by now, like he'd always wanted to be. His brothers would practically torture him all day, but he would never take any shit from anyone. Becoming a pirate never even crossed his mind."
"So, what happened to him?" Alfred asked. If he was willing to give up his entire backstory, that was good for him, but Alfred was still going to be wary about it.
"I killed him," Captain Kirkland said calmly, opening another button and revealing a small part of the shirt Alfred wore under the jacket.
"A little harsh, don't you think?" Alfred let out a small laugh.
"Yes, well he still pops into my head every day as revenge," Captain Kirkland sighed and moved to lightly stroke Alfred's hair, oddly enough. "You can consider it my weakness."
"Going back to flirting, Arthur?" Alfred laughed slightly. As long as he avoided that one little cowlick, he would be fine.
"I've heard about your supposed weakness," Captain Kirkland hummed, casually moving his gloved hand to the top of Alfred's head. "You know, that damn strand of hair of yours is getting in the way…"
"Wait, what are you-" Alfred stopped dead in his tracks when Captain Kirkland tripped tightly onto that one little cowlick. It sent an all too familiar feeling down the pit of his stomach. "O-Okay…Let's just…let that go…"
"How is that even possible?" Captain Kirkland laughed, pulling on it and Alfred closed his eyes tightly, remembering not to fall back onto that couch.
"Yeah, I don't know, now let go!"
"You don't like feeling submissive, do you?" Captain Kirkland asked, happily rubbing the cowlick between his fingers now.
"No, no I don't," Alfred muttered quickly and fumbled behind himself. He wasn't stupid. He'd tucked a pistol into the back of his pants, covering it with his jacket. He pulled it out, took off the safety, cocked it, and pointed it at Captain Kirkland's chest.
"How amusing," Captain Kirkland snorted before freeing Alfred's cowlick and swatting the gun away, leaving it to clatter onto the floor. "I knew you were not stupid enough to confront me unarmed."
"Yeah, well, everybody lies, Arthur," Alfred shrugged, glancing at his last hope. He still had a pair of handcuffs with him, too. If he really had to restrain Captain Kirkland that way, he would.
"Funny, I don't think a hero should be one to lie," Captain Kirkland smirked before he did what Alfred dreaded he would and pushed him into the couch. Alfred attempted to stop himself on his elbows, but then Captain Kirkland did something else unexpected. He pressed his warm tongue onto where the buttons on his jacket stopped and slid it slowly up Alfred's neck, puffing air in just the right places, and ending and the tip of his chin. Alfred was so surprised that he'd allowed himself to be pushed back, into the couch, his head hitting against the back.
"Bastard," Alfred muttered as Captain Kirkland smirked, sitting so that he straddled the Navy Captain.
"Don't be so annoying," Captain Kirkland muttered before swiftly gripping onto Alfred's cowlick and twisting it at the same time as he rubbed it.
"Ah-hah," Alfred made the mistake of arching his back slightly as he cried out and Captain Kirkland smirked.
"Do you enjoy that?" he asked, humming into Alfred's neck before biting down on just the place to make Alfred cry out again. He sucked on it expertly and pulled back. Alfred gritted his teeth, that would leave a mark for everyone to see. He damned the thick walls of his room that disabled him from calling for help, not like he could with Captain Kirkland distracting him like he was.
"Get the hell off me," Alfred muttered through his pants and Captain Kirkland chuckled before, licking up the side of his neck, stopping at his ear to nibble at the shell before turning to lick his cheek.
"So you deny that you enjoy it?" Captain Kirkland laughed, biting his cheek as well. "Is that it?"
"I may be gay, Captain," Alfred panted heavily as expert hands rubbed up his thighs before moving his legs apart, "but that does not mean I want this."
"What does wanting it have to do with anything?" Captain Kirkland smirked before capturing Alfred's mouth in a kiss. Alfred's eyes opened wide as the pirate commanded entrance, exploring the entirety of Alfred's mouth. Alfred moaned slightly, arching into the expert hands and attempting to pant through his nose so that he could breathe. "It's all about enjoyment," Captain Kirkland smirked as he pulled back, a thin trail of saliva connecting their mouths until Alfred broke it, looking away.
"Get the hell off of me," Alfred growled.
"Or what will you do?" Captain Kirkland smirked, his hands finding a way under his jacket and his cold fingers moving to explore Alfred's warm chest. Alfred couldn't stop himself from crying out as the pirate tweaked at his nipples. "Call for help?"
"I-I'll…ah!" Alfred couldn't think properly in this condition, let alone speak a sentence. When Captain Kirkland bit onto that cowlick before putting all of it into his mouth and sucking it, Alfred lost it. He didn't care anymore. He gripped onto the pirate's head and pulled him away from his hair, entering him into another kiss. He did not stand a chance of gaining anything, becoming putty at the pirate's hands. His legs were spread more, the hands touched the perfect places.
He didn't even notice his own hands move behind his back until he felt something cold clamp around them and Arthur pulled back with a smirk.
"You know, you should not keep handcuffs on your person if you do not intend to use them," Captain Kirkland laughed, keeping his lips dangerously close to Alfred's. The distraught Navy Captain wanted nothing more than to continue what they had, but his foggy mind was slowly returning to reality. Those were his handcuffs…around his own wrists.
"What…" Alfred panted and Captain Kirkland smirked, pulling the man to his feet by his collar. Alfred could barely stand and Captain Kirkland laughed at him.
"You've made it far too easy, Captain Jones," Captain Kirkland smirked and turned to bite the other side of Alfred's neck, sucking on it to the point where Alfred's knees buckled beneath him. "I quite expected you to be stronger willed than this. Tsk, tsk, falling for a pirate's trick, of all things?"
"You bastard," Alfred muttered and attempted to move out of his grip, to turn for the door and yell out.
"Ah-ah! We can't have anyone noticing too soon, now can we?" Captain Kirkland gripped onto the front of Alfred's pants to keep him close, his cold fingers delicately brushing his skin.
"What are you doing?" Alfred panted as Arthur ran his free hand up Alfred's neck, stopping only to circle the hickey he'd left on that side.
"You wanted to know my plan earlier, correct?" Captain Kirkland smirked before roughly turning him around and pulling him by the chain on the handcuffs. Alfred felt oddly cold without the man right beside him and trembled slightly, trying to return to reality again. "Alfred F. Jones, the favored son of Admiral Jones, a young man and the perfect target. Obsessed with being a hero, he wouldn't be able to resist going after the elusive Captain Arthur Kirkland," he breathed his name onto Alfred's neck and he shivered. "Now that I've captured you, though, I can have a little fun."
The pirate pulled out his own gun with a smirk and Alfred had to wonder how the man had been able to hide it. He shot repeatedly at the wall of windows, shattering them and Alfred felt his heart begin to beat faster as he became more aware. They were in the middle of the ocean, far away from any civilization, and he was about to be kidnapped by Captain Arthur Kirkland.
"You'll like being a pirate, love," Captain Kirkland smirked, licking at Alfred's neck for a second. Alfred could hear the panicked clanking of footsteps around them. "It's great fun. And we don't like to follow rules, either." With that, Alfred was shoved out of the opening he'd created in the window, left to fall down, into the ocean. He screamed, but he was cut off as he plunged into the blue ocean. He kicked his legs furiously in an attempt to keep his head above the water.
He choked on the salt water as he struggled to stay up then he looked up, where his cabin was. A few crew members looked down and he didn't have time to call for help before Captain Kirkland's jacket fell from the cabin and covered his head. Alfred fell beneath the water again, struggling to see and get up, coughing as his legs quickly started to grow tired.
There was a large splash beside him of who he assumed was Captain Kirkland. After a few more seconds of struggling and coughing, he heard the pirate laugh beside him.
"Are you tired already?" Captain Kirkland laughed, moving the jacket out of Alfred's eyes. Somewhere in his fall, Alfred had lost his glasses and so his vision was blurry. "What a shame, if your legs cannot work for this long, I can only imagine how painful it will be."
"How painful what will be?" Alfred panted through his coughing as Captain Kirkland swiftly swam so that Alfred was between him and the ship. Alfred noticed a few crew members pointing guns at them. "Stand down!" he yelled at them. As much as he didn't want to be taken by a pirate, he didn't want to be shot in the ocean, either.
"Well, it will start with tonight, of course," Captain Kirkland purred into Alfred's ear and Alfred shivered. "I'm not cruel, I started something I know I can finish later. Then we may continue for a few days after, depending on how…entertaining you prove to be."
"I'm not your whore," Alfred growled as the pirate began to swim into the blue depths of the ocean and dragged Alfred with him. Alfred was left to watch as his massive, metal ship slowly moved away while he couldn't do anything to stop it.
"It's not like you have a choice," Captain Kirkland smirked. "Not to worry, though, you will be my favorite, I am sure."
"Fuck off," Alfred growled.
"Have you not been listening?" Captain Kirkland stopped swimming to forcefully pull Alfred into a kiss. He was very low on air, still coughing out water, and quickly became dizzy as Captain Kirkland made it impossible to breathe, his tongue grazing over every possible place in his mouth. "I would rather fuck you."
Happy April Fool's Day! Anyone that read, favorited, followed, reviewed in the past is probably very confused. Those of you that didn't, here's a nice little oneshot! Thing is, I wrote this a while ago and now I've decided to rewrite it and I love it so much more! I did this on April Fool's Day mainly because of all of the reviews and follows I got for this thing when I wrote it originally. A lot of people wanted more, even though it was a one shot.
I'm here to tell you that this might continue, depending on how I'm feeling. I'm not entirely sure, really. I'm incredibly busy as of late, so this was practically a miracle. If you want anymore, you'll just have to wait and hope that I'll be charitable.
Another reason why I posted this today? In a sense, Alfred kind of got a little bit of his own prank up there from Captain Kirkland. You sneaky pirate, luring him in with all of your charm, shame on you. It was rather hot, though, I must say…
Anyway, I'm done rambling! I hope you've had a great April Fool's day (or are still having or are about to have…screw time zones) and please review!
