A/N: I know that updates have been far and in between for a while. I can't promise that there will be fluid updates after this one but I do have a few ideas as to where to go next. Most of this chapter is just brief notes on where I wanted to go but I seem to be having problems with putting my thoughts together. After this update I plan to go through and fix up the previous chapters, grammar wise and maybe change a few things. Should I keep Harry paired with Cho?

Siren's Call

Previously, Hermione went to Hogsmeade with Cedric and then to the Twins Shop before heading back to the Burrow for lunch.

Chapter 14

After the trip to Hogsmeade, Hermione could concentrate a little bit more on her studies. Harry and Cho seemed to be spending a little more time with each other but not much because between Quidditch and spying on Malfoy he didn't seem to have as much time for anything else.

There were days that were quite comical, Malfoy could be seen racing around secretly and Harry could be seen racing after him only to lose him. The chase reminded Dean Thomas of the Tom and Jerry cartoon, started a comic strip that he would illustrate and share with Neville, Ginny and sometimes Hermione when she was in the common room. They would have a good laugh about it but vowed to never show harry because he would get really upset with them about it. And they couldn't show Ron because he would show Harry.

Dean was explaining the Tom and Jerry Cartoon to Neville one afternoon in the common room after classes when Harry and Ron walked to the portrait hole. "Wait so the mouse does more damage to the cat?" Neville asked confused.

"Do I even want to know what you're talking about mate?" Ron asked announcing his and Harrys arrival.

"Harry," Dean said, "I'm trying to explain Tom and Jerry."

Harry let out a laugh, "Oh wow," Harry said still laughing, "Think of Hermione's cat Crookshanks and Ron's pet Rat in third year minus all their yelling and screaming at each other and more things scattered around and missing and mayhem caused by two pets."

Neville, Dean, and Ron started laughing loudly.

While harry is meeting with Dumbledore the rest the of the crew that accompanied harry in 5th year to the ministry of magic to rescue Sirius learn how to become an Animagus by professor McGonigal. Hermione lounges around in her flying Pegasus form with Sirius and her father on the full moon at Christmas. After which he tells her that he's asked Tonks to marry him and she's said yes. Hermione is delightfully happy.

Hermione gets to spend part of the holiday at the cottage with her mates where they lounge around, make love, eat like crazy, have more sex and come up with an escape plan and a safe place to meet should things get hairy. After their plan is set in motion they return to the burrow for the rest of the holiday.

Ginny spends her time gushing to Hermione about Neville and how she's sure he's the one. Hermione is happy for her, and tell the girl that she should tell him. Ginny decides that she will.

A/N: I'm sorry that it's so short. I've been reading back through the story and I came up with a few ideas but I think I am going to fix up the story some while I feel like writing. College classes start back up in august and I haven't had much free time to sit down and brain storm on where I want to go with this story; But I'm going to finish it I promise. Even if I have to do little snippet fillers like this until I can concentrate and actually come up with ideas.
