Yes, there's a story there, I'm getting to it. And yes, this is the first time in nearly three years that you have heard from me. I'm just letting you all know that I'm still alive and kicking, and have full intentions of finishing all my current fics.

Why the long wait? Well.

First, I got Shanghaied by the Supernatural fandom (need I say more...)

. . . And then life droped a metric ton of shit on me. I got kicked out of my Nursing Degree because of a tech error (don't ask. I don't know.) Then, my mum got pericarditis bad enough that she is now on the waiting list for a heart transplant, with a two year safety margin. The average wait time is three years. My little sister's cancer came out of remission, with a vengence, and to top it all off I am currently helping my friend raise her child because her partner was an arsehole and left her with nothing but a bruise on her two-year-old's cheek.

So, yes.

Fanfiction took to the backburner for a while, but I am trying to get back into it. But please, don't expect speedy or regular updates. I don't want to disappoint people.

Ahem.

So, the reason for the name change is both simple and a long story. I'd been meaning to change it for a while, simply for the fact that I have grown up. I came up with "FandomNutter" when I first joined , which was when I was about 15. Yeah.

The reason for "BlueBeanieFrog" is because I actually have a blue beanie frog (see my profile pic) and it was my lucky charm as a kid. And since I'm in desperate need of any sort of luck nowadays. . . .
