"Didn't I drop you off at school?" I look up at the sound of my dad's voice to find Jade and Beck standing a few feet away from us. Feeling myself relax a bit I smile.

"You did, didn't you? Funny how that works." Jade walks over and takes the empty seat beside me while Beck hands me a coffee and I quietly say thank you.

"Vega." My dad and I both look up to see a woman walking over to us. My dad rises and shakes her hand.

"Kelley. Thanks for taking the time to talk to us."

"Of course." She looks over to the three of us before resting her eyes on me. "I'm Maria, you must be Tori."

"That's me." I say shifting in my seat.

"Well, if you want, we can go to my office to talk?" She gestures towards the back of the station and I reluctantly nod.

I stand but before I can take a step Jade takes my hand, "You got this. We'll be here waiting when you're done." I squeeze her hand and nod towards Beck.

"You're dad told me you want to file a report. He told me a bit but I'd like to hear it in your own words if that's okay." Maria smiles kindly at me after we settled down.

"I was walking to my friends house after school."

"You were walking from school?"

"No, home. I had gone home to change because Jade poured coffee on me."

"The girl out there?" My dad interrupts.

"Yeah." He opens his mouth to ask another question but Maria holds up her hand.

"You were walking from home to your friend's.."

"Beck's. Uh the guy out there." I thumb towards the door. "All my friends were there, and I was planning on spending the afternoon with them." I set the cup of coffee on the desk and wrap my arms around myself. "I was walking and I heard a sound in the bushes. I thought it was just a cat or something, so I stepped closer."

"Take your time." Maria encourages after I get quiet.

"He jumped out and I fell back. I screamed and got up. I stated running towards Becks, he lived the next street over. He kept saying "come back" and "get back here bitch". He..he grabbed a handful of my hair and pulled me down. I tried to fight him off like you taught us." I turn my head towards my dad but I'm unable to meet his eyes.

"He had a knife, held it against my throat..."

I walk over and hug Jade.

"I got you."

"Get me out of here?"

"Yes Ma'am." Beck stands up beside us. We turn as my dad walks up to us.

"I take it you want to go with them?"

"Please?" Dad looks them over before nodding. "You will be home tonight and you are going to school tomorrow."

"Yes sir." We all reply before heading towards the door.

"What are they doing here?" We look out of Becks windshield to see Cat, Andre and Robbie loitering in front of Beck's RV.

"Want me to tell them to leave?" Beck asks looking over to me. Sighing, I shake my head and we climb out. "Hey guys." Beck says as we walk up. "Whactcha doin' here?"

"I wanted to check on Tori and Robbie drove me to school this morning."

"And I was with Robbie when Cat came up and asked for a ride."

Beck unlocks the RV and we all head inside.

"So, how'd it go?" Cat whispers to me as we sat down.

"It went fine, talked to Graham then she had my dad come in, and we talked."

"So where were y'all today?" Robbie asks not paying attention to me and Cat's conversation. "I saw you this morning but you weren't in class." He looks over to Beck.

"We were busy." Jade answers him.

"Busy doing what?" he presses.

"We saw some guys mug an old lady. We went and filed a report this morning." I answered.

"Wow. Really?" Robbie sits up interested.

"No."

"But-

"Does it really matter? We're all here, let's just hang out and watch a movie." Jade ends the conversation as Andre moves towards the stack of dvds. "Pick something funny."

"So, what really happened this morning and why did Cat want to check on you?" I look over at Andre and sigh. I knew he would probably try and get some information out of me when he offered me a ride home but I miss hanging out with him, so I took his offer. He didn't say a word other than to sing along with the radio until we pulled up into my driveway.

"We were at the police station, I was filling a report."

"But not about a mugging."

"No," I wrap my arms around myself and take a deep breath, "about a rape." Andre doesn't say anything and I finally chance looking over at him. His eyes are wide and his mouth open a bit.

"Who? When? Oh man, Tori." He reaches for me then stops. I take his hand and give it a gentle squeeze. "Man, I knew something was up but I never thought.."

"Yeah well who does?"

"This is why you've been so strange this past few months."

"Yeah" I agree quietly.

"I mean not strange but.."

"Strange. I know." I run my hand through my hair.

"Cat knew?"

"No. Only Jade and Beck. Cat offer me a name of a good therapist though after my freak out with Robbie during rehearsal. I went and saw her yesterday. She got me to open up and tell my dad..who told my mom and it started a fight where Trina overheard." I rest my head against the headrest.

"Thank you for trusting me with this. I won't tell the others." I shrug, they're going to find out eventually. "I have to ask though, Jade and Beck?"

"Jade found me after it happened."

"When?"

"The Friday we were all suppose to hang out at Beck's after school. Not before the beach but the time before that." He nods quiet for a moment. "So what happens now?"

"They run any evidence they got when I went and got tested. See if there is a match. Other than that." I shrug, "I don't think there is much we can do. It's not like I know who it was."

"I'm sorry Tori. No one should have to go through that."

"Thanks." I look up towards my house suddenly feeling the need for this conversation to be over. "And thanks for the ride." I reach over opening the door. "See you tomorrow."

"Yeah."

Beck's POV

Standing up from my locker, I'm surprised to feel two hands shoving me into the lockers. My head bangs against the one above mine and I quickly turn. Shocked to find Andre standing there.

"Janitor's closet, now."

"What the hell was that?!" I ask rubbing my head.

"What the hell are you doing with Tori?" Freezing I stare at my friend.

"What do you mean?"

"I mean what the hell was that on Halloween? How could you take advantage of her?"

"Whoa! Hold on." I raise my hand as he takes a step closer. "No one is taking advantage of anyone."

"That's not what it looked like to me."

"Where is this.." I stop and really look him over. "She told you what happened."

"Yeah, so how could you do that to her after what happened?"

"We kissed, that's it. After the party, we watched a movie then I dropped her off at home."

"And the dancing?"

"Was just dancing. I meant what I said that day. Tori wanted to dance so, I gave her an opportunity to do so without worrying about who was around her."

"What are you doing with her?"

"What do you mean?"

"I mean you're with Jade."

"You didn't seem to have a problem with it at Halloween."

"Yeah well, on Halloween, I didn't know Tori had been raped. On Halloween, I thought I was just seeing my friend finally get to be with a guy I know she's been crushing on since day one."

"Look, it's not." I pinch the bridge of my nose. "I know you're just looking out for Tori but have you talked to her?"

"Of course I've talked to her. How else do you think I know what happened?"

"No I mean about us."

"HEY!" Jade bangs on the door. "Someone better unlock this door right now!" Andre and I stare at each other. "Don't make me count!"

Andre unlocks the door and quickly steps back as it's slammed open.

"What happened?" Jade rushes over to me taking my chin in her hand. Turning my head from side to side, looking for an injury. Hearing the door close I see Tori standing by it looking from Andre to me.

"Nothing." I answer Jade.

"Then why am I hearing from the 9th graders that Andre is breaking your face."

"Really? I hear Andre dragged Beck in here to make out." We all look to Tori bewildered. She giggles at us.

"You feeling okay?" I ask.

"Yeah, you?"

"I'm good."

"Andre?" Tori asks looking towards our friend. "We good?"

He's silent looking between the three of us.

"What's going on with you and Beck?" She blinks at him and I feel Jade stiffen.

"N..nothing." Tori pushes some hair behind one ear. "What do you mean?"

"Is he pushing yo-"

"Oh my God. Really?" Jade cuts him off.

"Tori?" The latina is as red-faced as I've ever seen here.

"No! Of course he isn't pushing me into anything. How-why would you ever think such a thing? What because I was raped, I'm going to let whoever do whatever they want? Is that what you think about me?" We all blink at Tori's outburst.

"No, no that's not." Andre takes a deep breath before continuing. "I wasn't thinking that at all. I just want to make sure you're okay."

"Well, I'm okay when with I'm with Jade and Beck."

"Alright. Cool." He holds his hands up in surrender.

"Look," she reaches out resting a hand on Andre's arm, "we're good. I'm good. Beck has been the perfect gentlemen and I honestly don't know where I'd be right now if it wasn't for them. Yes, we kissed. We'll probably do it again too. If that's a problem for you.." she drifts off with a frown and steps back.

"No. No problem as long as you're okay. I'm sorry I over reacted." The last part was directed towards me. I nod to him letting him know we're good. "I should.." He gesturs to the door and Tori moves out of his way.

"Did he really punch you?" Tori steps up in front of me looking me over.

"No, just pushed me into the lockers."

"I'm sorry. This is my fault."

"No it's not. It's Andre's and I don't want to talk about him right now." Jade said.

"What do you want to talk about?" Beck asks.

"So we're going to kiss again?" She smiles at Tori.

Tori raises an eyebrow and smirks. "Pretty sure I said Beck and I were going to kiss again."

Jade's eyes narrow and Tori steps closer to me. Leaning up she gives me a quick peck.

"See?" She smiles at Jade.

"That was not a kiss. This is a kiss." She pulls Tori closer bringing their lips together. I lick my mine as I see Jade's tounge slip into Tori's mouth. A minute later Tori pulls back.

"Yeah, that was a kiss." She steps back catching her breath. We should go, class is about to-"

She's interrupted by the bell.

"See?"

"Yeah, let's go." I squeeze Tori's hand before reaching over and opening the door.
