A/N: It's lame I know but I was bored and started daydreaming and this popped into my mind. Don't own anyone. Please review :3

Harry had finally decided that the children were old enough to eat outside at a restaurant. Hence, the entire family (plus Teddy) decided to go grab a bite at Ginny's favourite muggle restaurant. Harry was insistent that it be a muggle restaurant….he hated when the reporters tried to catch him off guard with his family. They were halfway through lunch without any incidents (except of course for James putting salt into Al's water and tabasco in Teddy's food) when a short, blonde woman walked up to their table.

"Harry Potter! Oh remember me? We went to school together," she exclaimed loud enough for others to hear before bending down and whispering "I'm so glad that you're out here with your family. Could you just answer a few questions? I mean, you wouldn't want to seem suspicious by just ignoring me and leaving would you?"

Sighing, Harry had no choice but to comply. He should have known that at least one pesky reporter would try and follow them. Making a mental note to disguise his entire family the next time they left the house, he turned to her and smiled, saying "Listen here. I just want to have a simple lunch with my family so it would be great if you could leave."

"Oh come one…a few questions wouldn't hurt. I mean, you wouldn't want to open the paper tomorrow and read that the Perfect Chosen Oneis actually a high and mighty person who wouldn't even talk to a simple reporter like me," she said with a smirk on her face. She surely was going to get this interview and be promoted.

Before Harry or Ginny could say a word, the five year old Lily opened her mouth and blurted out "Daddy's not perfect. He's a broken person!" No one at the table said a word as thoughts ran through their minds.

The reporter: Oh gosh oh gosh. This is just getting more interesting

Harry: That's it. My reputation's destroyed. Now my family will just be pushed into the limelight even more…

Ginny: …Maybe we shouldn't have used our history as her bedtime stories. This is going to be a huge scandal tomorrow.

Ted, James and Al: She may be Dad's favourite but she's grounded for sure after this.

The reporter recovered the first and without even trying to conceal her joy at finding this gem of a report, asked the little girl what she meant.

"He's broken. He has a crack on his head you see! It looks the same as when James smashed Mum's vase!" she explained, pointing at her father's scar.

Silence.

And then, with a loud guffaw, Harry turned to the reporter and said "Well, there you go. I'm a broken man. Go and report this and leave us alone. " With a final chilling glare, he said "Seriously though, if you don't leave now, I'll be forced to take action"

The reporter staggered back, her report was doomed. Shaking her head at her failure, she left.

"Lily dear…"

"Yes daddy?"

"You gave me a fright but…Good job!"

And with that, they continued their joyous family meal. Needless to say, that was the last time Harry let his children speak to the reporters.
