Just a small, short story inspired by the feeling I get when I listen to a certain song. I do not own any of the
characters, nor the awesomeness, Fairy Tail, itself.
Swirling emotions danced about the room as they spun, circle, step, step, twirl.
Lucy loved the feeling of being thrown out, spinning, then being pulled back into the arms of her special person.
It was delightful.
He smiled as he heard the delicious bubbles of sweet giggles and laughter come from Lucy's mouth.
Her white summer dress twirled and spun out like a twirling flower.
Soon, the mood changed along with the song.
Loke smiled, he had listened to this song before coming to escort Lucy to the Ball. He started humming to it.
They soon fell in step with each others movements, and in synch with each other, they both began to hum to the
rhythm.
Lucy clasped his hands with hers as she looked up to smile sweetly at him.
There was something different in her eyes, something about them made Loke realize that this dance, this moment
between the two of them was not ordinary.
Something had changed.
He smiled as his heart beat quicker and quicker by the second as she laid her head on his chest.
He felt like he could do anything.
He brought his hand to her waist and pushed her closer, he knew that she could hear the loud Thu-thmp Thu-thmp
of his heart.
He wanted to wrap this moment up and lock it away forever, the scent of vanilla and lavender, the hushed whispers
and giggles of the spectators, the bright, white little lights that twinkled like little stars, but most of all he wanted to
remember her.
He wanted all of it.
Suddenly, she pulled away slowly, releasing his hand.
Confused, Loke started to say something. Lucy looked serious for a second, she raised her hand, and slowly
reached behind his head.
She gently grabbed the back of his head, guiding it closer to her. Before their lips could meet, she closed her eyes
and said whispered ''I love you."
The song faded away, leaving the cheers of the guild members to fill the air.
