Summary: Denmark thought it would be fun to tease Germany in his sleep. Oh, how wrong he was...

I have some watched some videos on Youtube where one person was sleeping, then the other would tease him/her and then get themselves caught in an awkward moment. I've seen some Hetalia-versions with them. I thought that it would be funny if I used the same idea for a fanfic.

This fanfic is in Denmark's POV, by the way.

I was out for a walk when something caught my attention. Curious, I walked to the thing – or more like, a person I realized when I got closer – and found out that it was Germany, who was sleeping on the grass. He must have been really tired.

I stared at him with more curiosity, then looked both sides. Seeing no one else in the sight, I grinned to myself and bent down on my knees. I decided to mess with him, it's going to be so much fun.

I poked him lightly. When he didn't react the first time, I brought my hand to his face and began poking his nose. I slowly moved my finger to tickle him a bit. Germany got a little annoyed, though not awaken yet, and tried to snap after whatever tickled him, but I moved away my hand before he could catch it.

I giggled to myself. I was right, it was very funny. I wasn't done yet, I decided to tease him again. I leaned a little closer to him and blew some air on his face. He moved his hand again but I moved quickly away before he could even touch me.

I laughed a little. I couldn't help it. It was so fun to tease him, especially when he doesn't even know it.

I leaned to him once again – big mistake. Suddenly he wrapped his arms around me unconsciously. I'm trapped! I tried to lift myself free, struggling with his grip but he was too strong. I changed my position so my whole body was on top of his. I tried again but to no avail.

"Oh my..."

My eyes widened when I heard the voice. Someone must have seen me with Germany. I slowly turned my head to see a shocked and embarrassed Japan, whose cheeks is very bright red.

Oh no...

"This is not what you think!"

"G-gomenasai, Denmark-san..." Japan apologized, bowing to me before leaving. I reached my hand after him. "Wait!" I shouted out after him but it was too late. He already left. I glanced back at the sleeping Germany with an embarrassed look on my face.

There is one word who can describe this awkward situation very well.

"Lort."

Translation:

Gomenasai - Sorry(Japanese)

Lort - Shit/crap(Danish)

Poor Denmark. It's going to be very awkward when Germany wakes up XD

I think some people would prefer Italy to tease Germany in his sleep, but I thought it would be funnier with Denmark since he looks like a type who would do that.
