Annis recognized him sometime during the dinner.

She hadn't really been thinking about him when Arthur came in; she would have assumed that Arthur would have left him at home. How often did people bring their fools along on such dangerous missions? Arthur could not possibly be so starved for entertainment.

But then, the simpleton had followed Arthur three years ago even into enemy camp. Perhaps he was like a dog; she knew an idiot in her town who only followed his sister about, and would be completely lost otherwise.

This boy seemed more intelligent that her acquaintance, of course; she could see it in his face.

But he was definitely loyal. And he served well, too.

Annis liked this fool of Arthur's. She was glad that she had let him live those years ago.

She felt rather kindly at the moment, and so she decided.

There was nothing performers liked better than to perform. She would give this one a chance to.

You may or may not know that I'm also on this site as Kitty O. But since my story got removed, I can't publish anything as that today. But what happened made me think that I might be ready to leave . Don't get me wrong. This site meant a lot to me. It helped me when I needed distraction, and was a welcome part of growing up during a time when... I'm not going to lie, I really needed something. But that time is long over, and... I'm kind of growing up, you know? I might be wrong, but I think I'm ready to go now. I'm not going to lose the fandom... I have a tumblr now for that! And I don't plan to get rid of my stories or account; I'll still want to read things. Just... after I finish the stories I'm working on, I'm going to be working on getting off and not posting anymore. Weaning myself off.

So, Rebukes and Reviews got removed. I'm pretty upset about it, but I know it is one of my more popular stories, and I flatter myself that people would be a little sad to lose their chance to talk about Merlin after the episode. I would be willing the repost this chapter if anyone knows a place where I could do that... But I don't know if I will continue with the reviews. I just don't know, honestly, what I'm going to end up doing.
