"Tori," He breathed, pinning me between the wall and his body. His lips hovered, mere centimeters above my own, distracting me with perfection from my discomfort. "I'm here." His eyes flickered in absolute intensity.
"I… I know." I answered weakly. Of course I knew he was there. How could I not? He was all that was there. All I could see— all I could feel— was Hunter. He was everywhere and he was everything. All I could think about was him and his perfect lips taunting me to close the space between us.
But I couldn't. It wasn't that I didn't want to, but that it was impossible to move or even think straight with him so close to me, so I stood completely still waiting for him to move first.
"I'm here," He repeated, brushing stray hairs behind my ear.
"Hunter…"
"Yes?" His blue eyes locked in with mine.
"You're standing really close…" Light laughter echoed off the back of my brain as Hunter's hand found it's way to the back of my neck, pulling me into him. His kiss was electric. It was like thunder was crashing through me, making me weak at the knees. I was engulfed in his grip, pressing closer towards paradise, feeling him hold me until at last I became light headed for need of oxygen. I smiled as I pulled away. "I don't mind it, though."
"Good," He said with a lopsided grin. "'Cause I'm not going anywhere."
