Hai :3 my names Alexa (otherwise known as Honeyfern!) and I guess you could call me a fantasy fanatic! I love reading I read quite fast if I like the book but if I don't then I read quite slowly! Some other things you might want to know are im an only child I love cats! I am literally in LOVE with the hunger games I am SUCH a fangirl ask my friend flowersandrainbows123 (also check out her stories they are really good!)i am planning on going to jennifer laurences new movie house at the end of the street, in tribute gear (if I can find any!) i also love cycling and chocolate. I will probably read more than 3 books but if I don't then sorry because at the moment I don't know how thick the classic books i want to read are going to be! I will try not to give away any plot twists either. The first book I will be blogging about is: The Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare. This series was recommended to me by my friend charlotte who had read the mortal instruments (which I read and LOVED!) and she told me to read this series, which is a kind of, off cut time before, sort of book she also said they would be better than the mortal instruments. So im reading them to find out! (I have read the first book in the series already so I am blogging about the second) thanks for reading my amazing reveiwers and hope you like this one even if it is an English project!

Ok start of my Blog...

The Clockwork Prince: Cassandra Clare (infernal Devices)
chapters 1-5 : so far this book has been good Tessa, Will and Jem (otherwise known as James) have been sent to the court for there 'crime' even though I think it is obvious that they are innocent Cassandra described this bit very well, I especially liked the description of the abbey in which it is set. I really love tessa and jem but I find will VERY stubborn and quite annoying but this is my opinion. They are saying that the lightwoods would do anything to get there hands on the institute (which is the place were Tessa is living and which charlotte and Henry own). They HATE the lightwoods which I thought was quite ironic as in the mortal instruments the herondales are best friends with the lightwoods and Jace and Alec (who are in the mortal instruments) are parabati. This means they are joined together in a brotherly bond until the end of time. They finally leave the chapel, and nothing much happens for a bit and then it is announced that the employees and people living in the institute don't have enough fighting training. This could prove a problem, as they are in quite a dangerous situation Tessa being a shapeshifter and all that. So to stop the lightwoods from getting the institute it is set up that they get to train tessa to fight. She hates this as it is set in the olden days and she feels manly wearing fighting gear (aka trousers and long sleeved black tops). After this (in chapter 4) it is found out that they are actually a step above the lightwoods as they know a powerful man who could help them win the court back so tessa, will and jem set off to meet him in his huge mansion in the country.
