Author's Note: Hey guys... :) Sorry, I'm late to update, again. But it's storming here, the wind's really loud and I can't sleep. It's about half an hour past three am here. But, yeah, I'll give yous a story. :) Enjoy.

"Gumball! Are you alright?" Fionna asked, scrambling to get to his side.

"Um, yes but..." Gumball answered, his expression got even more confused, "Who are you?"

Fionna's eyes widened and she stepped back from the shock. "G-gumball... You don't...recognize me?" she stammered, her eyes starting to well up. "I'm afraid not, miss. I do recall my doctor saying that I have amnesia? I'm sorry," Gumball apologized. Fionna dropped to her knees and stared at the floor for a while.

Amnesia? she thought, Does that mean he can't remember anything we've been through? After all these years?

Cake soon approached here and said soothingly, "Fionna, are you okay? Do you want some time alone?" Fionna seemed despondent and just stared. "Fionna, listen to me," Cake said, gently forcing Fionna to look at her, "I know it's hard for you, but we've got to accept facts, okay? He's got amnesia, he can't remember who we are but at least he's fine, right?" Fionna dropped the stare; but her eyes looked miserable. "Yeah, I guess that's more important..."

"Um," Gumball cleared his throat, "excuse me? Fionna, is it?" he asked. The immediate moment the words slipped out of his mouth, Fionna quickly looked up and said, "Y-yes?"

Gumball smiled and asked kindly, "Would you like to help me get my memories back?" Fionna blushed and replied, "S-sure."

She looked at Cake expectantly. "Oh, you mean to do it now?" Cake exclaimed. Gumball shrugged, "It's alright with me." he said, still smiling.

"Oh, alright," Cake agreed. "Good luck, girl." "Thanks," replied Fionna.

As Cake reached the doors, she stopped and turned around as she gave out a smile to the two of them. And then she left.

Fionna turned to Gumball and he patted a space on his bed for Fionna to come sit on. While he did so, Fionna blushed fiercely.

"Come," he said. And Fionna obliged.

I tried to make it longer, guys. I dunno if it worked. The wind's scaring me... So, yeah... That's it for now. 4 am now so... yeah.
