Dean was following this creek for what seemed like days, walking tirelessly, searching for his angel.

The anticipation and suspense that he really would find Cas at the end of it was killing him.

But wait- there was the clearing. Finally! Dean ran, and in the distance he could see a crouching figure.

Could it be? "Cas!" Dean yelled, running towards him. "Dean?" Cas wondered, squinting through the rain.

"Oh, Cas…" Dean said, but trailed off and clutched Cas close. "Dean… I've missed you," Cas said quietly, holding onto Dean tightly, gripping his dirty leather jacket.

"Cas you have no idea how much I've missed you," Dean said, cupping his hands to Cas' face. He kissed him once, than twice, than three times, again and again and again, until the void he felt when Cas went missing was filled.

Dean started crying, his tears mixing with the rain pouring down his face. "Shh, it's okay, Dean," said Cas quietly, his gruff voice anything but comforting, although to Dean it was.

"Here," said Cas, walking over to the edge of the forest and sitting down, Dean joining him. They simply sat there, holding each other, and that was all either of them needed.

Dean didn't say it, but the look in his sad green eyes was saying "don't ever leave," and the look in Cas' bright blue eyes were saying, "I'll never leave you again."
