Quintesya has transport them out of the room into an old abandon cabin. Veronica was actually happy to get away from all the drama surrounding her but she knew she needed to get some answers and she needed them now.

"You're safe here your sister won't be able to track you either."

She said towards veronica.

"Well how gracious of you sounds like you're planning to hold me captive, than give me answers."

Veronica replied back sarcastically.

"You should mind your manners witch I gave you those powers I can easily take them away."

Quintesya threaten.

"No you won't then who would do you dirty work for you."

Veronica threw right back unfazed by her threat.

Quintesya just smirked towards her.

"By the way call me Tessa; quintesya is so out of date."

"Is that your way of trying to start off on the right foot?" veronica said.

"Something like that."

"So are you going to answer my questions?" she asked.

"Of course I will that's why you're here."

"Ok fine why didn't you give bonnie these powers instead of me?"

"Have you seen your sister on dark magic it's a complete mess her emotions run to high."

"You don't have that deep of a connection to mystic falls or the people that reside here therefore your emotional connection is nonexistent."

"This means less people getting in the way of you being able to kill silas."

"Ok that makes sense but if these people want silas alive they'll be in my way."

"Exactly that's where the dark magic comes from no one will dares go against you, not even bonnie."

"Well I didn't come here to fight with her."

"And hopefully you won't have too."

"For your sake you should hope not, Tessa."

She said calling her by her new name.

"What's your next question?" she asked ignoring her remark.

"What's with the blood thing am I a vampire now?" she asked.

"Not exactly."

"Want to try that again?"

"So impatient veronica, why?" she asked.

"Because I want vampire blood you don't see anything wrong with this?"

"No, you're dealing with the power of several thousand dark goddesses."

"Your powers are that of a goddess."

"All the pain, anger, and hate they've been harboring for the last eight millenniums is all inside you."

" so what makes you think once I really start indulging in this power that you or anyone else will be able to stop me?" she asked.

"Hopefully it won't come to that."

"You think I'll be able to resist it, why do you possible think this?"

She asked hoping she had some back up plan.

"When I came to you that night I sensed something was different with you and I knew if anything that would stop you if things got too far."

"Will you stop talking in code what are you going on about."

"The night you spent with kol Mikaelson."

Veronica laughed out loud causing Tessa to look confused.

"You think I'm in love with kol I barley know him and we slept together once."

"But did you really?"

"You were gone a whole day and you only slept together once will all the sexual tension surrounding you two?"

She asked knowing the answer as she watched a blush creep its way up to veronicas face.

"Ok fine we might have slept together five, or maybe six times, but that isn't going to make me love him."

"What do you think happened when Rebekah went to stab you in the stomach and nothing happened?"

She asked waiting for her to catch on.

"Because my powers deflected her attack why else."

"Maybe because the child that's growing inside you veronica." She said.

Veronica shook her head back and forth this couldn't be right.

"You're lying vampires cant procreate."

"No they can't but an original well that's another story isn't it."

She said as veronica places her hand across her flat stomach.

"I can't be pregnant I don't even have a job."

She stated causing Tessa to laugh.

"This isn't funny."

"It's funny that's your first thought."

"Wait what does this has to do with my new blood craving."

"The child is half vampire, half witch."

"That's impossible the two can't co-exist.

"Aren't you people tired of saying everything is impossible."

"That child has derived for the original witch and the Bennett line the two most powerful lines of witches anything is possible veronica including this child."

She said stepping towards her placing her hand over the one already on her stomach.

"Why would you do this put an innocent life in the middle of the war this child might not even survive." She said angrily.

"Your motherly instincts are already taking over I think this is the best decision I've made so far."

Tessa said proudly.

Veronica hand reached around her throat squeezing tightly.

"You planned this, what the hell is wrong with you?"

"Call me a lover scorned, or a bitch, but silas needs to die and I can only do so much on my end I need your help."

She gritted through her teeth. Veronica let go walking over towards the couch sitting down.

"Once I saw kol was pursing you I thought it be the best way."

"You still haven't exactly answered why I'm craving blood."

She said her mind going a mile a minute.

"My guess is the child wants a connection with both of you, and since its half vampire it craves blood of the supernatural."

"So no humans?" she asked.

"No it needs blood of anything supernatural to grow and stay healthy."

"What about food?"

"You can still eat but you will have these craving for blood a couple times a month."

"Does this help the baby grow faster?" she asked a sudden thought coming to mind.

" it does help the baby get ahead of other to an extent the only way to make it grow faster is to drink more blood that would speed up any growing process."

"Why do you ask?"

"Because I think I should be informed about any dangers or anything with this baby, I'm still trying to process all this."

She said as she watched her walk over to the sink and fills a glass of water and brings it back to her.

"I know it's hard but I believe you can do this veronica."

"What about kol how is he going to react to this?" she asked taking a sip of water.

"I can't answer that." Tessa replied.

"I have to go." She said getting up ready to leave.

"Are you going to help me kill silas?" she asked.

"Yes I will kill him." She said not really think about silas at the moment.

"I need more than your word."

She said but before veronica had time to react Tessa already had a deep gash on her and was now slicing open veronicas hand and pressing them together.

"What the hell?"

She asked trying to pull her hand back but she couldn't. Tessa start muttered in Latin and light starting shining through their hands then disappeared.

"What was that?" she asked.

" I needed to make sure you would do what you said you will have in eight months' time if silas isn't dead you will die."

"But what about the baby?" veronica cried incredulously.

"Better hurry then."

Veronica held her arm out blasting Tessa across the room.

"You kill me you kill the child." She said holding her hand to her head in pain.

"You're lying."

She said stepping towards her intent on giving her a slow painful death. Tessa cried out in pain as veronica put pressure on her brain. Suddenly veronica felt a sharp tug in her abdomen making her double over in pain. When she looked back at Tessa her eyes shining with rage.

"When I made the pact I also linked me and the child. " I swear I will find a way around this, and I will kill you." She said.

She straightens back up and disappeared from the cabin.

"Bonnie!" she cried out as soon as she was in the house.

No one was in the living room and looking at the stove in was already near two in the morning. She had been gone since ten o clock, but it felt like a couple hours had only passed.

"Veronica?" she heard bonnie ask coming down the stairs.

"Where have you been?"

"I was with Tessa."

She said noticing the weird look her sister was giving her she forgot only she knew quintesya by that name.

"I mean quintesya."

"What happened?"

She walked towards her sister and embraced her fiercely letting out a sob. She felt her smooth her hair down asking what's wrong, but she couldn't tell her she felt like she was drowning in emotional pain. Bonnie led them towards the couch whispering quietly to her sister.

"So what happened?" she asked once she quieted down.

"Bonnie this should be impossible; it shouldn't be able to happen."

"What?" she asked.

"I'm pregnant, and kol's the father, but before I left Tessa link me to her with a pact of killing silas and I only have eight months."

"And then I went to attack her, but she had not only linked me to the contract she also linked the baby as well so when I was hurting her I hurt the baby I don't know what to."

She said tears welling in her eyes.

Bonnie looked at her sister lost for words.

"Your pregnant?" she asked happily her eyes watering as well.

"Yeah kind of crazy huh?"

"I don't even know how I'm going to tell kol about the baby."

She said looking at her sister for guidance but Bonnie's eyes were transfixed on something behind her.

"What?"

She asked turning around only to see the one person she wanted to avoid for the next couple of days so she could get everything figured out. His eyes blazed in anger.

"Looks like we need to have a chat."
