Yu-Gi-Oh: Chapter 1

...

Have your life ever been perfect in your eyes and then with out warning your life turned upside down? Will your not alone cause I, Rose Wakaba got my life turn upside down when me and my mom were kicked out by my father who didn't want to do with us anymore, I felt anger at my father. How dare he do that to us, it's all because of his so called friends that controlle his life. But the good thing was when mother told me she got a job offer in a city called "Domino city" I was so excided to get away from everything and start anew.

I was in my new room unpacking everything to where they supposed to go, the wall color is sky blue, I have a daybed which is very comfy, I slepted like a baby. I just finished putting away my clouths hanging in the closet when mother walked in saying I did a wonderful job.

"Thanks mother, I guess I got that from you."

"Aww hunny I'm not as good as I used to be, but here." she hands me a box

She told me it have everything I need for Domino High School tomarrow specaily the uniform it was okay when I saw it was pink with a short skirt...I wasn't happy when I saw how short the skirt was. Thankfuly I'm short enough so secretly I put short black tight shorts under it, it wont show sense it's the same shortness as the skirt. There's know way I'm going anywhere with that evil skirt with out puting something under it, so no pervert can see my underwear thats just gross and sick. Anyways I also have the books and some other stuff I would need.

I hanged the uniform in my closet walking down stairs knowing mother was going to call for some pizza for dinner, I just love pizza I always eat 3 pieces but I can never gain any weight, my hieght will...it's 5'2 yeah I'm short but I'm proud to be short, all the name calling doesn't get to me I get annoyed or angry when someone calls another person names cause how short they are thats when I kick there butts. After I got done eating three slice pieces of it I brush my teeth, did my face and put pj's on then crawl into my daybed which I fell asleep when my head hit the pellow.

I was in the kitchen eating some cereal already wearing the unifrom and the black short tights under the short evil skirt, after I finished I put the bowl in the sink put my shoes on, grabing the books and a hand bag, kissing my mother on the cheek saying bye walking outside on the sidewalk listning to the birds singing all happily, I enjoy the sun but to much get's to me. I was enjoying my peaceful walk to my new school when I heard a shout from behind me. I stoped to turn around to see what was the shouting was about, I gasped dodging to the side which I end up in a bush. I blinked how fast I reacted.

"Hey, are you okay?"

I looked to where I used to stand to see one girl, and three boys looking at me with worry in there eyes, I smiled

"I'm fine! can you guys um...help me up? I'm kinda stuck in the bush." I sweatdrop

"Sure! come on Tristan, let's pull the girl out." The blonde guy said with a british accent

The guy that was named Tristan and the guy with the blonde hair walked over grabing my hands pulling me back on my feet. I brush all the leafs off my uniform and had to pull out some small twigs out of my hair which was black but it looks blue when the light or sun hits it right, it stops right at my waist, oh and I also wear glasses the color of it is red.

"Thanks guys! so who was that before I moved out of the way? I didn't get a chance to see."

"Oh, that was Ai Sonozaki. She always in a hurry." the girl told me

I giggled "I kinda understand why she is so much of a hurry, I hate being late to school cause the teachers would have my ass if I'm ever late, they usely gave me extra Homework which sucks cause I have to stay up all night to finish them all. Oh, by the way, names Rose Wakaba."

"Name's Joey Wheeler."

"Tea Gardner." Tea smiled kindly at me

"Tristan Taylor, at your service." I giggled when he winked at me

"And, I'm Yugi Moto. It's nice to meet you Rose, Are you new here or something? I haven't seen you around here before." I smiled at Yugi nodding

"Yeah, I just arrived here like yesterday night...Oh shoot! are we going to be late guys?"

"Oh no! we are going to be late!" Tea said freaking out same with the guys

We ran as fast as are legs can go intill we saw the School building which we were hearing the warning bells going off. In the end we were safe, we cut it really close. I got my pink paper that all my Teachers have to sign it everytime class ends, also my locker numbers ect. which I put my bag away in my new locker taking out the books I would need for the three classes I have before lunch, I also brought out my cards which was called "Duel Monsters" I use the magician deck my main and favorite card of all is and will always be Dark Magician Girl. I entered my first class to introduce myself to all the students in every classes intill it was lunch time, thank god! I brought out my lunch which my mother made my favorite which was curry with spicy sauce to go on top of it, I really like hot spicy food.

I just finished eating my lunch putting it away in my locker when I heard someone called my name, closing the locker door turning around to see Yugi running up to me smiling up at me, I smiled back at him saying hi to him.

"Hi Yugi! whats up?"

"The others want to know if you want to join us? Joey and Tea are going to duel each other in duel monsters." he looked at me hopefuly

"Sure!"

I fallowed Yugi to there classroom to see them watching Joey and Tea dueling, I was watching intill Tea beat Joey it was fun watching Joey and Tea duel.

"You did a okay duel Joey." I said patting Joey on his shoulder, he was kinda mopy

"Thanks Rose, I almost had her!"

I smiled at him, I turned around to hear the classroom door slide open to reveal that girl Ai I think? she close the sliding door walk over to what must be her desk. She brought out a sketchbook and some pencles and other stuff a artist needs to draw, I decided to walk over look over her shoulder while she was drawing a half drawn picture of some guy with a kind gentle look on his face.

"You captured a perfect image."

The girl almost jumped off of her chair and almost droping her stuff looking at at me with a surprised look on her face but it turned into a soft smile look on her face.

"Hi...You must be the new girl, my name is Ai Sonozaki."

"Nice to meet you Ai, my name is Rose Wakaba. So who is that boy you were drawing a while ago, hm?" I gave him a sly look making her blush

"H-his name is Bakura...please don't tell him."

I smiled "Don't worry, you're secret is safe with me. So what else do you draw?"

After that Ai showed me all her drawings which were half people and half duel monsters she has in her deck, the bell signeled lunch was over so I said bye to my new friends walking to my class, intaducing myself again.

"Thank you Wakaba, you may sit by Ryo Bakura, Bakura can you raise you're hand please?"

I looked around to see a boy with white hair with his hand raised, I walked over to the empty seat next to Bakura which was Ai's secret crush. He smiled kindly at me.

"Hello, it's nice to meet you. I hope you enjoy the school so far."

"Same here, I enjoy the school so far."

After the little talk we went back into taking notes intill the day went by so fast. I was walking out of the school walking on the sidewalk going home intill I saw a museum so I just thought it wouldn't hurt to look inside, right? I was walking inside stoping infront of a huge golden ancient tablet that seem like it belongs to Egypt, I was aww'ed about it I didn't notice a lady walked in behind me.

"Who are you."

I jumped out of my skin turning around covering where my heart was trying tojump out of my chest to see a beautiful lady with tan skin, long hair with Egypt clouthing it seems? and a necklace with an eye thing on it weird.

"O-oh! I'm sorry, I saw this museum and thought maybe I can look. Oh and my name is Rose Wakaba."

"...I see." she walked closer to me staring into my sky blue eyes "It seems it was fate you end up here...come this way m'lady."

I blinked watching her back confused why did she call me 'M'lady?' I shrugged pushing it back of my mind catching up to the lady intill we stoped in a room, she sat down on the couch telling me I can sit too if I wish I did just that.

"First, my name is Ishizu Ishtar and this Museum belongs to me, those golden tablets you saw are from ancient Egypt."

I was surprised and got excided all of a sudden "Wow! really? thats so cool I was always interest in Egypt since I was a little girl..."

Ishizu smiled close her eyes then open them looking at me with a sad look "It seems you really our her reincarnation..."

I was so confused what she was talking about, reincarnation? I watched Ishizu got up walking in the drew opening it and closing it after taking something from inside it, she sat down with a little chest sitting on her lap.

"This belongs to the princess, the Pharaoh's soon to be sister. You see her older sister was supposed to marry the young Pharaoh but she ended up falling for a thief... The young sister felt anger to her older sister cause now she was next to the heir since... She died protecting someone dear to her, sadly."

I put my hand over my mouth shocked "That's horrable!"

"Yes." Ishizu opened the chest showing a beautiful hair clip with a pretty flower it look will taken care of always polished ect. "Now, this belongs to you Rose Wakaba...you must not tell anyone that this hair pin is a Millennium item. dark forces will do anything to get there hands on it, only person you should trust is the Pharaoh himself." Ishizu got up sitting the chest aside walk over to me bend down to my eye level while I sat, she slide the hair pin in my hair making my side bangs move out of my face

"Thank you Ishizu, I'll protect it I don't know whats going on but I'll do my best...I should head home now, bye Ishizu!" I smiled, bowed to her

I walked outside of the Museum then walk home saying 'I'm home' to mom before I walked up stairs to my room intill dinner was done

After I ate dinner with mom I did my teeth and face, put my night clouthes on went to bed making sure I safely put the hair pin in my night stand little drew it only can be open by a key. I hope I can handle all this, most of all: who is this Pharaoh? well tomarrow I can look it up at the libary after school, with that in mind I went into a peaceful slumber dreaming of a desert and people.
