Copper: After almost a year after "Little Brother"?

AnimeKiwi369: Yeah, well, I had a few bumps in the road writing this. But I've finally come to a spot in the story where I can start posting. And I think this will be my longest fanfiction to date!

Copper: Yes.

AnimeKiwi369: Well, I think the sequel may possibly be longer. But I can't wait to finish this so I can write it.

Copper: But first you have to publish this.

AnimeKiwi369: That I do. Before I get to the disclaimer, this is written in collaboration with my good friend VileEXE, who will be writing the duels for this fanfiction, and owns two OCs that will be appearing. Now, I don't own Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's or its characters. I just own my OCs and the storyline.

Second War

Prologue

It had been a year since Sayer had attempted to mess up the timeline by forcefully taking Akiza Fudo back while she was Akiza Izinski. Only he didn't plan on her and Yusei's daughter, Copper, on stopping him. She had stopped him from messing up the timeline and inherited the Dragon Claw and Dragon Head Marks of her mother and father.

It had almost been a year since she had woken up her grandmother, her father's mother, Nan Fudo, from a thirty-seven-year coma. It had been nearly a year since the redheaded psychic had gotten pregnant for the second time with her husband's son. And it had been nearly a year since the two married Signers' daughter had had to face one of Sayer's lackeys in a psychic turbo duel and crashed. It had nearly been a year since Kalin had found her and almost a year since she had needed surgery. And it had almost been a year since she and Kalin and Misty's eldest son, Lane, had admitted their feelings for each other; same went for John Atlas and Raven Hogan.

It had only been less than three months since Copper had become an older sister to a baby brother, named Nickie. And it had been less than three months since she had had her first kiss with boyfriend. They couldn't be closer. The dark-haired psychic couldn't be happier with her life.

If only she and the others knew that there was an old enemy planning on making a re-appearance to the first and second generation Signers and former Dark Signers.

And this time, both generations were going to be involved in what was to come.

AnimeKiwi369: And that leaves the audience wondering what will come.

Copper: You're using a slightly different format than usual.

AnimeKiwi369: I figured if I bold the names, it'll be easier to follow the before and after conversations.

Copper: It does. So when will you update?

AnimeKiwi369: To the point, as usual, Copper.

Copper: Did you expect anything less?

AnimeKiwi369: Well, no. I think I'll update within a week or so. And depending on the amount of reviews, I may have to start giving bonus chapters. I'll decide if I'll do that and/or previews in a few chapters.

Copper: Are you going to set a number of reviews in the review request.

AnimeKiwi369: For the moment, no. I will, only if I feel like it. So, I think I'll leave our conversation at that.
