Epilogue

I year later

I smiled at the beauty of my wedding dress; Rebekah stood behind me weaving flowers through my blonde curly hair and smiled "You're going to be a lovely bride. My brother's going to love this."

I remembered the hard work Klaus and his family did to get the mortals in line to go along with our plan. And hunting down those who would rise up against us, Elijah of course made sure with my help that Klaus didn't kill all of them, we needed some labor help to build our palace to live in and new homes suitable for the werewolf and vampire race.

The world was at peace, humans knew there place and the supernaturals were on top but still below us. They knew not to cross us, there kings and queens.

My Mother lived high up with us because Klaus said that she was going to be his Mother-In-Law and she needed to live as comfortable as possible. Elena lived with Damon and Jeremy with Anna. They decided to live on a farm because of its rolling lands and peace from civilization where they could be themselves. I came to visit them every week or so, they were my family and were the only one to stand by me though the dark times.

I smiled at my image in the mirror the pure white dress that brought out my features and waist "Let us go on to my wedding."

Rebekah smiled in her bride's maid dress "Oh I love weddings, first in this family to get married of course is Nik."

The wedding was a lovely even with everyone still living from the battle come to view us. The event was high in the mountain were me and Nik and the family lived for months hiding out from the council and rebels. The flowers in bloom and the many trees swaying in the wind, this was the final event to my chapter as who I used to be, but also to our planets old ways; with the start of my marriage between me and Niklaus.

I breathed as I walked down the ail, when I reached Klaus he breathed also and smirked and whisper to me "You look lovely my Caroline."

"You look handsome yourself Klaus."

We said our wedding vows in front of the whole planet. Klaus's family smiled at us. Elena was sitting with Damon, Jeremy with Anna. They all looked happy for us, and for setting them free, Splendora clapped for us and twilled little rose petals in the wind in all directions with her magic.

My Mother nodded at us just happy for me; with my Father gone she was free to be herself and to move on if she chose to do so.

Elijah announced "I present to you your King Niklaus and your Queen Caroline Mikaelson. Long live the King and Queen!"

The echo could be heart "Long live the King and Queen!"

My Mother and Jeremy and Damon yelled "Long live the Mikaelson Family!"

With that said Rebekah and Kol came up to stand with me and Klaus and Elijah. We all smiled and heard "Long live the Mikaelson's families! Long Shaw they rule!"

The family held hands as the citizens bowed down to them. The planet was at peace, I smiled at how my new life would be with Klaus.

And the other planets were under our control now, we appointed officials to run the other planets. Every month we would visit to see how thing went.

I turned to Klaus and kissed him "I love you Klaus."

"I love you to my Caroline, my queen," Said Klaus bringing me close to him.

"I'm so glad you came into my life. You've changed my existence and brought me out of the shadows."

Klaus smiled at that "This is where you belong my love. And never shaw that happen to your or are future children."

I smiled at that thought, and closed my eyes as I imagined our lives together forever. None shaw take this away from me or my new brothers and sister. I'm finally happy and so is Klaus.
