Hey everybody! Double update this week because I missed last week's. I'm still working on the other update but it should be for Sailor Moon and will be uploaded by tomorrow night. So I have a question for you guys, who should get the next chapter of this story? We have quite a few characters to pick from and I'm not really sure where to go next. We've still got Natasha, Fury, and Agents Hill and Coulson to write for. I'm also open to other character recommendations as long as I can do something with them and baby Peter. Leave a review with your vote and enjoy this chapter!
~~~Birds of a Feather ~~~
Ah, stuck babysitting again. Clint had recently been Avenger Tower's resident babysitter, since he was the best at keeping Peter entertained for hours. The game today was peek-a-boo, Peter's favorite. Peter was big enough to sit up and clap his hands together so Clint had decided to try and teach the baby to play rather than just lay or sit there and watch. "C'mon buddy, you can do it." Clint encouraged, covering his eyes with his hands before revealing his face again with a silly expression on his face. Peter just giggled and cooed and clapped his hands together, sitting happily in his golden cradle that he was going to outgrow soon. The little boy had a cute pair of jean overalls on with a striped long sleeve shirt underneath, giving him little things to play around with instead of playing with Clint. Sighing, Clint put his chin in his hands and rested his elbows on the side of the cradle as Peter entertained himself with the design of a bird on the pocket of his overalls. He knew Peter could do it, the baby was just being like his father and not wanting to do it himself. Clint would have to have words with Tony whenever they got back. He was so lost in thought that it took Peter almost smacking his face with his hands to draw his attention back to the baby. "Wha? Oh sorry little man." He said, looking down at the contrary little baby in the cradle. "What'cha doin Petey?" He asked, seeing the baby messing around with his face. "Peeboo!" The baby said, clapping his hands to cover his eyes and then removing them excitedly, almost too quick to play the game. "Hey!" Clint cheered. "You did it!" He then repeated the motion, crying "Peekaboo!" When he and Peter both revealed their faces at the same time. Needless to say, this game went on for a while, entertaining the two until it was naptime.
