*Sigh* I'm not sure I want to end this story. But, all things must come to an end right? But don't worry, I think I'll write another multi fic, and I'll make sure it's longer. :D I had so many nice reviews! So, just to sum up this author's note, I just want to say THANK YOU SOOO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPOSRT THROUGH THIS STORY! You have no idea how much you guys mean to me. Alrighty, final chapter? Let's do this.

I do not own How to Rock.

[Stevie]

As I hear the doorbell ring, I sigh, get up from my bed, and fix my headband in front of my mirror before heading downstairs. As I opened the door, Justin was holding a bouquet of orchids in one hand and the other was just leaning on the doorway. When he first saw me, his eyes widened and said, "This is why I fell in love with you."

I took the flowers and said, "Thanks. Can we just go now?" We walked up to Justin's car, he opened my door, shut it closed, and then jogged around his car and started the car. He backed out of my driveway and for a second I thought I saw a glimpse of beige riding in another car, but shook my head and convinced myself I didn't.

The car ride there was torturous. First off, Justin listens to the sports station, not a music station. And, every now and then Justin would scream some things at the radio, some good and some bad things. The only music I would ever hear was the jingle of a sport advertisement.

As we got there, there was a huge line to get in. As we got to the back of the line, we ran into a couple. A couple wearing beige.

"Hey Justin." Molly said cheerfully, and then turned to me, her tone lowering. "Stevie."

"Molly."

"So, what a weird coincident that we're both wearing beige." Zander said, trying to break the awkward tension.

"Hah…yeah. Coincidence, right?" I answered. Coincident my-

"You know, this is only for taking your picture, right? If you want to go in there is the line." Molly sneered, interrupting my thoughts and pointing at a much shorter line. I dragged Justin as I grumbled words under my breath.

As soon as we gave the ticket stub to the ticket man, we were blinded by an array of lights flashing through out the gym. I squinted my eyes and saw that there were even more lights being flashed on the dance floor.

"Who could dance in those types of lights?" I shouted, since the music was super loud.

"Don't be surprised, Stevie. Once you step under those lights, you will be able to see. Nelson's the best light operator we've had." Justin replied after he got a cup of fruit punch.

"I'll be right back." I said, and went off to go look for Nelson.

After a few minutes I saw a silhouette of two people behind a huge table of switches in the corner of the gym. I walked closer and saw that those two people were Grace and Nelson. As I walked even closer, I noticed that Grace was wearing a floor length dark green dress with a dark green corsage on her right wrist and that her hair was tied into a wavy side ponytail. Nelson was wearing a pastel green shirt, dark green tux jacket, and black dress pants.

As I walked up to the table, Grace gave me a smile and a wave and Nelson was to busy to notice I arrived.

"Shouldn't you guys be…you know…DANCING?" I asked.

"We will be. I just have to set the auto-control on this bad boy, lock it up, and then we'll be on our way." Nelson said, not looking up from his work.

"Aren't you a little bored, Grace?" I asked, staring at the multiple switches and buttons on Nelson's control board.

"Are you kidding? This is so interesting!" Grace exclaimed. "Now Nelly, which button was I supposed to press?"

I sighed and walked away, trying to look for Justin when the lights dimmed out and there was a spotlight on the stage, revealing the principal of the school.

"Ladies and gentleman, we have our first live performance for the night!" the principal exclaimed while the crowd cheered. "Put your hands together for…Zander Robbins!" the crowd cheered again, but this time, a bunch of girls crowded at the front of the stage. I rolled my eyes and walked to the snack table, grabbing myself a cup of punch and a handful of pretzels. As I watch Zander step onto the stage, I noticed that he changed his white dress shirt for a white v-neck. I couldn't help but smile because that outfit seemed more like him. I would have let him wear that, but since he was going with Molly I decided to make him look…not as good.

"Alright, ladies, this song is for you, so I hope you like it." The fan girls…fan girled, but I couldn't help but notice that when he said, "This song is for you" he looked right in my eyes. I shook off that thought and continued to drink my punch like nothing happened.

As I heard the first notes playing, I realized that it was a song I knew. It was Kristina's song.

Through out the song, I kept my eyes on Zander, who kept his eyes on the piano. After he finished the song, all of the girls in front cheered their loudest and as Zander got up to bow, they cheered even more, which gave me a headache. Soon after, Zander held his index finger to his lips and the crowd – the girls, since the guys went and talked off to the side – and held up a mic saying, "Did you like my song?"

"Yes! Yes! We want more!" Many of the girls screamed, while the rest of them just cheered.

"Well, I wrote that song for one of my best friends, even though it wasn't about her." I widened my eyes as the girls in front gasped.

"Yeah, I know right. Instead, it was about someone I loved. A lot." Zander said, and now he was looking at me. I finished my punch, so I just avoided his gaze and prayed he wouldn't call me out.

"I know she's going to hate me for doing this, but the song was about Stevie. Stevie Baskara." Soon, I felt Kevin push me to the center of the dance floor while Nelson laid a spotlight on me, making me squint and shield me eyes. Soon, I felt Kacey slip a mic into my hand and walk back to Kevin.

I held the mic up to my face and said, "I thought you did love me, but it turns out you didn't." The girls gasped, but I then said, "Girls. This is the Gossip of the Week. C'mon now." Which made them cover their mouths, and I turned to Zander.

"You know, I still love you." He defended.

"Then why did you go on and kiss Molly?!" I asked. If it wasn't for the mic, no one would have heard that, since there was a lump in my throat and it made me want to cry. But I swallowed it and anticipated his answer.

"Stevie, me without you is like a nerd without braces, shoes with no laces, a deck of cards with no aces." He said. (A/N: most of the pick up line props go to InkHeart4112! I had to tweak a little, since the original would have only made sense if it was written on paper.) "What do I have to do to make you believe that?"

"Prove it."

Zander, took the mic, jumped offstage and slammed his lips into mine. The crowd cheered and whistled, hooted and hollered. After we pulled apart he said into the mic, "Do you believe me now?" I nodded my head yes, and he grinned.

"Now, will you be my girlfriend, again?" he asked.

"I don't think we ever said that we broke up." I said, and Zander hugged me and spun me around.

Soon after, we just ditched the dance floor and just walked around the outer gym, just talking. Talking and laughing. Talking and laughing and singing. After a while, we got called in by Kacey because she wanted us to cheer for her when she won Homecoming Queen.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we have a surprising yet very obvious win. So surprising because they weren't even on the ballot. You guys literally wrote their names in." The principal said. Zander and I lifted our eyebrows and turned our attention back to the principal.

"This year's homecoming king and queen are…Zander Robbins and Stevie Baskara!" My eyes widened, and Zander just laughed and pulled me, saying, "C'mon, Princess." We received both a bouquet of orchids – coincident? I don't know – and crowns. Then, the principal gave me the mic saying, "Make a speech." And behind him, everyone was cheering "SPEECH! SPEECH! SPEECH!" So I just laughed and said, "Uh…I think I found my Prince Charming, guys."

EPILOGUE.

"Did you guys see the paper?" Kacey asked, sitting down at lunch.

I shook my head and said, "Listen, Kacey, about taking the Homecoming Queen crown from you-"

"Oh, I knew I wasn't going to win it. I just wanted you guys to be on time when they called Zevie's name."

"Who?" Zander asked.

"Zevie. You know, Zander and Stevie? That's what everyone is calling you guys now. Now you guys really need to see this."

Zander, who had his arm around me, reached for the paper and said, "Well, would you look at that." I dropped my spoon and looked at the front page.

The headline said:

"STEVIE BASKARA AND ZANDER ROBBINS: FIRST STANGERS THEN TRUE LOVE?"

Then, under was the picture of us sleeping at the first meeting, then the day Zander asked me out, then the most recent one: The silhouette of Zander hugging me from behind and looking off into the sunset. Well, the sunset background. It was for Kevin's photo shoot. It was my favorite picture. You can see the shadows of our crowns and outfits and with Kevin's picture taking skills, he made it looked like we were outside, and with Nelson's advanced lighting skills, he made the light look like it was coming from the sun. It truly is amazing.

"So, how do you like my front page article?" Kevin said, sitting down.

"You're part of the newspaper?" I asked. "I thought you just provided the pictures."

"Here at Brewster, once you've spent a year here, you've got to join something, whether it's a club or a sport. Zander's an office assistant, Nelson's part of Light Crew, and I'm part of the newspaper." Kevin explained.

"And I'm planning to join Light Crew with Nelly." Grace said, looking at Nelson, who was smiling and holding her hand.

"And I heard there was a Designer Club."

"Kacey, it's called Stitchery Club." Zander corrected, but Kacey glared at him, making him throw his hands up and said, "Alright, Alright; Designer Club."

"What are you going to join, Stevie?" Nelson asked.

"Hm…I was thinking of…joining the Science Club." I said after giving that some thought. "What do you think of that, Prince Charming?" I asked. He just smirked and pulled me into a kiss.

"Oh God, not again." Grace pouted.

"It was cute at the dance, but during lunch? No." Kacey stated.

"Can you two get a room?" Nelson whined.

"I hope you guys get mono." Kevin said casually.

"Alright, alright!" Zander said, getting up. "I thought you guys would swoon over it again but no. Apparently not anymore." Zander grumbled as I got up and held his hand, and we went to a secluded corner to…you know.

-FIN-

Aww, it's over. Actually, that means I get to write a better one! And this time, Stevie won't be OOC. So, I hope you liked it, and I hope you didn't get mad at me for not updating it on Saturday like I was supposed to. I haven't even watched the newest HtR. It's still recorded on my TV. D; Anyway, thank you so much for sticking with and reviewing this story! You guys are amazing, really. 3 :D
