Walking down the hall with a smile on her face, Rachel Berry still couldn't believe her luck; Jesse St. James had just surprised her in the library. Rachel's smile faded slightly when she remembered telling him she was ready to have sex even though she wasn't. Rachel was pulled out of her thoughts as she saw Kurt flying towards her. He bashed into her, sending them both into the lockers. She peered up at Azimio, who was laughing at the two of them on the floor. Rachel looked down at her arm, which was stinging and wet; her eyes widened at the crimson blood dripping down her arm. She stayed down, not wanting to get up when Azimio is still near.

However, Kurt tried to get up instantly, pretending not to care and to help Rachel up. But Azimio didn't hesitate to push him back into Rachel before walking off, laughing the entire time. As soon as he was gone, Kurt stood up and extended his hand to help Rachel; that was when he saw the tears in her eyes threatening to fall, her expression pale and pained, crimson red blood trickling down her arm. "Rachel!" he exclaimed loudly, getting the attention of a few stragglers who came to help. A first, he thought.

"Rachel! Who did this to you?" Puck asked as he appeared by her side. His face looked dangerous and he was obviously ready to kill, it was a look that everybody had seen simply shook her head, not answering, and stood up. She used the padlocks on the lockers as handholds as she starts climbing her way up to stand. Puck instantly takes her arm to assist her. Rachel notices that he was waiting for an answer, but her first priority was to get her first aid kit.

"Rachel, you need to go to the nurse," Kurt told her, to which, Rachel responded by shaking her head. Rachel watched as Kurt grabbed the towel from her locker and pressed it against her arm, and she winced. Puck saw her face and his glare deepened, "Rachel" he said, still holding her good arm. After a few moments, he saw one of the football players laughing and headed in their direction, leaving Rachel with Kurt, While Rachel was distracted by Puck'sbehaviour, Kurt took hold of her good arm and instantly steered her toward the nurse's office.

"No. They'll tell my dads," she protested when she realized where they were heading.

"And…?" Kurt asked.

"I don't want them to know! They don't even know about the slushie facials."

"Your parents know nothing about us Glee kids being… made fun of?"

"No" Rachel confirmed, shaking her head. She stopped them outside the nurse's office, not wanting to go in. "If they find out, they won't like it."

"I don't think any parent would like to know –"

"Kurt, I am serious. If they find out about even half of the stuff that happens, they would probably try moving me schools."

Kurt felt saddened and conflicted by this knowledge. "You need to get that arm looked at." He took her to the nurse and explained what happen and after much protest from Rachel, the nurse still called her dads just like she knew they would.

That evening, Rachel, Leroy and Hiram all sat down, to discuss what had happened today and why it happened.

"Rachel, tell us what has been happening," Leroy encouraged her, taking a deep breath, hoping things weren't that bad.

After a few moments, Rachel looked at her dads. "It mostly started when I joined glee. Glee is known as the lowest of the low and is targeted - by bullies. They aren't usually violent. I haven't been seriously injured before. It was an accident. Usually they just throw slushies in our faces. But because Kurt is gay, they push him around," she says, explaining, but not liking how bad it sounded. She didn't want them to worry but knew that they needed to know.

"Rachel, a few days ago I was offered an amazing job, but I was going to turn it down because it would mean moving houses and school," Leroy informs her. "I thought you loved going to school but, seeing as your peers are hurting you, I thought maybe we could discuss everything together because, to be honest, I don't want you going back there."

"You want me to change schools?" Rachel asks, looking between her dads. She knew this would be a possibility but she didn't realize they would instantly suggest it. "But what about Glee Club?"

"Other schools have glee clubs too, darling," Hiram reminded her. "Any glee club would be privileged to have you."

Rachel thought about protesting, but she remembered her Dad's wording: Amazing Job. "Can we talk about it?" she asked, hoping she could convince them that moving was a bad idea.

Leroy nods, "Of course we can sweet-heart. What options do you suggest?" he asks.

Rachel thinks for a few moments, looking between her dads. She didn't want to hold either of her parents back and knew that her dad really wanted the job he mentioned. She didn't want to be the cause for him regretting his decision or even being unhappy. "I could always commute back for school?" she suggests, with a hopeful expression. However, the expression from both of her parents told her that wasn't a good idea.

"Rachel, I am not sure I want you going to that school anyway, not after I know how they are treating you" Hiram confesses, his face concerned for his daughter.

"If you were to remain at the school, I was prefer to be closer" Leroy adds.

Rachel nods, "I love being at school, and my glee club"

"And we love you, too much to let you be abused at school" Hiram tells her.

"I am not being abused! It's just a bit of bullying" Rachel tries defending, her eyes wide as she realizes that her dads have already made up their minds.

Leroy smiles softly at his daughter, "I think it's best for a new start"

"Don't I get a choice in this?" Rachel asks, shocked that her dads were seriously considering moving house and schools.

They discussed the details throughout the night, and Rachel came to realize that this could be a good change.

Rachel sighed, half from the tiredness of being awake for so many hours, half from losing the argument. She couldn't even remember her argument, knowing that wanting to go back to a school which could potentially hurt her physically was not logical. "What schools are in the district?" she asked, deciding it would be better for her parents and herself to agree to the move.

"There's a few schools. The closest is Carmel High School, which if I am not mistaken, holds the biggest school glee club," Herman replied, smiling at his daughter.

Rachel looked up at her Dad. "Vocal Adrenaline!" she exclaimed, shocked.

The next day, Rachel walks into school. She was tired but more alert than she had been in a while. Firstly, because of the incident yesterday and, secondly, because, unbeknown to anybody else, this would be her last Wednesday as a student at McKinley. Dressed in a baggy cardigan, to hide her bandage and ensure it wouldn't get caught, she attended each class as usual but remained quiet. She tried to take in all of her surroundings, having only two more days at this school.

At the end of the school day, she walked into the choir room. Sitting in her usual seat, she watched as everybody walkd in. Kurt sent her a small smile, glad to see her sitting there. Rachel noticed Puck looking at her, when she looked up at him, he looked at her arm; probably seeing if there was any visible injury. Nobody else paid any attention to her. However, when Mr. Schuster asked if anybody had prepared anything to sing and she didn't respond instantly, they looked at her quizzically. Rachel sighed softly as she stood up, addressing the whole class. "I have to make an announcement to make."

Mr. Shuster nodded and sat down as she addressed them all. "I would like to inform you that I will be transferring schools. Friday will be my last day."

After Rachel finished there was a short pause before everybody began talking at once. A few of them were genuinely upset that Rachel was leaving, though it was mainly Kurt, but most of them were only complaining because Rachel's voice was leaving and they needed her vocal range.

"Last day? You can choose when you leave school?" Brittany asked.

"You can't leave, you're the lead singer!" Finn complained.

Kurt looked at her, his mouth in an O shape. "Transferring schools," he muttered to himself.

"Does this mean I get lead?" Mercedes asked.

Puck simply glared in Rachel's direction, not really at her but the situation.

Santana looked happy and was the only one to vocalize it. "At least I don't have to look at your ugly face anymore."

"Enough!" Mr. Shuster's ordered, surprising everybody with his fierce tone of voice. "Rachel, why are you leaving?" he asked more gently.

Rachel glanced at Kurt, before answering with the version she and her dads decided on. "I'm fed up with being here, and I'm definitely not appreciated. I am transferring to Carmel High School and will join Vocal Adrenaline."

An uproar started, all shouting. She heard a few of them mention Jesse's name, obviously blaming him.

"This for your boyfriend?" Santana asked.

"I knew Jesse was to blame. He's lying, Rachel!" Finn said accusingly.

"You can't join them! They're the enemy!" Tina exclaimed.

Rachel was shocked when Kurt came over and hugged her. "I guess your Dads didn't take the slushie facials too well," he whispered in her ear.

"Not really," she whispered, downcast.

"Why Carmel?"

"Dad has a job offer there. He was going to decline so we wouldn't have to move but now… it's just convenient."

"I'll miss you, and I'll still be spying on Vocal Adrenaline," Kurt whispered, making Rachel laugh sadly and kiss his cheek.

"I'm looking forward to it."

"We'll stay in touch," Kurt quickly whispered before he let go.

Mr. Schuster stood up.

"Quiet!" he said loudly before looking at Rachel. "How about you take a seat?" he said, glancing at Rachel with a saddened expression.

Rachel nodded and resumed her seat.
