The Strigoi, the evil vampires, are showing no mercy and killing royals at an incredible rate. At the highest risk is the Dragomir princess, Vasilisa Dragomir; she's the last surviving member of the Dragomir family. All the while, Lord Voldemort and his Death Eaters are at large. Witches and wizards are disappearing left and right.

Headmistress Ellen Kirova and Headmaster Albus Dumbledore have agreed to send the best Hogwarts students, among them being Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger, to St. Vladimir's Academy, where Princess Dragomir attends school; they must work with the top students, including Rosemarie Hathaway and Edison Castile, and accomplished guardian Dimitri Belikov to devise a plan to protect the world from its greatest threats. After a month, more and more students, novices, witches, and wizards, will be training to defend against their greatest foes.
