A/N To all my readers out there, I'm so sorry I've been such a bad author for you guys! I recently lost a huge scholarship so I am working two full time jobs to make up for it and get through college, so I don't have as much time as I hoped but I am still hoping to write the sequel this summer. It just might be a bit slow going due to lack of time. I'm also editing "A Second Hope" just because I'm OCD and having trouble going back and reading through it to get some inspiration for the sequel... (I wrote like that?) You can, of course, reread my edited version if you like (Which I would encourage) However, it's not necessary as I am not planning on changing any story line. Just updating awkward areas that I think sound weird. (Sorry, I can't control the OCD) And yes, Musa is pretty OC, but this is just how I pictured her grown up and matured.
Prologue
Musa sighed as she walked down the hall of the Guardian Ministry, she missed the winx club. She hadn't seen any of the other girls regularly since they graduated two years ago. Layla, Flora, and Tecna were busy teaching at Alfea, Bloom went off to Domino to help the rebuild effort while Stella had left to take the throne as queen of Solaria. Despite missing the girls, Musa didn't regret her decision at all, Musa took on her Guardian Fairy job permanently to protect the magical realms officially as an employee of the Guardians' Council.
"Musa!" Musa stopped where she was and turned around to face the young woman yelling to her.
"Clary, what's up?" Clary, the fairy of snow, ran up to Musa where she stood in the hall.
"I heard you are going to Earth! Is it true?!" Clary bounced on the balls of her feet energetically. Musa smiled at the bouncing fairy and smiled.
"Yes, Clary. I'm heading to Earth due to a concern raised by the Morgana. She reported feeling of an evil presence on Earth somewhere." Clary's eyes grew wide.
"That's crazy! You get all the interesting jobs. I'm always stuck here doing paperwork." Musa laugh before grabbing Clary's shoulder.
"They may be interesting but sometimes these jobs can get really dangerous. If you really want to do them, keep working hard and you'll make it, just keep in mind it's not all fun and games." Clary smiled slightly.
"I know that Musa, anyways, good luck on your mission. I hope everything goes well!" Musa smiled and thanked the girl before heading out of the Council Building.
Musa stepped out of the building and walked a short distance away before taking her Believix form.
"Zoomix!" Musa quickly teleported to Earth, specifically to England. Having left Magix a bit late for starting anything, she decided to just go for a fly tonight then begin investigating tomorrow.
She sighed and and flew over the empty streets of England at night humming to herself quietly when she suddenly saw a small boy and a much larger boy run into a tunnel. Then everything began to get cold, she could almost feel the happiness getting pulled away from her. Then a couple black cloaked creatures flew into the same tunnel.
Musa froze in the sky shocked at the aura of those things. Everything about those creatures felt wrong, their aura felt very similar to Lord Darkar's! Musa narrowed her eyes before shooting down to the end of the tunnel. She landed lightly at the entrance just in time to see one of those things leaning over the fat kid and another holding the skinnier boy against the wall. Right before she launched her attack she noticed the skinnier boy begin to bull a stick out of his pocket, confused at why he thought a stick would help Musa ignored it and spread her feet to brace herself. "Beat Blast!" She screamed out, slapping her hands together to amplify the attack. Her powers lit up the tunnel as they forced the cloaked figures out through the other end. She stood where she was for a moment until the chilly feeling went away telling her the creatures were gone. Then she dropped her winx form back to civilian clothes as she ran to the boy closest to her crumpled against the wall.
